😍🥰 Shouldn't have gone on a full stomach - But you know when you need something sweet.. Kept it simple with a sundae, did not disappoint. Chocolate ice cream had so much flavour and a cheeky ferrero rocher hiding at the bottom was a great surprise. Service was great, lovely girls.

Love this place! Really recommend it, the food is lovely, had waffles and pancakes here on separate occasions and haven't been disappointed, the coke float and cream soda floats are lovely too! Staff are friendly and welcoming too.

First time visiting today and I have to say the staff here were absolutely lovely!! The young lad and the two girls were so happy and helpful to everyone that walked through the door, our fudge cake and milkshake were gorgeous!! Thank you we’ll definitely be back

The wifester and myself popped in one day and we ordered these beauties, full of flavour and enjoyed every mouth full. Not a fan of the waffle as think it smells horrible when you walk in. We sat upstairs out of the way and actually had an enjoyable time.

Excellent service today. I went in on the off chance the ice cream bar served dairy free ice cream for my daughter and the lengths the staff went to to ensure the sorbet she had had no chance of cross contamination was exceptional. They got out a brand new sorbet to ensure minimal risk even though the place was quite busy. Really impressed - other places don’t take allergies as seriously. Definitely will be returning.

If i could give 10 i would. Visited with a 7 month old baby as we were stranded. We had an hour wait for a lift and decided sundaes would make it more fun. Staff couldnt help enough. Got us a booth. Watched my older child whilst I changed the baby. And didnt mind that we stayed a long time. It was a busy Saturday night and still nothing was too much. They even made my baby a fruit salad so she could have a treat with us.

Great desserts and drinks and very friendly service. Staff have at least some knowledge of those with hidden disabilities and put reasonable adjustments in place when they can or suggest an alternative time when they can. Prices may seem a little steep if you aren't familiar with dessert cafes but compared to other places like it, it is cheap and portions are massive! 😃 If you require reasonable adjustments, please let them know when booking although they will do everything they can for walk ins too :)

This place! We had such a great time 2 adults and 4 children dining on ice cream and waffles, what could be better? Well - I decided I'd try the Birthday platter to myself.. ha ha! It was £35 and on reflection, it was money well spent. Managed to try most of the flavours before the bubble gum became overpowering and sickly. We will go again and next time I'll finish it by skipping on bubble gum. Staff were all friendly and seemed fine with me making such a mess, I guess they're used to it? The portions on a 'normal' dessert were massive in themselves and the kids didn't eat all of them. Anything you don't eat you can take with you

It was ok. Kaspa's and Creams are basically the same place, identical menus and foods, almost identical colours too. Wouldn't surprise me if they were the same company. There was only 4 people on and it was pretty busy. All but one of the staff weren't wearing gloves when handling the food. I doubt we'll go back again.

Visited today to grab the kids an ice cream. Ice cream we got was nice and enjoyed by the kids. Menu was very limited but staff helped us get something suitable. Used the toilets before leaving, not sure when the last time they were cleaned.sink was dirty and no soap in the dispensers. Drinks warm not hot but was OK tastewise. Before opening up again they could do with making sure all facilities are suitable and clean. Also staff wandering around with t-shirt full of holes makes you wonder about pride taken in running the place,...

King of Deserts?...Very poor selection! Recently visited Kaspa's while out shopping, and promised my little one an ice cream to keep my side of the bargain. Staff where very welcoming and pleasant and the store itself looks great. Downside was the selection of Ice Cream flavours, limited choice and nothing exciting. Ice Cream stores these days are all about the variety and this store just didn't offer that. Unfortuantley we won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I go here often with my children, plus the children I work with who have disabilities. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve always found the service quick with a reasonable waiting time. We all love the desserts! They always look amazing and well presented! We have tried a few now. The portions are big and filling. Keep up the good work Kaspa’s team

We visited here on a Wednesday evening around 5.30pm a group of four girls, the staff were extremely inviting and really friendly. We were seating in one of the downstairs booths and were left to look over the menu, which by the way is huge, so much to pick from it makes you want one of everything! After decided what we wanted we went up to the counter and ordered which I really like that they leave you to it until you're ready, the gentleman we were served by was lovely and he recommended the Grinch Christmas bubble drink, all I can say is wow! Such an intense flavour and crazy textures. The desserts came and the only downfall was that they were out of custard, which was replaced with fresh cream, other than that everything was perfect, so yummy and the potions are large for the prices you pay.

I enjoyed the visit and got my usual of a nutella and banana waffle. It was delicious as always, however, they seem to have really cut back on the toppings and I was eating a lot of plain waffle, which was a shame. The staff also seem to be getting younger and younger and dont seem to have great customer service experience skills as yet...not that it was bad as such but could have been better.

The deserts from here are really nice. I have had to wait 15-20 minutes each time I have been as I have never seen the upstairs open and they only have 3 tables downstairs. We have always had to ask for more cutlery or napkins as well as they don't have enough on the tables.

Just had Ferrero Roche cake with a hot chocolate and cream for only £6.30!! Think I've just died and gone to cake heaven. 100% recommend this place to anyone. The staff are super friendly and even took the time to check ingredients for me to make sure I could have the cake and it not make me ill. Will be come back here again, very soon 😍

(Visited Jan 2020) We came here with a Groupon (a £20 voucher for £10); on our first visit, stock levels were hopelessly low, and so we took a rain check. Even on the second visit- which was earlier in the day, too- I had to opt for my third choice. The Chocolate Orange Brownie was unavailable, as was the chocolate/caramel cheesecake. The Peanut Butter Stack was still a tasty treat, but just not what I was in the mood for. My dad opted for some sort of strawberry waffle (verdict: “Luvley”) and my brother chose the Kinder Bueno Cookie Dough: again, they were out of white and so he had to have Fudge Brownie Dough, but I think this actually worked in his favour. The service was quick enough. As for drink prices, they weren’t the cheapest.
