Nice place for a very filling dessert or if you’re craving some sugar. There’re a lot of choices and prices aren’t too crazy. Resembles an American dinner but only for desserts. The staff are very friendly so I’d probably go back again sometime.

Very nice as a treat, but not cheap. I and my son had the bananaberry crepe (£6,95 each), with banana, strawberries, chocolate sauce and ice cream. My wife had the Sicilian crepe (£4.85), a plain crepe with lemon juice and sugar, also with a portion of ice cream. We also had a mug of tea each, £1.95 each. It was very nice and the staff were lovely. I would recommend even though they are probably one of the most profitable foods for an eatery to sell and not so healthy for the eater. Go on, spoil yourself :-)

Of all the hype I've heard over time that dessert only restaurants were the new craze, I was expecting alot coming here and was Dissappointed somewhat before we got to the door. It was not well lit in comparison to the surrounding independent vendors. We were not greeted upon entry and were only asked if we were eating in when we were wandering back and forth to see if there were free tables in the rear. Once seated we were told to pick from the menu and order at the desk. The interior was as dim as the exterior and the seating seemed untreated and worn. The embroidered signage on the seats were filthy. The toilets were closed with the exception of the disabled which was in disrepair, the door was hard to secure shut and lock, the toilet roll holder was empty and a large toilet roll was placed on the wall rail. The hand basin only supplied cold water and the dryer was hanging out of the wall. The waffles, ice cream and coffee that we had were absolutely amazing but everything else seemed to let it down. Even the staff did not seem keen or happy. It's a shame really.

Orederd a home delivery ..got here in amazing short time super fast delivery ! Orderd carrot cake 3 ice creams as sides ..good portion of ice cream and exceptional taste had to put one in freezer so full however the size of carrot cake for price is a little on mean size and not blown away by taste to make up for it wouldn't ordee cake again just not justified I like my food but even a bit bigger would be good value for money. Not much icing or whatever it was on it apart from meany slice was nice ..

This is the second visit in about 3 years but wont return. The seating area is a bit tired and needs repair or replacing. You enter and wait by the sign and eventually someone see you and takes you to a seat, the chair I sit on wobbles. We are giving a menu but the girl fails to tell us that we need to order at the desk. Orders placed and as last time they arrive separately . You dont go to a restaurant and have your meals delivered with a gap of 5 minutes for each person. The sundae was a pre made glass of frozen Ice cream and strawberry pieces with fresh cream and ice cream on top of the frozen stuff. My cheese cake was bland and ive had better from a supermarket. I have to say Heavenly Desserts in Windsor place is much better

This is the best dessert place that I’ve been too so far. It’s like a kids dream. Anything you can think of they make it in a milkshake. The pancakes and waffles are so nice sauces are flavoursome. But I have to give a special mention to the slush drinks with the bubble burst balls at the bottom with their own flavour of your choice. Do not leave here without trying one. Boom 💥

We always get dessert from here and they always taste amazing. We went recently and we were astounded by the floor service, usually we just get ushered to our tables but we had a server called jasmine I think and she was so friendly and chatty and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. She really made the effort to see that we were comfortable and that our food was good.

Very attentive service provided at the moment, from the time I walked in I was approached and asked if I was eating in or taking out. My daughter loves the ice-cream 🍦 in here, her favourite one is the bubblegum yet she has tried a few others and enjoyed them all. I recommend the chocolate fudge cake and ice-cream its just so yummy and if your a waffle lover then they also do these with many different toppings.

I've been here before and had really bad experiences. Staff not being able to speak the language and becoming rude when they can't understand me. I returned to the shop a few days ago and was met by an amazing new assistant. Greeted me with a smile and made me feel really Comfortable. What was once a very dull and unwelcoming place has now become vibrant and friendly. So if you're reading this Jaz thank you so much for changing my mind about your store. What would once be a 2 star rating is now a 4.

