Super cute place with amazing ice cream! The vibe here is great, always busy, great music, friendly staffs! There’s plenty flavours of ice creams and churros you can pick from. They are all so creamy and delicious! I got vegan biscoff and Ferrero and bueno churros bites. The portions are huge, reasonable price. Churros are a bit too sweet for my liking. You must try their ice cream, so good! The interior design is very cute, plenty seatings upstairs! Will definitely come back again to try more things on the menu 😊

I had been craving churros and not been here for ages. It didn't disappoint. Churros were so crispy and soft and delicious. The only problem was it was busy so had to queue outside to get in but thankfully got a table and a lovely coffee as well. Will definitely be back again for more tasty churros!

Been a couple of times for churros and ice cream. Absolutely delicious! The Bueno Churro Bites are my absolute favourite thing on the menu. The ice cream is also fantastic, had Kinder and Bounty last time, delicious!

Churro was lovely, sweet and crunchy, the ice cream was okay, nothing exceptional but perfectly acceptable. The wait of almost half an hour was not acceptable. I appreciate it was very busy, but we were told 10-15 minutes and it was over 25 minutes for 3 loop and scoops and a cone. They really need to sort that out.

Really good. Cool place. Churros were ver good, non greasy, and tasted as they should. The chocolate with the churros was spot on, proper thick chocolate. I think you can pick up different dips but I cannot remember. The churro and ice cream looked impressive. But be ready to queue...either to take away or to sit in. If ordering a take away or delivery beware that churros might get a bit soggy but still good, maybe just a touch of oven to bring them back.

Always busy with queues outside so it's a good sign! We like the Loop n Scoop. Went for Biscoff Loop n Scoop with Mint Choc Chip gelato and Raspberry Ripple gelato. Top notch for sharing both our favorite flavours! 👍

It's always busy when I visit but there's a reason for that. Churros are delicious and the ice cream, whilst not great, is very good. I made the mistake of getting raspberry ripple again, waste of a scoop to be honest. Staff are very friendly and make an effort to check for food allergies which isn't common in my experience. Seems that you can order ahead or via Deliveroo. I've never tried it but probably worth it to beat the queue. Definitely worth a visit and probably a repeat visit to find the churro ice cream combination that's perfect for you.

I’ve seen huge queues outside this place each day so I thought it was worth a try. £20 and an hour later, we were served a mediocre milkshake along with the signature loop and scoop which had melted ice cream (which was quite grainy) and a cold churro loop. To be fair, the filled churros were really tasty but 1 out of 3 isn’t really up to par. I got the impression there wasn’t much leadership in the branch with not much organisation, but 8pm on a Sunday maybe isn’t a top priority time. I think Equi’s or Nardini’s are far superior.

Have been there today. Was waiting for about 10 min to be served and then 20 min to get the order.. no many people in queue, but for some reason the work is going very slowly. The ice cream is alright, but the pastry is too sweet. A bit overpriced and the place is overrated. The portion is quite big, I couldn’t finish as it was too sweet.

The only thing was that the queue was crazy and that meant that the order took such a long time to actually come out once ordered. Beautifully presented space with really delicious ice cream and chorus - and I mean, delicious! Staff were very pleasant but not stand out. Marked down because (1) we'd long finished the ice cream by time the chorus were served, and (2) because the experience was made to feel cheap by single use containers and utensils being mixed with real crockery and utensils for sit in customers. In this day and age, single use, must be kept to an absolute minimum; and supplying it to sit in customers, just isn't doing that. I'll definitely be back, but hope the team here aim to keep improving to accomplish perfection.

Visited for late night ice cream. I was not disappointed, ice cream all made in house with a large selection of flavours to choose from. After choosing my bubble gum and tablet flavour ice cream I was disappointed to see they had just put out some Ferrero Rocher ice cream which I would have loved to try. I will have to be back to try this another day. Also tried some of the churros which chocolate, freshly made and delicious. The only slightly negative point I would say is the ice cream is marketed as gelato, which I would challenge it is closer to a normal ice cream than a traditional Italian gelato, I may be wrong though.

Last day of level 4 lockdown. Service was really fast for ice cream but churros were a 15 minute wait. Considering the weather was overall really good. Ice cream itself was really tasty - bounty and nutella with wee tubs of nutella for its namesake. Social distancing and cleaning was fine, no issues and all the staff were masked.

The pictures of these are probably more appetising than the loop & scoops themselves. We ordered on the app, and it gave a time of 10 minutes, which was reasonable enough as it was a big enough order of 2 loop and scoops and 3 ice creams. However, after many failed attempts at communication, phone calls with conflicting claims, and confusion over who was in charge of our order, it was nearly 40 minutes after we placed our order until we got all of our items. This could maybe be excusable once, but the place consistantly underperforms in terms of service. There seems to be very little organisation behind the counter. Saying that, the ice cream and sauces them selves are delicious, and the loop and scoop is cool for a photo if that is what you're into, but to be honest, if I am going to pay nearly £8 for a fancy ice cream, it better be the best ice cream of my life - and it simply wasn't close

Wow. Somehow found this place on my way back from the Highlands on the A82 and they did quite possibly the best churros I've had in the UK. Churros were light, a touch savoury and clean. Not greasy and not too sweet. Artisan type ice cream gelatos and the decor was splendid; a really chic cool place. Definitely will visit again when I'm back in Glasgow.

