The home made Belgium Waffles are so good, massive and very filling (I had to eat it over 2 days). The variety of ice creams and toppings are brilliant too. Will need to try a Sundae next time. Highly recommended.

Went along on opening day, we didn't have to queue for long at all. All of the staff were lovely and friendly. So many ice cream flavours to choose from, the ones we had were all delicious. (Bounty, Biscoff and Bubblegum). Can't wait to go back.

The selection of sweets is great. I joined the live tiktok and got a full view of what was on offer. Good to see such a wide selection. The delivery was really quick and sweets were good.

Best Ice cream i have tried by far. I ended up getting a 2 Litre tub to take back home! Such a hidden gem in Milngavie as i never knew it was there until recently but it is directly across from the skate park. Certainly be back. I have my eyes on they delicious waffles this time.

I love melts! Have been a regular customer since they opened & never been disappointed. Staff go above and beyond. Their cookie 🍪 dough & Scottish tablet ice cream 🍦 is a winner! Best desert place around.

Amazing place, Desserts are out of this world so much variety to choose from. Staff are super friendly and helped alert me which desserts had no nuts. wouldnt go any where else now i have found this hidden gem in the heart of Milngavie.

Fab!!! What a selection of sweets, Im not sure who was more impressed or excited me or the kids. 10/10 but what else would I expect from Melts.

Lovely experience all round, the two girls at the front where very lovely and made my ice cream extremely quickly not to mention it was delicious i will definitely be returning and spending more of my pocket money

I am so glad this place has come to Milngavie!! I'm going to be there every day. Staff were so friendly. The ice cream is amazing. I queued for about 15 mins but that was due to the staff making sure that they limited customers inside, due to social distancing so I can't complain about that. 21 flavours of ice cream. Huge waffles. The portions are amazing! See you again soon!!

Wonderful family-run business with a really friendly atmosphere. Bright, colourful and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous indoor seating area too. Great selection of ice cream and delicious desserts (I'd highly recommend the Biscoff cookie dough pot!). 😍❤ Generous helpings for a great price, with brownies and cookie dough bars so big they could choke a horse. Pay Melts Milngavie a visit at your earliest convenience. I guarantee you'll leave with a boxful of pure happiness. 😋🍦

100% the best dessert shop around the area, The Vanilla ice cream was the best i have ever tried and so much to other flavours to choose from, Staff are so friendly... So glad this has opened up in Milngavie ! I will certainly be a regular.. little que outside but understandable as staff are only allowing one group in at a time. Moved very swiftly and most certainly worth the wait.

No foreign holiday for us this year, thanks covid..... Worst bit of that is that I can't enjoy gelato from my favourite café on the Venetian Riviera which, I maintain after years of extensive research all over Italy, serves the best ice cream in Europe. Many have come close over the years but none have bettered. Who knew that, virtually on our doorstep, is a new champion??. Melts, in Milngavie of all places, serves the best ice cream sundae I have ever tasted anywhere , simple as that. Service is quick and friendly, menu is huge and prices are very reasonable. View from the window is not quite as picturesque as sunset over the Adriatic but I can live with that.

Second day of opening and we decided to try Melts Ice Cream Parlour. We had 2 scoops each, Rollo and Honeycomb. Really enjoyed our ice cream experience. We will be back again soon

Got a FB notification for melts so thought I'd give it a try opening day vv busy had to queue but not a problem because the extensive ice cream menu certainly more than made up for it 😋😋the staff were lovely and exhausted but still smiling and great service. Only downside is that is is too close to home🤣if they served latès be there every day🤣⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visited on Saturday and to no surprise it was queued out (New Ice Cream shop + Sunshine!!!!). Staff were very attentive, even when in the queue, and the ice cream was top! Will be back, and soon, to try even more!!!

Ice cream missing from one of the dishes and £6 for a takeaway ice cream sundae is a bit steep. Also asked for vanilla ice cream for one of the kids cone, and ended up with chocolate.
