G. H.OMG I used to get this ice cream from the van at musselburgh(Bellfeild Avenue) when I was a child,I’m now 51 and it tastes the same no recipe change at all still that same taste I remember.I’ve just spent the last twenty minutes enjoying every mouthful from 45 years ago.
Just wanted to say thank you to the family staff still running it for keeping to there parents tradition.
Keep it going it has to be the best I’ve ever tasted and nothing can match it world wide.
K. E.I remember Ian. He came to our street when we were wee. Arcades ice cream was the best. Better than lucas ice cream. So sad that it is no longer in operation. Why could it not continue?
A. B.Love Arcari ice cream, there was an ice cream van went round Dandeehall when I was a child. In later years I would travel to the shop at 99 High St Portobello. Nowadays my grandson is also in love with it but we can only get to the factory on holidays. It is the best and well worth travelling for. Thank you.💜

A. Z.Nice ice cream. Shame they didn't have more flavours as I was keen to have a cone 😋 bought 1L tub in stead and made a delicious Dame Blanche with it (as to Belgian tradition with proper Belgian chocolate 🤣). True delight for the senses!
