Nice boba tea, with a wide variety of flavors and toppings. The quality has gone down slightly between my last two visits unfortunately. Also, I don’t recommend the waffles; they don’t taste of much in my opinion. However, it still serves as a nice little treat. My new go-to is taro milk tea with mango boba (perfect balance of creamy and fresh).

Best bubble tea I've had, I have a preference for the popping Pearls. The flavours they have available I've not seen anywhere else like the mango milk tea and the lychee Pearls, the menu is big but not overwhelming and the prices feel fair for the quality of service and drink you get :)

For Asians like me, milk teas and bubble teas are staples! 40cha is always my favourite with a lot of options to choose from. My favourite is the blueberry yakult with coconut jelly and the matcha bubble waffle with whipped cream and Oreo cookies! I highly recommend this place.

One of the only few places where you can get your Bubble Tea fix within Derby City centre. I love their matcha bubble tea and their prices are quite affordable. They also do food like steamed buns. Personally one of the best in derby!

They also serve steamed buns, which are amazing, and good value! The savory ones are the size of the palm of your hand, the sweet ones are smaller (maybe a bit bigger than a satsuma) will definitely be going back again. 😀👍🤤

Ordered peach oolong bubble tea and it was sweet and refreshing! I've tried quite a few bubble tea franchises but I'm impress with Ocha, definitely worth a try for bubble tea lovers out there and guaranteed you'll be wowed like me and plus the prices are affordable too.

This is the place to get bubba teaand other exotic drinks . A bit pricey but i personally don't have it everyday . But its delicious bubba tea with milk or without either way its lovely and refreshing drink on a hot day.

Me and the wife absolutely love bubble tea here, theres a popular franchise in South Korea called Kong Cha and 40Cha make better quality bubble tea, would highly recommend!
