The best and my favourite ice cream parlour/place among all the different dessert places I have been. I recently tried the peanut butter stack sundae, banana spilt sundae and both were delicious 😋. Quantity⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(very generous portions of ice-cream and nuts unlike the other places I have tried) Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(no need to order online, just ordered in store and ready in 10 minutes) How amazing is that? AND very friendly staff as well. Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (no need to say anything as the brand says it all) No matter how many places I have tried desserts, Baskin Robbins will always be close to my heart. And the team that runs it makes a BIG difference. And this team just makes it more special. Keep up the good work.

If you are ever in Coventry, and you love ice-cream, you have got to stop here. Their flavours are amazing. Not a huge variety of toppings, but their sauces (I had white chocolate) are nice. I would have put up photos but I have been known not to be patient about taking shots of my food.... Maybe next time

Great Place, good service, good hygiene and cleanliness. Fantastic American size portions. Little more expensive than other competitors close by but you do get twice as much compared to other places so still very great value. I find that most other dessert and ice creams are all very similar due to the fact that most purchase from the same wholesalers. however, Baskin’s ice cream is made only for their stores and you can really taste the quality difference. Had a Molten cake with single scoop of cookie ice cream! absolutely haven! the warm hot cake oozing with molten chocolate with ice cream. will be visiting again for sure! best place in town by far. was informed that they will be offering delivery service soon!!!!

Baskin Robbins trinity street Coventry, greeted with a smile and lovely customer service by Abdul. Created our own milkshake he also let us try out the flavours beforehand. Very berry, strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream with Ferrero Roche was made really really nice, banging flavour.

I went on a quite time so didn’t experience any delay or issues. The ice cream is Baskin Robbins standard so can’t fault it. The Mango ice cream is a real hit! The parking is hard in this area even during quite hours so be aware of that.

Best place I've ever been to! The ice cream is so delicious and the cakes are the best. It is so clean and hygienic and the service is a 10/10 everyone is so kind and welcoming for new people. The waffle are amazing theres a different variety of them for you to choose from and you can even customize your own. Great experience!🙂

Best ice cream parlour in Coventry. Would definitely recommend you try them. Very generous portion sizes & a variety of flavours and styles to choose from. Something for everyone. BEST OF ALL not sugar loaded but still sweet and no sickly after taste feeling!!! Staff all friendly and helpful. A warm welcoming family atmosphere. 10/10!

Delicious! And very speedy. Was served by a lady, who was patient and lovely. There was also a gentleman working in the store wearing AirPods and being really rude!! He knocked over the lids of the drinks and looked at the lady expecting her to pick them up. It was just bad service from him

Yay! So excited to get a Baskin Robbins in Coventry!!! (There's only a few around the UK, so we're very lucky!) Their ice cream is Amazing! Delicious flavors from America. I'm a bit biased because I grew up on these. 😂🤣 This location offers a variety of ice cream flavors, some cake slices in a separate display case, a frozen grab and go freezer section for small take-away ice cream and large cakes, along with real ice cream milk shakes, the way Americans like them! 😉 I got a small lidded take-away container, which I was allowed to choose up to 4-flavors to fill Even though it was a small, it should last me for a couple months. 😂 The girl next to me bought a double scoop waffle cone, and it looked amazing! Huge! There are a handful of tables to sit at, but the vibe is more grab-and-go. ♿ There is NO ramp to enter, so be aware there is a slight step. It's not a full size step, more like a half step. FYI. I took a picture of the front so you can see. Can't wait to go back! Prices are good. Kids scoop was £3. Adult size was £5. So same as if you're going out for small ⭐bucks. This is a world-wide name brand reputable place. 👍🏼
