This has been a great safe haven for us at lunchtime, we would have a choco shake , and the staff are extremely nice! would visit again and again! the products are very nicely laid out and easy to move around. its a shame there are not as many dark chocolate variants in the range

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We normally go in to sit and enjoy one of their amazing hot chocolates. It is a lovely place to sit. Have always felt welcome with my son. The staff were always supportive when I was breastfeeding and chat to my son now that he is older.

I went in to buy a nice classy chocolate gift and discovered it has a really nice coffee shop too. So I had a latte and thoroughly enjoyed not only the drink but the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service.

The chocolate is without doubt very tasty indeed but in my honest opinion it's rather overpriced. The staff are polite and professional and the range considering it's basically all chocolate is varied and eye catching too.

Absolutely fantastic customer service everytime we visit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, especially with my young daughter, and we are always greeted with a smile. The cafe is clean and tidy and the tables are spaced apart well to maintain social distancing. The cafe menu is great with seasonal drinks clearly displayed and the staff are very accomodating of special requests such as smaller drinks suitable for younger ones. The shop is always well stocked and staff are always happy to give recommendations of products or to help locate something particular. I would highly recommend!

Had an amazing customer service experience first time me and my partner visited earlier this month. The products and the in-house cocoa products are of very high quality, fresh qnd ethically sourced, which i admire to full extent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even gave us a little extra pack of chocolate on our way out. Will definitely use them again.

If you want a different chocolate this is the place. Yes bit high price but you can't compare normal chocolate from shops with this one!!! I always buy from here when I want a posh treat or for pressie!!! Deffo need to try the ones with champagne!!!!

Been meaning to review for a few weeks. Came in for the first time with a friend of mine and I was very surprised. Great quality drinks and cake and great customer service. Prices are reasonable :) Highly recommended :-D

Love this stuff. It would be handy if the select packs were sorted with dark choc displayed separately to assist with sourcing my choice. There were no freebies on offer to try. I did treat myself to a hot choc for the first time. It was ok but not amazing.

Nice treat while in town. Often get offered lovely freebie choccy samples when you go in. Treat yourself to a salted caramel topped ice cream or one of their specialty coffees. Staff always helpful and friendly.