Went with the family on Saturday lunchtime. We arrived at 12, no other customers so service was quick! The dessert was very tasty (an apple crumble waffle), the only criticism was that the waffle seemed a little under cooked in places. This was a lovely place and was very clean and tidy. Customer service was excellent. The Desserts were delicious. Especially the cookies cream sundae, myself and my 6 year old son managed to share it and with plenty left over, as the portions are very generous. They also have all sorts of different waffles, crepes, cakes, milkshakes and ice creams. I would definitely recommend it specifically if you have children, they will love it. It does not have a car park, but you will find plenty of steer parking in the bear by streets.

Good desserts, fresh and tasty. Tried the ice-cream and the crepes, both good. The crepes are a bit too sweet for my taste. The service isn’t that good. It takes a lot to receive your order. Plus that you have to order at the bar, but no one will tell you that. You’ll just wait and wait at the table, while the personnel will wander around you. It happened more than once for them to simply forget about your order. So it’s better to ask about your order from time to time, if it takes too long to receive it.

EXCELLENT. Myself, husband (we’ve been in the trade for over 30 years and listed in the ‘Good Food Guide,) and a friend had THE best coffee we’d ever had at this place. They were very polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. I’m severely disabled and had to use the toilet which was very clean, and smelled lovely and fresh. I think the low hygiene rating must be because they didn’t have the correct paperwork filled in as opposed to food hygiene or cleanliness.

Desert chain restaurant. Menu consists of a variety of over the top desserts. Would suggest going on a empty stomach and some of the portions are big enough to be shared between two. Reasonably priced and fairly quick service. Only downfall is during busy periods/weekend evenings, loud music is often played throughout restaurant - not ideal if taking family/children.

I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately it turned out a place where customer service has no meaning and customers have to wait long at the door in order to be served. Although, there is an ample space inside but utilisation is poor. Product is nice including Frepes /waffle/ scoops etc but again service is poor. Love the food in here but the staff seem really moody and unhappy as if they don't want to work there. I don't know whether that is just their persona but they don't come across as very welcoming and it dampens the atmosphere. If you want water don't expect it to be cold. It's in a water dispenser that you have to do it yourself which is fine but it's a bit warm and the glasses are all cloudy and a bit icky. I only ever drink water and especially if you're having a sweet treat the last thing you want is a sweet drink too it'll make you feel sick lol. Just saying. The water could be kept topped up with ice. Other than that the dessert parlour is lovely and clean and the colours are fun and vibrant. Every kids dream lol Sorry about my opinion I'm just trying to give an honest review.

I walked into kaspas and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I was treated like king, like a prince begging for extra waffles. This was the beat slush i ever had. Thank jaz and tara and the instrument that made this life saving slush.

Widely publicised as the place to go for a dessert. I thought it was a cheerless place and it felt grubby. There was supposed to be a table with a water John for customers, it wasn't there and had to wait ages for assistance. The waffle machines were caked in dried waffle mix. There were 6 of us, 2 had waffles, 1 had a sundae, 1 just had a tea and 2 had pancakes. The tea and sundae came quickly then the pancakes. Both thought the pancakes were rubbery. The 1 waffle came. We had to go back for the 2nd waffle. We still had a long wait. We cancelled the order and had the money back in the end..... then they delivered the waffle. Everyone had finished eating and half of it was left over. Not a pleasant experience.

Indulge yourself in the magical bordering sexual mixture of deserts that they can offer you. My gf took me there because she told me their waffles were to die for. And omg they are phenomenal. Too chocolatey for me to eat a whole one so I go for the more fruity selection and they are unbelievable. The mango and coconut ice cream is something I could comfortably bathe in. It's worth a try and worth the experience.

They offer an absolutely delicious range of ice cream waffles crepes Sundays and various other desserts it is a sweet tooth heaven however their prices are rather high so often you will find yourself either spending over the odds for something delicious and to satisfy your sweet tooth or you will find yourself buying rather a little less than you wanted but worry not the meals are so wonderful sugar intensive that you won't realise that you've been a little less because the Sugar Rush will keep you going
