Absolutely amazing... If you're ordering for two people you could get away with one waffle they're so big! Luckily they allow you to take some home in a box! Also the high chairs for little ones are comfy "at home" style ones so my little girl was having a blast with her kids waffle! 💜

Great place for a treat. Nice atmosphere with helpful staff. The menu can be very daunting though as it is massive there is every combination you could ever think of to choose from. Fairly priced too for the amount you get had ours shared it between the 2 of us and was very happy!

Orderd three waffles took over 30 minutes to come out staff were apologetic but not much use . Freak shake was nice but not easy to eat could do with a spoon. Edit: only just had chance to update this review but the staff actually gave us some free scoops of ice-cream to apologise so I've bumped to three stars. Tldr food is nice but place appears understaffed I would consider this place if you don't mind waiting .

Stunning interior. Great American Diner style and atmosphere. Food was simply lovely. Huge selection of hot and cold desserts. We popped in before a movie at the cinema next door, and this really added to our afternoon. Staff were friendly. Manager was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend a visit.

I ate here with my 14 year old daughter. Friendly staff, clean tables and tasty food. The food arrived in good time and was well presented. My one complaint would be that amongst the well presented environment, the menus were sticky with food and held together by sellotape. It detracted from the otherwise positive feel of the place. Would certainly return though.

I go to creams cafe very often with friends etc and I always have a good experience. I love the booths they are very comfy and considering how big the waffles and crepes are they were served very quickly with an extremely friendly service from staff. Would definitely recommend as it’s just got a really nice chill atmosphere!

Just abysmal when ordering out. They have NEVER got an order right. Better in house but they just can't cope with deliveroo orders.

A little disappointed. A lot of money for what we got, very echoey with noise from other customers and didn't get what we ordered although the manager did give a partial refund and was apologetic. I think we had high expectations which weren't met. The ice cream was nice but at nearly £8 per sundae we expected something special.

You can’t fault the staff at this branch. They are always very welcoming and friendly. Generally, the place isn’t too busy out of times when families are likely to be at the cinema next door. This branch has the edge over a nearby rival that looks incredibly similar, but there’s inconsistency with what you get for your money. For £7-8, you can get a bubble pop waffle that’s loaded with ice cream (and more than one person should probably eat), but other products like the cookie dough can be similar in price, but much smaller and more underwhelming. The milkshakes aren’t particularly a strong point. Stick to the waffles and you’re less likely to be disappointed.

i always come to my local creams in the ipswich buttermarket and not once have i had a bad experience. we get sat down by the lovely staff within 5 minutes of waiting even if the restaurant is busy. the tables are very clean and there’s such a happy , positive atmosphere around you when you first get sat down. the menu is amazing and i never find it hard to find something i fancy. the choices of desserts are endless; from waffles, crepes, gelato, cookie dough, milkshakes etc, as well as having savers menus, vegan and kids options as well. they are all presented as shown/described in the menu. the staff as so polite and always make my experience even better. you know that the desserts are fresh and handmade there as you can even see the staff making them behind the desserts. i recommend to anyone who lives in / visiting the ipswich area to go to creams and give it a 100% truthful 5-stars

Took the kids for a treat and what it treat it was the kids and the adults had a great time ice cream was lovely and the waffles were light and fluffy we will be retuning. Only problem was the clown ice cream didn't look like a clown and made my lil girl cry cause it didn't look like the pic but she ate it all the same 😂

I personally don't appreciate too much all sugary and coloured items sold there. Noisy place and not really extremely clean for a place where you eat with kids. Prices are affordable. Just, when you see everything filled with chocolate, icecream, cream, blue, pink... makes you feel sick already.

A nice dessert cafe located on the upper floor of the Buttermarket shopping centre in the same style of the nearby Kaspa's. A great selection of ice creams, waffles, crepes etc. to choose from. You will need to go up to the counter to order, make sure to remember your table number when doing so. Food generally takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at your table and is usually tasty, my favourite sundaes are mostly fruity in flavour, as the fruit always tastes fresh and delicious. My favourite milkshake is the Nutella one, always delicious too.

Excellent ice cream and service, large and clean cafe. Accessible from undercover parking in Buttermarket Centre. I would have loved the Option of a Savory Crepe like ham and cheese or spinach and cheese, but only sweet options available.

Creams hosted my son's 8th birthday party and they couldn't have been more helpful. There were 14 children in total and not only were the staff friendly and efficient, the food was brought out in quick succession with fabulous attention to detail. Best place to go in Ipswich for waffles, crepes and gelato - special thanks to the manager for organising.

Best dessert place in Ipswich. Tried Kaspa’s before but the customer experience here was better. The waiting time was a bit longer because it’s half term and weekend (understandable), but the staff made up for it and brought us two amazing waffles and drinks. Recommend 100% and would definitely come back again.
