N.Large selection of ice cream and other desserts. Nice location being by The Shore - easy to get to and walkable. The place looked cute and would be ideal for coffee with desserts dates or for families to take their kids to as they have plenty of options with milkshakes/puddings etc.
A. L.The staff working today (Sunday 13th Feb) were lovely and kindly let us sit in despite is originally ordering take-out. It was miserable with the rain so it was appreciated. Son enjoyed a waffle and milkshake. I had a coffee which was tasty! We will definitely be back.

I go in regularly with my daughter and we always look forward to seeing him! He’s so cheery and just the loveliest person! Nothing is too much trouble and he makes THE best desserts! Amazing! A wide selection of ice cream, cakes & hot food are available for sit-in or takeaway, and the prices are very reasonable.
Crolla's has been a favourite place to visit for a treat since it opened on the Shore, and here's to many more years to come.

C. W.Went here for afternoon treat with my family. The ice-cream flavours were good but the waffle was bland and overly sweet, with the toppings from a packet and not fresh, so didn’t finish it. The churros looked to be from packet rather than fresh too. The interiors have an American diner feel and the place was cold as the door was left open. I probably wouldn’t go back as it’s just not a place for me but can imagine it would be great for kids/teens
J. K.Fantastic range of all things ICE CREAM with cakes, desserts, sundaes and usual cones, etc. There is a wait while they prepare the sundaes but it has to be worth it as they are great, just make sure you are able to eat it all.
M.To be honest, the location's a bit dodgy and the place itself isn't too nice, but the desserts are quite good and the staff are very nice

L. T.This is my third time eating with Crolla's & I decided to try a baked potato & ordered myself a tub of ice cream, consisting of four of my chosen flavours as a treat for later. The Baked potato is still hot & it is delicious. But I wanted to say thank you to the people at Crolla's for the slice of free cheesecake that was tucked away with my orders, complete with a note & a smiley face as it made me smile. I also want to say thank you to their delivery driver for smiling & being polite. I would have reviewed this restaurant five stars anyway, because if I like a restaurant after 1-3 times eating with them, I will always order from there again. I seriously recommend eating here. You won't regret it. Update: now I have finished my dinner 🙂 I have had some of my ice cream & it is delicious. I've just opened my free slice of Oreo cheesecake which is one of my favourites & I found a lovely little note, which I'm keeping. To Team Crolla, thank you for making my day with such a lovely thought. It means a lot 🙂 I hope you won't mind me ordering with you again.

s. r.Love this place! Always have an off menu sundae made ( vanilla ice cream, choc sauce, honeycomb and cream, ahhh ) good portions, helpful staff, can eat inside until 6pm currently tho takeaway continues. Never been disappointed.
M. B.Visit the parlour regularly with my two children ages 3 and 16, both of which love all the sweet treats! The staff are incredibly friendly, Leigh the Ass. Manager and a girl Jodie have always went out their way to accommodate us and make our experience memorable, it is upsetting to see any negative reviews as me and my family love the place!!!
The Don waffle is my daughters favourite and raves about it every time! Grant the owner often comes to our table and spends time to chat to us, it’s nice to see people really care about their customers, it is a must visit!

B. C.Every precaution taken to protect the clientele. Lovely selection of ice-cream, sorbets, cheese cakes and chocolate fudge cake. 4th time I've been there and it certainly won't be the last. They even do deliveries which I've had.

I had the nutella flavour on a cone and it was so good wish they had other shops closer to the town
For all my lactose intolerant friends beware they only have 2 dairy free options. The other flavours look amazing! Very nice Italian cafe bar set up with a huge glass window overseeing the shore which was beautiful!

T. S.I have been here twice now and found the staff to be quite good. I notice a few reviews saying they have not had that experience. The place has only been open a couple of weeks so maybe we should all give them a chance. It is a young team and they are obviously finding their feet. In terms of the product I have been quite impressed. I am no expert but it looks like ice cream smells like ice cream and tastes like ice cream I knew there where coffee snobs but I did not know there where ice cream snobs. Lighten up guys!
C. L.Quirky little place at the bottom of leith for ice cream, milkshake, and hot snacks. It's more catered for kids or young families. They also cater for birthday parties which is a plus, especially for the ice creaming loving generation. The mint ice cream cake I had was an utter delight, and the 'baker' took the effort to talk through the flavours and how it was made... A nice personal touch from someone who obviously takes pride in his profession.

I don't blame the server - this is poor staff training.
But the coffee was good and so was the ice-cream - what there was of it.
