R. L.I recently decided to visit Mackles with my friend in dungannon after hearing so many good reviews, which are definitely well deserved! I was served by two young girls, who’s service was that friendly that I asked their names, Catherine and Lucy were more than happy to offer their expertise in which toppings and sauce I should get on my brownie, which was absolutely delicious. While the ice cream was delicious, the friendly customer service from those two young girls was the cherry on top! Thank you Catherine and Lucy for making the day so special!
S. P.Was happy they were being covid-secure and only four allowed in the shop at a time, therefore we had to queue for a short time to get in but boy is it worth it. So much choice! I felt like a child again! Lovely service, and delicious treat. Looking forward to my next visit.

C.Good selection of ice cream and toppings to choose from, a bit expensive when buying several ice creams for the family. I was ordering 4 cups of ice cream and toppings which was £20. The dark haired girl that took my order had done 3 cups which were massive and lots of toppings on them which was great but then another girl had came to help her done the last tub with hardly any sauce or toppings on it and it was really noticeable compared to the others. Friendly staff and very busy.
M. R.Excellent Ice Cream shop in the middle of Dungannon. Lots of different options as well, don't just do Ice Cream. Staff were really friendly and were doing a great job. Ice cream was brilliant as well with a variety of flavours.

Now we’re getting probably half the bueno sauce (probably the most popular) we had a few months ago. Maybe it’s about savings.
Our ice cream order is now always prepared incorrectly, nothing tragic but annoying.
Also, when I ordered ice cream with Nutella sauce, it was 100% ordinary chocolate sauce, a toddler could have told the difference. Plus, the sauce took 1/4 of the cup. Really hope it was a one off and not an attempt to pass off an artificial cheap sauce as Nutella.
P. S.Great selection of ice creams, numerous combinations and very generous with their toppings. You can either have a kind of super mcflurry style thing in a cup, or you can choose a cone. They also do different flavoured ice creams as well. The 'mcflurry' style one with Nutella sauce, Reese's pieces and M&M's was sooo good and really filling!
