I had a great meal there last night. Tofu spring rolls starter and a fried rice dish, served in a carved out pineapple. It was absolutely delicious. The staff are great, really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

3.5 stars overall. Good quality food but nothing special, decent portions and great staff who provided nice service. Rather slow service but we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. (Tuesday evening). It's a bit pricy compared to other similar restaurants in Hull/Leeds, but not super expensive and it felt like good value all things considered.

Just had a really enjoyable meal here this evening. Delightful staff and service. Food delicious and beautifully presented. We did not have a booking but the place looked fresh and inviting so gave it a try and was so glad we did. Not over priced for city centre eating and refreshing food.

Wow, simply amazing quality food which is so tasty but also brilliantly presented. Each dish is like a work of art just inviting your taste buds to endulge. Really nice relaxing atmosphere, staff very friendly and helped navigate the amazing menu. Special thanks to Declan and Courtney.

We arrived and the wait for service was slightly long, but that's because the food is freshly made and we were blown away by how good it was. This is not a fast food service, this is a dining experience. We each ordered a starter and a main l, the summer rolls are devine. Fresh flavours and so morish even the portions are very generous. The spring rolls are fresh, good portions and not your average spring rolls. They are not greasy instead light and packed with flavour. We ordered stir fry, hot pot and noodle soup for mains and omg all were delicious. I could go on but instead try for yourself. I'd doubt that there is anything on that menu that isn't good. The chef deservs a medal. Keep up the good work, please don't change.

What an amazing place!! I used to love eating Vietnamese food when I lived in London but I hadn't found anything like it in Yorkshire before now. The food is a spectacle as well as a taste sensation and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We chose to sit outside as it was a nice evening, but inside looked so inviting. We heard about it from the the rave reviews in the vegan forums, and they were all spot on! We'll definitely be back ♥️

Staying in Hull with work for the last fortnight, I discovered Long An on the first night. Wow what a find! It was only a 10 minute walk from my hotel, so could easily pop down after a long shift at work. The food was beautifully presented, with lots of fresh ingredients. The menu is quite small but this means that the chef's can get the meals spot on every time! Prices are fair, I could get a starter, a main and a couple of beers and still be inside my expense allowance. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very relaxed inside. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to return when I am back down in Hull.

A beautiful restaurant. The interior is gorgeous. The staff were lovely. If you go please order a cocktail! They are perfectly made. We were told the cocktail guy was an expert and that appears to be true! So delicious. The food was really tasty & fresh but we were a bit disconcerted by the presentation! The summer rolls looked a bit strange! But for taste they were 10/10!!! XXX

To be honest on a night out in Hull we wasn’t sure where to eat. We stumbled across Long An. What a decision we made. Seriously, this was an amazing meal. It’s not often a plate of food makes me feel emotional. I had the special fried rice, my wife had the curried hot pot. Forget any preconceptions about Chinese fried rice. This was on a completely different level. Presented beautifully, packed full of prawns, meat, tofu, vegetables, herbs, the flavour was sublime. My wife’s was equally as good. The flavours were unique and amazed the pair of us. On the surface it appeared expensive but honestly it was worth every penny. Special mention to all the staff especially Courtney who recommended the amazing coconut and mango desert. Will definitely make the trip to Hull again just for this restaurant. Thanks, a night to remember.

Great vegan food - available as a separate menu. Drinks list also labelled for vegan. Really delicious and tasty, generous portions. Wow, what a great food experience, I booked table for 8, friends and family for a birthday treat for my partner. The food was gorgeous, beautiful flavours and the choice was good, and they cater for vegan and vegetarians, even better, had a lovely welcome from declan, front of house, very attentive, couldn't do enough for us. We'll definitely be having a 2nd visit, maybe just a main course, as the starters were large, but delicious. Thank- you.

An Absolute must !! This was my first experience of Vietnamese food and dining so needed a little guidance, the waitress Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing from the menu , all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and exceptionally well presented , the chefs clearly know there stuff ! The restaurant itself and toilets ect were extremely clean , Highly highly recommend this restaurant!!!

A group of four of us are here last night and really enjoyed the food and had excellent service. We were invited to wash our hands on entering the restaurant which we all appreciated especially at this time. The menu was diverse with a good description of each meal which made choosing easy. We shared starters and all had different main courses. Mine was aubergine stuffed with spiced pork and was served with rice noodles. The portion was too big to finish and really tasty. The service was excellent and although we had one of the cheaper wines it was non the less worse for the price. We'd all recommend this restaurant for quality, price and service 😊

The atmosphere is calm and homely with a feel of luxury. They cater for vegans which is great and the vegan food is incredibly delicious. Me and my partner ordered from here when in lock down and the portion and presentation was amazing and after it reopened we have been a good 4/5 times since. The presentation of the food is incredible, it tastes amazing and we have tried every vegan option in the menu. I am always pleasantly full when we leave and I took my grandparents there last week and they got the stake and duck platter. They are very VERY picky and after 1 bite (no exaggeration) my grandad was arranging our next visit. Highly recommended and the cocktail are very tasty.

This is the third time we have eaten at Long An and the food and the experience has been excellent every time. The food is fresh, tasty and plentiful. The chicken soup is absolutely lovely and my favourite! Looking forward to going back to try different dishes. The staff have always been great and extremely helpful, nothing is to much trouble. The young lady that served us tonight (and previously)Courtney is an absolute credit to the restaurant, she is a very down to earth, normal young lady. She is very polite and nothing is to much trouble, you can also have a laugh with her. The manger Danny introduced himself to us and he was again very down to earth and pleasant. He explained to us the vision they have for the restaurant and we would like to wish them luck with achieving this. Nothing but praise for Long An Restaurant.

First time I've ever had Vietnamese restaurant and it was delicious! I went with a friend who lived in Vietnam for a year and she said it was so authentic it was like she was back living there. 5 out of 5 and the staff were so nice. Courtney the waitress was very attentive and made sure everything was okay, and at the end even the owner came out to ask if everything was okay. I'll definitely return here!

Ate here for the first time today, restaurant is clean and tidy and atmosphere is friendly. The menu isn’t extensive however the quality of what’s on offer is very very good and the amount of meat or seafood in the dishes is ace. Visited Saturday 14th August as part of a large group, from entering the restaurant and being shown to our table, the service was faultless. The food was all brought out together which is no mean feat for such a large group, it looked superb and tasted as good as it looked. The service throughout the evening was attentive but not overwhelming. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Awesome meal, fantastic service. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for somewhere to eat out in Hull. Everything has been thought of from the decorative screens between tables, a bottle of hand sanitiser on the table should you feel you need it, individual small towels to dry your hands on in the toilets and a sanitiser that smells of tea tree not hospitals!! The cocktails were the icing on the cake. Just thinking of an excuse to come back to Hull to eat here again soon.

A beautiful place! If you're looking for high quality authentic Vietnamese food that is presented beautifully and tastes amazing, this is definitely the place. A lovely relaxed atmosphere even when it's busy, no staff rushing about the place. Delicious cocktails too and great offers for lunch and across drinks. 5*
