Super cute place with amazing ice cream! The vibe here is great, always busy, great music, friendly staffs! There’s plenty flavours of ice creams and churros you can pick from. They are all so creamy and delicious! I got vegan biscoff and Ferrero and bueno churros bites. The portions are huge, reasonable price. Churros are a bit too sweet for my liking. You must try their ice cream, so good! The interior design is very cute, plenty seatings upstairs! Will definitely come back again to try more things on the menu 😊

Stopped by after hearing good things about this place and ordered an Oreo churro bowl. My gosh. It was delicious. Churros are freshly made, vegan (you would never tell from the flavour) and amazing. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and I loved how they put a bit of cocoa in the Oreo ice cream 😋

My friend recommended this place when I visited Scotland and it is definitely lived up its hype! I can see the queue as well as I parked up outside. We ordered a few items and the service was a bit slow as the shop was so busy! We had churros with chocolate dips, S’more, gelato and biscoff loop & scoop! My favourite was the S’more, which is a churros “bun” sandwich with toasted marshmallow and Hersheys chocolate sauce! OMG it was so good! The crunchy texture of the fresh churros and the toasted Marshmellow is just melted in your month!

I am so happy that I stopped. I've been passing by a couple of times but finally I could try what I've been imagining and it exceeded my expectations! I took the churros cup and what to say... The ice cream was so creamy and flavourful, contrasting very well with the crispiness of the churros cup. The staff was also so nice. You made my inner child happy today 🍦

The churros are amazing. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a wide variety of ice creams to choose from which won't disappoint. Would highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth.

Perfect spot for dessert. Lots of flavours to choose from and seating available. There can be a huge queue at peak times but that’s because it’s so good. Great facilities available such as toilets and free tap water you can help yourself to.

Beautifully presented space with really delicious ice cream and chorus - and I mean, delicious! Staff were very pleasant but not stand out. Marked down because (1) we'd long finished the ice cream by time the chorus were served, and (2) because the experience was made to feel cheap by single use containers and utensils being mixed with real crockery and utensils for sit in customers. In this day and age, single use, must be kept to an absolute minimum; and supplying it to sit in customers, just isn't doing that. I'll definitely be back, but hope the team here aim to keep improving to accomplish perfection.

Wow. Somehow found this place on my way back from the Highlands on the A82 and they did quite possibly the best churros I've had in the UK. Churros were light, a touch savoury and clean. Not greasy and not too sweet. Artisan type ice cream gelatos and the decor was splendid; a really chic cool place. Definitely will visit again when I'm back in Glasgow.

Second time in visiting from out of town and hoping to enjoy a churro but disappointed on both occasions as we were told the first time that they were not available and the second time was a 25 minute wait ( we did not order as a result). We did have ice cream which was very fine but could not find an uncleared or wiped table. Asked staff to wipe a table but was told they were too busy for that. Unlikely that we will be back.

Always get the filled churros when we go. It was the Nutella. Always crispy on the outside and gooey chocolately on the inside. Good wee selection of ice cream aswell. The wait time for us always seems to be about 10 minutes but its worth it. Would recommend for sure 🙌🙌🙌

Love this place! The decor is gorgeous, seating areas upstairs and downstairs. I ordered a coffee (which I swear was the best coffee I have had ever) and the dipping churros which were heavenly. It's not too expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food/drink. Staff seemed helpful. Only been once so far although I definitely plan on returning!

One of the bests in Glasgow! After all the reviews, we decided to give it a try. Great experience!! We tried 4 different scoops of gelato, and 4 different filled churros. All of them were amazing and full of taste! Staff is extremely friendly and hats off to that. Its a busy place, so get ready to wait at the queue (it's all worth it, trust me). Prices are normal for the quality of the products. Highly recommend.

Read about Loop and Scoop online before our trip and we caught the subway over to the West End to find it. Not disappointed and better than I thought. I love Churros but struggle to find good ones over here in the UK but this place was spot on. Enjoyed their signature dish, two scoops (Ruby chocolate and Scottish tablet) with a churro dipped in chocolate and chopped nuts. Heaven! Definitely worth a visit if you're in Glasgow. I'm coming back just for this again. 🧡

Delicious treat for a Tuesday. Visited about 8.45pm and had to queue for around 10 mins. Were lucky enough to grab one of the few tables. Staff were friendly and swift but probably could have upper their game in terms of sanitizing the table and seating area but they were pretty harassed. Churros and gelato were top drawer. Its not a cosy dessert little place. Its bright and loud and busy, but the treats are delicious.