I love this place so much it’s amazing all the different ice cream and churros! Filled churros are 100% my fave! But only thing I would recommend would be the salted caramel dip/filling! I’ve had it twice now and I don’t know why it tastes like vomit! I thought it was just a bad batch first time so I got it today a couple of months after the last time I had and it tasted the same, like vomit! But everything else is wonderful and you should go 100% but maybe miss the salted caramel.

I visited this place with my girl friend for some churros and coffee. Having come back from a long stay in Spain not so long ago, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to be served freshly fried churros that was nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The (milk) chocolate dip was slightly disappointing as it came in a small plastic container, not a large cup as they do back in Spain, and it didn't have much chocolatey flavour. The coffee was nice and tasted as if it was properly prepared.

Churros are delicious and exclusive - you can't find these anywhere else. Can give variety and personalisation by testing out combinations with the ice cream. Flavours are switched every day. Offers alternative options for vegans too, such as vegan ice cream.

Even before you taste their ice cream and churros, this place looks great. It is unmistakably an ice cream parlour with lovely bright decor and white tiles throughout. There is also the characteristic mezzanine floor that you find in so many Glasgow West End eateries. Their ice cream is very good indeed with a good selection of flavours. Thankfully there are not too many as that can make decisions very tricky. Two generous scoops is only £2.95 and great value. Didn't try the churros, although they look spectacular. p.s. the toilets are super stylish too.

Finally a great wee business in this location! Having watched many restaurants, cafes ect come and go from this location, it is great to see someone getting it right. The ice cream is the best texture and taste I have ever had! The churros are simply amazing. The staff are alway pleasant under pressure, and with a queue out the door most of the time, it can't be easy. The menu is simple yet there is always something new to try. I especially love that my family of 4 can go here and get ice cram and churros for all of us for under £20. We love Loop & Scoop!

Holy mother of God, this place. My son actually told me, eating his Loop and Scoop on the way home, that his idea of heaven had now changed, and that every day God would serve him a Loop and Scoop while guaranteeing he wouldn't get fat. That's how good it is - its literally another spiritual plain!! 😂 The Churros are excellent, the biscoff (and other) ice creams are to die for, the service is friendly, the menu is inventive. What more to say? It could be in the 1er Arrondissement next to Angelina and would fit in perfectly. Just awesome.

A friend ordered Dipping Churros dusted with cinnamon sugar served with Belgian dipping sauce, and after waiting 20 mins enquired about the order only to realise that they had given her order to someone else. So they offered to give her a large portion and extra sauce to make up for it. The Churros were delicious and crispy on outside whilst soft and chewy on the inside. Worth the wait. There is usually a selection of 6 to 10 ice creams and sorbets. There is also an option of 4 to 6 vegan ice creams and sorbets. Vegan wise they had mint and chocolate chip, chocolate ice creams and mango, and strawberry sorbet. All really good.

Decided to go for an after dinner treat with 3 kids & a teen. Not the easiest place to park near. Arrived about 7.30 and there was a queue outside. Didn't take too long to get inside. Well worth the wait though. Had the biscoff loop n scoop with biscoff (vegan) ice cream and vanilla ice cream - really nice. Kids had a mix of churros, ice cream, cone etc. All thoroughly enjoyed. Bring the dog next time as they are welcome too - sitting in for them also 👌

Amazing gelato and wonderful churros. I'm not sure if they're new in town but they've struggled to keep up with demand on both occasions we went. The advertised ten minute wait for churros was actually twenty minutes which must make their lives difficult as people occupy tables waiting for their order longer than they spend consuming the goods. Perhaps when it's busy they could operate on some consumption assumptions and regularly make the basic loops and dipping churros during peak times on the basis that someone will order one of those more popular items every few minutes?

Just not as much. You increased your price so that you're now one of the most expensive ice cream places in the city. A very cozy and colorful churro place. The atmosphere was a little bit loud mainly because it was very crowded (which is a good sign) but also because the music was a little bit too loud. We only had regular dipping churros with Nutella, dark vegan chocolate and Biscoff. The churro dough was very good and true to the tradicional spanish recipe and the dipping were finger-licking! Highly recommended!!

We've been here a few times now. The churos is good and the ice creams are lovely, however even in quiet times the service is unbelievably slow. You will easily wait 10-15 minutes for a cup of tea and longer for your churos to arrive which can also be cold. Sadly this visit was our last. There are allot of great cafes across Glasgow. There was a queue out of the door when we went here, but it was totally worth it to wait. The churros were warm, crunchy, and fluffy on the inside, and stayed crispy for quite a while when we savoured them. The gelato was also really great. I had Nutella and Oreo gelatos. The Nutella was better than the Oreo, but both were nice, and perfectly complemented by the churro.
