Creams is a amazing place to get your fix of sweetness. The Waffles are massive and easily worth the money paid for them. I ordered the Banana & Strawberry waffle, my Gf ordered The Cookie crush. And also a Mint chocolate chip Scoop Shake. Staff were friendly and helpful to anything we Needed and the deserts were with us within 10 minutes. 5* would definitely go again and recommend to others. Parking is limited at the rear of the premises so if its busy you may not get parked.

The desserts may be slightly more expensive compared to other places around, but they make up for this in quantity and quality. Waiting times are very good usually. I was there recently with a group of 8/10, having everything come in max 15 minutes. For single orders, you can expect a wait time of around 10 minutes. Granted, this standard will depend on the staffing situation and how busy the shop is. The only real criticism I would give is that the service can lack dependent on who is running the shop. Even at around 7 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday, with a very quiet shop, the staff seems to serve and interact with you like they have 0 energy or just can't really be bothered to get out of the shift. Smaller things like not having enough cutlery packed despite the shop being very quiet, then asking the staff who seem to just have forgotten about the table / lack of cutlery. Overall, a lovely shop with great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Desserts were really nice . As for the baby’s high chairs never in my life have I seen something so dirty! Had to keep my daughter in pushchair to enjoy her desserts there was no way I was letting my daughter sit in other childrens dirt! Best waffles ever! They are very big you can easily share it with someone. The waffles are so fluffy yet somehow they are also crispy. I loved every bite of it. Despite having local Creams in Leamington Spa, I would rather be driving to Coventry with my family. The staff is great, no matter who is serving you, always welcomes you with a smile. Food is significantly better (crepes and waffles we tried few times and it's consistently better in Coventry). The ambiance is also better as there isn't do much banging from speakers all the time as you get in Leamington. Overall, great experience. If I could suggest one thing then that would be to pay more attention to the surroundings. There is often a lot of rubbish just in the front of the cafe. I understand this is overall Coventry issue with rubbish but it's all about customer experience.

Creams is a sweet tooth's paradise. Everything about it is large and sweet! My regret everytime I go here is that I have a tummy that can only hold so much. Be warned, most of their creations will have your stomach bursting at the seams and you will be very happy for the experience. The options in the menu is so varied that there is something for everyone. This is the place to visit the next time you have a sugar craving.

First got to know about creams via the southall branch and originally from birmingham i was delighted to establish it is now in coventry. Interior was great the view of the lake was the cherry on top with regards to the atmosphere. If your looking for old school custard with the same taste this is your one stop! Cookie dough was fantastic and the freak shake was the best. The complimentary water when needed was a nice gesture. Have tried many dessert parlours and this has to be the one that ticked all the boxes. Price was reasonable & portions were huge. In fact if you don’t have a major sweet tooth you can get away with choosing from the kids selection although it says ‘mini’ I assure you its enough!

I went here one time with my mother and sister, we ordered scoop shakes, I love the scoop shakes! then, I came here one Friday because I had some money and time and ordered a scoop shake, the time was fast and the staff were so nice, this was also my second time in 2 years and the place looked different, I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the "abandoned children will be sold to circus" words in the bathroom hallway, the bathrooms were also nice, place looks nice, I came here again with my sister to get some scoop shakes, the straws are really sturdy and it's worth your money.

The desserts are far better than any other place in Coventry. I don't think you can ever have a great variety of desserts anywhere else in the UK. They have multiple dine-in stores. This place has been part of all my big or small celebrations.

Went here for an afternoon dessert. The place seems to be usually crowded and you can tell the reason why. We ordered a sundae and a waffle. The waffle was well presented with chocolate and strawberries on top served with either ice cream or whipped cream. The presentation of the waffle was very good and it was amazing in taste. The sundae was equally amazing with Ferrero rocher ice cream. Worth multiple visits. Near the swanswell pond about 5 mins walk from pool meadows bus station. They do various specials as well.

Bought a mango and coconut waffle. Its too sweet and drenched in a mango sauce which gives it a fake mango flavour. The waffle is very doughy and hard. Wouldn't recommend it. I love mango but this one was distasteful. Waffles are usually soft and airy but this one was neither. The mango sauce should be used sparingly and waffle should be thin. Check your order before you leave. Our order has an item missing.