Great place for a pick-me-up dessert (or dessert for any reason) in the west end. Service could be faster, but it was 100% worth it. Decided to go for an after dinner treat with 3 kids & a teen. Not the easiest place to park near. Arrived about 7.30 and there was a queue outside. Didn't take too long to get inside. Well worth the wait though. Had the biscoff loop n scoop with biscoff (vegan) ice cream and vanilla ice cream - really nice. Kids had a mix of churros, ice cream, cone etc. All thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing gelato and wonderful churros. I'm not sure if they're new in town but they've struggled to keep up with demand on both occasions we went. The advertised ten minute wait for churros was actually twenty minutes which must make their lives difficult as people occupy tables waiting for their order longer than they spend consuming the goods. Perhaps when it's busy they could operate on some consumption assumptions and regularly make the basic loops and dipping churros during peak times on the basis that someone will order one of those more popular items every few minutes?

Just not as much. You increased your price so that you're now one of the most expensive ice cream places in the city. A very cozy and colorful churro place. The atmosphere was a little bit loud mainly because it was very crowded (which is a good sign) but also because the music was a little bit too loud. We've been here a few times now. The churos is good and the ice creams are lovely, however even in quiet times the service is unbelievably slow. You will easily wait 10-15 minutes for a cup of tea and longer for your churos to arrive which can also be cold. Sadly this visit was our last. There are allot of great cafes across Glasgow. The churros were warm, crunchy, and fluffy on the inside, and stayed crispy for quite a while when we savoured them. The gelato was also really great. I had Nutella and Oreo gelatos. It's always busy when I visit but there's a reason for that. Churros are delicious and the ice cream, whilst not great, is very good. I made the mistake of getting raspberry ripple again, waste of a scoop to be honest. Staff are very friendly and make an effort to check for food allergies which isn't common in my experience. Seems that you can order ahead or via Deliveroo. I've never tried it but probably worth it to beat the queue. Definitely worth a visit and probably a repeat visit to find the churro ice cream combination that's perfect for you.

I’ve seen huge queues outside this place each day so I thought it was worth a try. £20 and an hour later, we were served a mediocre milkshake along with the signature loop and scoop which had melted ice cream (which was quite grainy) and a cold churro loop. To be fair, the filled churros were really tasty but 1 out of 3 isn’t really up to par. I got the impression there wasn’t much leadership in the branch with not much organisation, but 8pm on a Sunday maybe isn’t a top priority time. I think Equi’s or Nardini’s are far superior.

Visited for late night ice cream. I was not disappointed, ice cream all made in house with a large selection of flavours to choose from. After choosing my bubble gum and tablet flavour ice cream I was disappointed to see they had just put out some Ferrero Rocher ice cream which I would have loved to try. The only slightly negative point I would say is the ice cream is marketed as gelato, which I would challenge it is closer to a normal ice cream than a traditional Italian gelato, I may be wrong though.

We ordered on the app, and it gave a time of 10 minutes, which was reasonable enough as it was a big enough order of 2 loop and scoops and 3 ice creams. However, after many failed attempts at communication, phone calls with conflicting claims, and confusion over who was in charge of our order, it was nearly 40 minutes after we placed our order until we got all of our items. This could maybe be excusable once, but the place consistantly underperforms in terms of service. There seems to be very little organisation behind the counter. Saying that, the ice cream and sauces them selves are delicious, and the loop and scoop is cool for a photo if that is what you're into, but to be honest, if I am going to pay nearly £8 for a fancy ice cream, it better be the best ice cream of my life - and it simply wasn't close

I visited this place with my girl friend for some churros and coffee. Having come back from a long stay in Spain not so long ago, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to be served freshly fried churros that was nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The (milk) chocolate dip was slightly disappointing as it came in a small plastic container, not a large cup as they do back in Spain, and it didn't have much chocolatey flavour. The coffee was nice and tasted as if it was properly prepared.

Even before you taste their ice cream and churros, this place looks great. It is unmistakably an ice cream parlour with lovely bright decor and white tiles throughout. There is also the characteristic mezzanine floor that you find in so many Glasgow West End eateries. Their ice cream is very good indeed with a good selection of flavours. The churros here are sensational. The perfect way to indulge after a good meal. I would recommend the churros with the Belgian chocolate or if you prefer a stuffed filling you can't go wrong with the Nutella filled churros. A thing to note is that you have to pick your seat BEFORE ordering so keep that in mind.
