Best hot chocolate in the town.... ☕☕☕
The price was still high for the quantity. But no complaints on the quality though.
The place is very well decorated. It gives a calm and enriched feeling once you enter.
Gordon was really friendly. Grateful to him for the delicious hot chocolate. 👏👏👏👏👏
Many varieties of Gelatos available here.. 🍦🍦

Visited tonight and was impressed with what they've done with the place, it looks great both inside and outside. The girl with the black hair who served me was very friendly and chatty, and the quality of the ice cream was excellent (had scoops of the chocolate and tablet). I agree with some of the other comments that it's a wee bit pricey compared to other places, but if you're sitting in then it's definitely a much nicer experience than some of these other places (for example, Deesserts on Byres Rd is a bit cheaper for their ice cream, but their indoor seating area is a bit grim and there's no outdoor seating). We're only talking about pennies of a difference so it's not a major issue. Will definitely be back.

Very new and staff finding their feet, full menu not out yet.
But good selection of ice creams and I tried one of their "chimneys" which was great. Flat white was excellent, espresso was above average, smoothie was pretty good. Nice set up in the venue. I'll no doubt be back before long.

We just popped by to try out the dark hot chocolate and it was such a lovely experience! The staff were attentive and friendly, and I felt that they really listened carefully to our order. Plus, there were four non-dairy milk options (oat, almond, coconut, or soya) — all for no extra charge beyond what I thought was a reasonable price at £3.50. The (dark) hot chocolate itself was the thick, Spanish style and absolutely delicious… decadent and rich, but not at all sickly. Looking forward to trying some ice cream in the warmer weather!

High quality ice cream and stupendous interior design.
Would have got a crepe but it was £6.
Six pounds. For a crepe.
Friendly staff. Strange place to have food menu as well, instinctively you look behind the counter for a menu, not away to the right of it.

We went with our young grandchildren on a wet Sunday afternoon - brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was fantastic - I had pistachio and it was really lovely. Will definitely be back, thank you! 👍🏼
