I'm a Canadian celebrating my birthday away from home, and as a surprise, my wife ordered me a strawberry mango banana milkshake ( 🤯) and a slice of cheesecake all the way from Ontario. It's by far the best milkshake I've ever had! I can't wait to visit again so my wife can taste how amazing your milkshakes are.

Looks a little expensive when looking at the menu but when you see the portion size the thoughts of the cost go out the window. I love the pancakes, which are freshly made.

Loved this wee place. We ordered tea as well, and although it was great tea, we waited a while for it. Regardless, the food was great, it wasn't too busy, and the staff seemed quite pleasant

First time me and my partner went last week and it was just amazing better then any other ice cream places, we had the Large ice cream. Saturday 24/04/2021 we had to go back and we even loved it even more. We live in Coatbridge and we don't mind the drive because it is totally worth it. You get your money worth and the staff are friendly. GREAT PLACE. Our new ice cream place.

BEAUTIFUL milkshake. Able to order and pay from the car and extremely quick service! A member of staff delivered the milkshake straight to the car window so we didn’t have to get soaked outside. What a nice man. Will definitely be back!

Nice cookie dough and ice cream tonight from @cookies n creamz. Went for the milk chocolate cookie dough and the chocolate was nice and melted when you tore into the warm cookie dough. Went down a treat with the vanilla ice cream. At £6.00, seemed reasonable for the size/taste etc.

The place doesn't look like much, however the ice cream and dessert choices are good. Bathroom facilities are good. Only criticisms are that it's kind of remote and the card machine has been "temporarily" out of order for at least half a year. Worth a visit though, and side note, its halal ice cream so no animal based additives.

On arrival at cookiez n creamz we were greeted very pleasantly by a man called Muhammad he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and from start to finish he made the entire service very enjoyable and fun and he most definitelymakes this a 10 out of 10 place to go and visit. Having never been there before he told us all about all the products they sell and flavours. We our food arrived he brought it out to our car for us which was fab, and when we sat down at home to enjoy the food we were absolutely over the moon , it looked amazing and tasted great.Overall for our entire experience, the food was absolutely delicious the service was fantastic and we most definitely recommend 👌

A really nice vibe. The selection is Brilliant, amazing desserts. The quality is on point. Price wise it is excellent. With so many dessert places opening I would say this is definitely on my top five. They know how to do it right. 👌🏽

Ordered lotus biscoff crepe, didn't realise it was two crepes, two scoops of ice-cream and squirty cream. Really enjoyed this but couldn't finish. Ferrero cheesecake was a generous size served with ice-cream and cream. Wasn't too keen on caramel cheesecake, tasted more like mousse.

Our local dessert place which is always great for a wee treat. The fact it's open late is great too! Love the regular sized sundaes which are a fair price and the sitting in area still feels as welcoming and fresh as it did when it was first opened.

Absolutely amazing here with friendly staff and an amazing variety of options. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and was still jam packed with families. The staff member serving said it might take 30 minutes to come out, but we didn’t mind as we got to soak it all up. Food arrives of which was a bomb of flavour in every single scoop. No Ice Cream, Sorbet or Gelato has tasted so good.

(Translated) Desserts are really very tasty here!! Unfortunately, the service could be a bit better. When me and my friend walked in around 4:00 pm, the place was almost empty. Finally after half an hour of waiting we were told to order at the counter. Maybe they don't really count on customers in the afternoon? In any case, the staff seemed very busy cleaning. We didn't really feel welcome. Unfortunate. (Original) Desserts zijn echt heel lekker hier!! Helaas qua service kan er wel wat beter. Toen ik en m'n vriend rond 16:00 binnen liepen was de zaak vrijwel leeg. Uiteindelijk werd er ons na een half uur wachten verteld dat we aan de balie moesten bestellen. Misschien dat ze 's middags niet echt rekenen op klanten? Het personeel leek in iedergeval erg druk bezig met schoonmaken. We voelden ons niet echt welkom. Jammer.
