Well me & the other half enjoy eating here most of the time. There’s only been a few occasions where my waffle has been under cooked. But they have sorted it out. The door is a put off.! With its noise. And one member of staff just needs to lose his attitude to the customer as he lets the whole site down. His mannerisms his whole person is just rude. A course In customer service wouldn’t go a miss.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The waffle was tasty. Got served by amazing server, she made sure to to ask for any allergies and made the whole experience pleasent. The atmosphere was nice, and the place was kept tidy and clean. Overall I've enjoyed my stay.

I took some friends for their first visit. After waiting for a while to be seated we asked if we need to find our own table. The girl waved to a near by table before walking off. After a while longer we had to ask for a menu. We chose and paid at the counter. When the food arrived we had to ask for cutlery. It was not a great 1st impression. The ice-cream was not as we expected. Some staff training would not go a miss here.

I absolutely love eating here. It can occasionally be hit and miss with what you ask for depending on who's behind the counter (ie sometimes they don't have the necessary parts to make what you want, or I suspect they can't be bothered) but when they give you what you ask for which you'll get 95% of the time, oh boy, say hello to the most delicious helping of diabetes you've ever experienced. Don't come here if you count calories. You can't count that high.

No table service, so you have to order at the counter. We were told an item we wanted wasn’t available as the cakes/puddings that were available were in the fridge, hard to look in the fridge when looking at the menu at the table ! The sundaes were of a good standard albeit slightly small for the cost of them. The table only had two napkins for three of us! No one came and asked if we were happy with the food or if we required anything whilst dining. Also they need to fix the creaky front door. Cherry sundae is very good.

Excellent food and really pleasant service. My partner got a free milkshake for her birthday, and our 3 year old was given a free lolly. All the food was high quality, and worthy of the prices. The milkshake was actually really excellent. I was expecting something very simple as a freebie, but it was a luxurious thick milkshake with Kinder Bueno strongly coming through. Definitely worth a return visit. We probably hit one of their quietest times of the day, so service time was excellent too.

I went to Kaspa’s with my little brother and was quite disappointed, the crepe I had was rubbery and cold to the point I just didn’t bother to finish it. The service was a bit cold but at least polite and professional, the other things were ok. Just avoid the crepes.

Really nice staff!! My little nephew dropped his ice cream about 10 mins after buying it, I went back to buy him a new one and they replaced it for free after asking what had happened.

Excellent staff! We only waited for 5 mins to be served! The food was delicious but I noticed it was slightly smaller than usual. I wonder that happened because today was the last day of the eat out government scheme. But the service was very good considering that the restaurant was very very busy! Well done! ;)

Me and my other two friends went to kaspas me and my friend ordered a waffle while my other friend our a frappacino. All the items took long to come and both of the waffle were cold. Also my other friends frappacino did not taste nice. However both the waffles did taste nice and i would go have them again.

Went in after a year but was quite disappointed with the quality and quantity of chocolate on the Bueno waffle I had to complain but it was dealt with professionally and the staff were very helpful

The foods always nice but the serving time always takes so long. The restrooms really need some staff attention too. So if the staff are reading this, you need to inspect your toilets more often. Take the hint.

Very nice place to go to for occasions, as its quite pricey and who has desserts everyday. They have a couple of good deals though, like coffee and cake for £4 or buy one get one half price on milkshakes (which are divine 😍)

A busy place at the weekend and great food. The staff seemed a bit rushed when we went but it was ok. It didn't take too long to receive our deserts. Also if you are a blue light member you can receive a 20% discount.

Long wait to order. Understaffed? Could benefit from plugs. People work on the go. Have to go up and order. No one tells you that. And don't forget to note your table number too... Maybe we should fetch our own order too?

This is my go to place for a treat. It has unhealthy but delicious treats. The only downside, is that it's quite pricey for what it is, especially when you consider that they try to tempt you with toppings etc.

THE WAFFLES TASTE AMAZING! I love this place.

Quite busy on Saturday afternoon, however there was still plenty of seating. I had a look at the menun and rather than sharing I ordered 2 desserts because the price was a bit lower than the other local dessert places, but they do not cut back on the portion sizes. The service is brilliant and the quality of the desserts is equally amazing.

Although I hadn't really wanted to go there because my first experience was terrible with poor service and Lukewarm coffee. I have to admit I'm glad I gave it a second chance. The young waiter was very attentive and nothing seemed to much bother. The peanut butter stack was to die for and my coffee was delicious. Had this been my first experience I would have given an extra star

Been in Kaspas this evening waited 45 minutes to be served when our order finally arrived the whippy ice cream was sour , I have been in the ice cream business for 40 years the staff in Kaspas are either not sterilizing the machines out or storing the ice cream mix at the wrong temperature,also the lads serving were handling nut products and then other products without changing there gloves , the place needs a visit from the environmental health asap , won't be going back Mark Derby

REALLY good desserts!!! Ice cream place. You can order: ice cream sundaes, waffles (with ice cream or whipped cream), pancakes (with ice cream or whipped cream), cones, soft drinks, cold drinks. Really good design and food is really good!! Recommend!!!

Great location in Derby just a short walk from the intu centre. A vast selection of puddings like crepes, waffles, ice cream sundaes, with all sorts of toppings that can be added. Great place to socialise. However it can be a little pricey if you add or make changes.

Fantastic Array of deserts on offer and if they don’t have it you can create your own! I enjoyed an amazing ice cream Sunday with ferrero Rochè whilst my wife had the kinder Beuno waffle which I had a cheeky taste of and it was amazing, the waffle was sooo soft. Highly recommend !

Don't get me wrong! I love desserts! Kaspa's is sweet, gooey, and very American-styled. However, even my kids found the desserts to be too sticky and sugary. Food was well-presented, but nothing special. This branch isn't as big or (at least when we went) as busy as the one at Nottingham, so service was better than there but was still quite slow, even allowing for the waffle to cook. I wouldn't avoid the place, but a competitor in Nottingham is cheaper, faster, and less over-sugared. Staff were friendly enough, but seemed a bit disinterested at the time.