Have parking, but really small one, just approximately 8 spaces, but mostly it's quite available. Also there is on street parking very clise to restaurant. I ordered strawberry cream crepe, the crepe was fine but very few sliced strawberries with cream but the strawberry sauce was too sweet with a strawberry candy like artificial taste. I had to scrape the pool of strawberry sauce so that I could eat it. My daughter too felt the chocolate sauce over waffle was too sweet and was not chocolaty. They had a parking lot but it was too tight to move the car. You need to be careful when parking.

I ordered a hot Waffle which comes with white and milk chocolate sauce I don't like white chocolate so asked for it to be taken off and extra milk chocolate too be added to compensate for it. The staff member said no and advised me that I'd have to either pay extra or pay the same for less. Not a great service from that perspective.

The only reasons i didnt give 5 stars is because some of the items on the menu are too sweet! Walking out you get a feeling of guilt, and the worry of developing diabetes. Me and my friends love to go there whenever we want to treat ourselves. The waffles and crepes are heavenly, very clean and wonderful service. However the only thing I didn't like was the price of a slice of cake. And the slices were tiny compared to normal slice and the price was like £5. I think it was too overpriced. Highly recommended, but check the menu in details before you order and make sure you have ready all your choices otherwise you will have to go back and forth a lot ... Like me. Nice place next to the lake, if you wanna have a walk after. The only problem they have inside is the noise from the blenders, they kill your chat instantly. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Being an old school cov kid the location,was to say the least, unappealing. However, we were greeted by a great lad who made us feel very welcome and the other staff were brilliant too. Now, the desserts here are to die for and being a diabetic I nearly died but it was oh so worth it. I'm definitely coming here for my birthday or any other occasion I can make up. So far I've only had a waffle but next time I'll try something else. If I could give 10 stars, they'd get it. Quite quite superb.

I love it here . The pancakes are awesome with milk chocolate sauce and whipped cream and of course a couple of scoops of ice cream :). My kids love the waffles and the bubblegum flavoured ice cream . The staff could be nicer and i've had a couple of mix ups with orders . I visited this dessert parlour not too long ago and found it to be a pleasant experience in terms of the actual dessert (even though I felt it was a tad bit to sweet). The reason for the three star rating is due to the basic essentials which I feel the parlour lacks. These are: 1). My friends dessert was served first and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for mine to be given to me which meant they were half way through their dessert before I even started. 2). The dessert parlour is overpriced. There are many better alternatives within the local area which are better value for money. 3). The parlour has limited booths, so your forced to sit on chairs which are uncomfortable and ruin your experience. Overall decent experience, but will not be visiting again due to the reasons mentioned above.

Visited on a Sunday around 2pm and their were quite a few groups of people there. It was my first visit and the staff were very helpful my sister had been before and she said that they've completely changed the menu and she was happy to see the kinder bueno waffle was gone and now youd have to choose the option of build your own to get that but now would cost more. I ordered a nutty banoffe waffle which cost £7.25 it was worth the price and you can take it home if you can't finish it. I'd definitely come again!

My first time to creams and I had a sundae oreo cookie dessert. It was amazing, you name it they have it. Hot and cold drinks also available. The staff are very polite and there is available parking around the back. Bonus, couple of the staff are really attractive. If I was to be picky the place does look like a lap-dancing club. Just missing a couple of poles for the dancers. Anyway I do recommend if you are in Coventry definitely pass by. Ohhhh, before I forget they do cater for Vegetarians and do have a vegan menu, but do ask the staff just to be safe.

A great place to go to satisfy a sweet tooth! Visited a few times, I love the desserts there. The bubblegum ice cream is amazing, and I definitely recommend the 'Bubblelicious' sundae! The M&M's waffle is great too. The only dessert that I dislike is 'The Chocoholic' waffle - it is not chocolately enough for chocolate lovers. The disadvantages I would say are: the waiting time can be a bit silly during busy periods, the toilets are a little dirty and the manager likes to be loud and pushy to his staff.
