The most delicious brownies we’ve ever had! If you visit this place, you need to try them! For £1, you can also add some ice cream. There’s a lot of flavours, and what we got was really good (Banoffee Pie & Bischoff). Staff is very helpful, and seats are properly distanced. For the amount of brownies & ice cream we got, this was very cheap! We even have leftovers. Definitely give it a try!

Snickers ice cream is just yum!! Receipt says service can take 15 to 30 minutes to reach your table but honestly don't understand how making a few ice creams can take that long. Kind of put me off, it's a shame as place looked great

Really good range of ice cream flavours and wide range of desserts. I ordered one scoop on a cone and it was a generous portion of ice cream for only £2.50, well worth it! Pleased with the kinder bueno flavour but I want to go back for the biscoff!

As far as deserts go it is pretty good. I would not recommend it though. Giant portions and filled with sugar. (Putting extra powdered sugar on top of the brownie was way too much) Obviously, that is the point but just so unhealthy. It was a really nice brownie with peanut butter that we tried and some ok vanilla ice cream.

Definitely my favourite milkshake place! Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful (and patient when the kids can't decide what they want). Loads of different flavours of milkshake and ice cream. The cakes also look amazing, but I haven't tried them...yet. Definitely worth a visit.

Best dessert choices on Glasgow. Quality of ice cream is always good and consistent. The milk cake has become my recent favourite, tastes amazing and very filling. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and tidy. Atmosphere is nice and family friendly and great for couples. Parking can be tricky during daytime but evening, 6pm onwards is easy to get parking. Can be busy at times but worth the wait.

Lovely milkshakes but there was too much cream on mine. Im writing this now just after ive finished drinking it and my throat is dry with the amount of cream. All it takes is a little at the top but its drowned in cream. The presentation was nice but there was just too much cream but over all it i loved the milkshake.. its just the cream that ruined it. The cost though is too high, £4 just for a milkshake. The waitress looked stoned aswell.. she was slurring her words and she took us to a table that was reserved for other people!

Customers are a nightmare though, blocking building access, parking illegally outside, overtly throwing all their litter in the street (bags, cups, cutlery, the lot) rather than getting out of their car and using a bin. Litter in the area from this shop alone has rocketed.

I've forever been a fan of big licks and always enjoyed going along at least a few times a month. However, that changed when I went along a few weeks ago. The service was well below par, we were even charged for our spoons and only given one tissue to use between 3 one us. No one checked back to see if everything was okay. Considering you're paying top dollar for your ice cream, it's the least that can be done. Go along but just know that it'll be a disappointing customer service experience, the ice cream is still good.

I ordered cake and custard the cake was good only thing I was disappointed in was how the custard was served it was served in a small little tub for ice creams was simple not enough it should have been presented in a bowl with the cake like other restaurants do besides that everything else was great

Might I recommend the ferrero rocher flavour, or the biscoff perhaps? Ordering on the app is a bit of a pain in the arse and I have found the service slow on a couple of occasions but they're short staffed (for now) so I do understand - there's a sign in the window so I'm sure that'll change. Great flavours but only three vegan looking sorbets - so they could stand to diversify in future.

The staff are great and always polite and courteous. I am not a fan of their app thoigh for ordering in restaurant. It requires that you give it access to your GPS which I would rather be optional. When I requested a paper menu the staff was again, polite and helpful.

Big Licks Ice creams are the best, the whole family loves them, however please please get Ferrero Roche flavour back, everytime I order its not there and I have to choose another alternative which is ok but not as good as Ferrero for me. Bring Ferrrero back.

Enjoyed our desserts but staff need more training on customer service. Complained about my mocha (which goes down as worst mocha ever!) and young male server looks at me with 2 heads. Explained again about the taste and separation of the drink - granules visible etc - he took it away eventually. Brought same drink back with what looked like the addition of some chocolate and explained it was due to the Belgian chocolate they used. Needless to say drink was left as disgusting

I don't have a bad thing to say about big Licks! Pre-lockdown they were a little expensive but never skimped on portions and every thing was TASTY! A great weekend treat now they have an app to keep customers safe and still just as tasty. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Although the puddings were lovely my son didn't want his scoop of ice cream which came with his dessert. I was slow on the uptake and sat down then he decided he wanted it. When we asked we were told we had to pay an additional 75p for it. I know it's not much but when your shelling out £16.80 for 2 puddings and a cup of tea I think it was a bit of a cheek to have to pay again. I politely declined!

The lovely person who served us..Aisling made our night! My daughter was very shy and confused when we were ordering and then we both felt intimidated by the adult couple behind us who made it very clear that we were taking way too long to order, Aisling took it in her stride and took my daughters order in her own time and with the Respect she and Every child deserves. Went here for the first time last night. A bit of a hip, young and up and coming place to be. Nice friendly and mannerly staff. Clean, music a bit too loud for my personal taste. Loved the ice cream, I had salted caramel and peanut butter. My friend also enjoyed hers. All in all a very enjoyable evening, all except for one huge issue. Every single item is served on/in single use plastic. We spoke to the manager about it. He was very pleasant and explained the reasoning behind it. We had a good discussion about it and he agreed it was not the best thing to use, but went on to say it was because the shop was so busy, people didn't want to wait, sometimes people left with their ice cream. While I accept that while some of the above may be an issue occasionally, I really don't accept that there is not a solution. I am no traditionalist, but I do think using glasses that can be washed as well as spoons that can be washed is not such a huge leap. The manager said it was also down to manpower for washing the glasses. Not an insurmountable problem I would say.The youth of today are so much more environmentally aware and perhaps a few more of them raising this issue will help bring about change. This is a relatively new buisness, ( in Finniston anyway) why not lead the way with some innovative, cutting edge and enviromentally responsible practices.

It has the usual wide variety of ice cream available and they also do hot desserts, tea, coffee, etc. There are lots of comfortable booths to sit at with a friend and the whole place has an American diner feel to it. Sure you're not going in for a healthy salad but for a cheeky wee treat it is very affordable, comfortable and friendly.

This was my first time at big licks there was a lot to choose from but I took away a scoop of white chocolate ice cream and a scoop of salted caramel with hot caramel sauce to take away and it was the best ice cream I've had for 2 scoops it was £3.50 and you get a sauce with it and you have an option to pay for extra sauce's they also do sit in also I'm going to try the hot cookie dough the next time they also do crepes, waffles, pancakes,soft serve sundaes,lava cake, chocolate fudge brownies,a selection of cakes, ice-cream,hot drinks cold drinks, milkshakes they have a really good selection and you can pick from a large selection of whatever you want the only bad/good thing is I only have to walk 5 mins so it's very tempting and I would say the prices are reasonable for what your getting and the portion's are good to, and the staff are nice I didn't have any issues with them so that was good just looking forward to my next visit which after this review I'll probably go later 😋

(Translated) I tried the cup with two flavors: salted caramel and Belgian chocolate. Nothing to do with some artisanal ice cream parlors in Rome, but they defend themselves very well. My partner tried the waffles with Oreo ice cream, and was very satisfied with it. The other proposals are also interesting; I suggest it. (Original) Ho provato la coppetta con due gusti: il caramello salato e il cioccolato belga. Nulla a che vedere con alcune gelaterie artigianali che si trovano a Roma, ma si difendono egregiamente. La mia compagna ha provato i waffle con il gelato all'Oreo, e ne è rimasta decisamente soddisfatta. Interessanti anche le altre proposte; lo suggerisco.
