Great customer service! The staff are very friendly. I requested a milkshake that was not on the menu. Isa one of the young lads who works there went out of his way to go and get some mint chocolate from the store just to make my milkshake. My expectations were very high and this milkshake lived up to it. I will definitely be coming back Update: After seeing that this little dessert shop offer afternoon tea, we came back and it amazing! Sid was great as she catered to all out needs as we are veggie. T provided us with unlimited Tea 😊. Great team and delicious desserts. Would recommend anyone looking to treat themselves to a nice quiet afternoon tea to come here for sure!

Love the dessert. Well organised cake shelf, it increases your appetite. Nice freshly made pancakes and waffle. Slightly warm pancakes melt the chocolate spread and chocolate ice cream. The sweetness of the waffle is just right, not overly sweet. Perfect!

Wonderful place, very clean and comfortable. Me and my friend were looking for somewhere quiet to fulfil the sweet tooth and this was perfect. The deserts are huge for the price and we couldn't finish anything we ordered! Staff were really friendly and professional and will definitely be my go to stop for a sweet fix!

All I can say is WOW. What an amazing place for not only a dessert, but also a hot winter drink. After things going horribly wrong from a bad experience at Sprinkles, this place came up on a Google search. Although away from the city centre, I thought I'd give it a go. Parking was right outside and as soon as I entered the temperature was just right. The tables were spotless. As you can see from my picture, I went for a Crepe. It was so nice and made to perfection. There is no question about it. This is the best dessert shop in Coventry. Forget the rest, this place is hands down the best. I'm planning on trying one of their cheesecakes next time.

I came here on a whim as I didn't realise this is so close to my home and my husband and I thought it would be a nice treat. I had the double caramel cookie dough and he has the cookie dough special. Both were delicious and there's nothing more tasty than a creme egg melted into a plate of cookie dough with a bit of icecream! The customer service is great too, the manager is very friendly and the shop is in good clean condition and looks very attractive. The toilets were spotless and are cleaned regularly plus they're disabled, but no baby changing mat on the wall! Other than that, I will be coming again, just with friends ❣️

So, Walsgrave Road has a dessert place and what a place is it. The staff are knowledgeable on the desserts. I opted for the Bueno waffle and a friend opted for the Bueno cookie dough. The cookie dough was served with vanilla gelato and the waffle was served with a really tasty Bueno ice cream. I know what you are all thinking and the answer is yes. This place wipes the floor with Creams, Heavenly and Dolce. Ok, the venue is smaller, but don't let that put you off. The quality of the desserts has the edge over the competition. I can imagine many people coming over after a meal from Antalya or other restaurants in Cov. Keep up the good work and you will surely receive repeat custom. Great location for a change of scenery and a treat. The decor is so good that it didn't feel like I was on Walsgrave Road, when inside. Don't take my word for it, see the pics.

Cute little place to sit and eat, a shame its on that end of walsgrave road, i had takeaway. The shop is a bit small but it is implied in the name of the shop, and they've done/do all they can to make customers welcome. I'd say its probably the most aesthetically pleasing dessert place in Coventry, and the best customer service even though we were picky with the ice creams. I ordered a waffle and crepe. As a crepe connoisseur, I have to say they were a tiny bit too thin (but beautifully crisp!) and tasted like they may have been missing an ingredient, but the flavour was good due to the strawberries and chocolate. The waffle was tasty, i bet it would have been better if i had eaten it fresh rather than delaying it by 10 mins myself. The unicorn ice cream is soooo goood, get it people!! The mint ice cream and the strawberry one are great too if you like those flavours. I would most definitely visit/order again.
