It’s a cute little desert cafe with really good freshly made desserts. Loved the nutella waffle that I got there. The hosts are also very polite, humble and caring. Speed is good. Would totally recommend for dessert cravings and they also customise on request.

We went here after a meal out (babysitter at home with kids!) The wife had a very nice Ferrero Waffle and I had a chocolate molten lava cake... both were very nice. The shop has some chairs / stools for eating inside, but not many so mainly deserts will be takeaway. Worth a visit if you fancy something sweet - we have already talked about returning!

After a just-eat driver let us down, management at Tub and Cone really made up for it with some of the best customer services I have experienced. 9:30pm on Mother’s Day and we thought we were going to be left without our order. One simple phone call and the manager had agreed to cook us a fresh batch of food at no extra cost, and even threw some goodies in for good measure. Food was incredible, portion sizes are generous and all the staff are pleasant! We will definitely eat here again over local alternatives such as Caspers or Heavenly Deserts!

Absolutely love this dessert place! It’s a real gem of a shop on a quaint street. Went in the evening and although VERY busy the staff were very attentive offering a free chocolate strawberry whilst we waited.. a great start …Delish! Bought a Reece cookie dough which was lush and a mojito. Great value for Money! Great service! Great food and a great independent!

The three fake reviews put on by a disgruntled customer, Magdalena Sykula who attempted to get her order for free on Just Eat. She called regarding an apparent incorrect order. I asked her to send photos of the order as I had made this order myself and knew the correct order had gone out. (Cctv confirms this) False Issue: American waffles sent instead of Belgium waffles. Met the owner and she was lovely! After placing my order and she informed me of her cookie dough being the best sellers she allowed me to change my order even though she had already started making my waffle. The Cookie Dough however was amazing. i can see this becoming a weekly treat! thanks so much!

I highly recommend this place!! It is gorgeous full of wonderful desserts!! The chocolate dipped Strawberries are to die for! Me and my family can't get enough of them! They really are so nice! They are a MUST HAVE but please don't take too many I don't want to have to struggle to get these beauties myself :P

What a lovely dessert place in Colchester. Such great ambience - a lovely family feel to the place. Latte was amazing with the free lotus biscuit :) prices are so competitive! A lavazza latte £1.95! The waffle was lush and at £5.95 it’s the cheapest in town with no compromise on taste. Highly recommend this place.

I love the customer service provided. I had issue with my order through deliveroo and the manager dealt with it really well and speedy. Offer free milkshake but didn't take it as deliveroo already refunded the cost of the waffle.

So after searching for a place to treat myself to some pudding online I saw this little place on Google. When I walked in I was greeted by an friendly girl behind the counter, who explained the menu to me very clearly and professionally. I decided that I'd go for a Nutella and strawberry waffle while my brother went for a syrup sponge with vanilla ice cream. After absolutely destroying that we decided that we would try a milkshake each too! Wow......the choices are vast and the taste was amazing. I particularly liked the personal feel to the place with it being a one of private establishment and not a chain like the others in the town. Highly recommended! 😋

You have to go if you are ever in Colchester! Great selection of ice creams, cakes and all round desserts. Very reasonable pricing for what you get, and the service is fantastic. There was a mix up where I didn't receive my order, going on Google chat with the restaurant I was given a mobile number to call and spoke about the situation. 5/5 on customer service, unfortunately the mistake is down to the justeat driver and not the restaurant (what I did receive was tasty) and they've agreed for me to go through justeat for a refund
