Been coming here since I was in high school and will never stop doing so! Well, unless I somehow end up having to give up eating ice cream for whatever reason which hopefully will be never. The staff are very friendly and always cheer me up whenever I visit. Also, the variety of flavours is so so good!!! You can stick to your classics or try something different if you fancied.

The new location is much better as there is plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the ice cream. Staff are very friendly and great with kids. The small size are perfect for little ones. Good selection and tasty flavours.

Absolutely delicious ice-cream which in fact need no addition to appreciate it taste. Maybe some choc souse on a top😋 The hostess was so nice and helpfull eventhough we came close to shutting.

Set in a beautiful location, this little shop serves a vast variety of delicious looking flavoured ice creams. It also has an impressive choice of very reasonably priced sandwiches which are made to order. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit. If i lived and worked locally i would make that place my regular lunch time spot. Top marks.

Great little place, a tad hidden, but is worth the search. An amazing choice of ice creams, a very friendly staff, and enough sits outside if you're d rather sit down to taste your treat. I suggest that you taste the green Woodruff, it's a nice surprise.

The staff here are lovely. There’s a big range of ice cream, all delicious, with toppings and sauces on offer too. As of May 2018, they’ve just moved location to a little place in a tiny lane by the Thomas Wolsey pub, so that seating is available outside on a nice day.

I scream has always been my favourite place to go year round since i was a little girl! The owner has such a brilliant way with customers. Its a place where you want to "just pop in for an tea (Only icecream) just to have a catch up!" I have never taken a person there who hasnt been smiling when they leave!

I have been meaning to visit I-scream for ages and today finally got round to it. There is a strict policy regarding peanuts and allergies so sadly my son couldn't have one. However this information was invaluable as so many places cannot tell us of peanut content so I was very impressed. I will be returning for my ice cream without allergy child! Thank you!

Love this store and have done for years. Great range of flavours and so glad it has survived as long as it has in Ipswich. I really hope their recent move to a side street doesn’t impact their takings and they continue to flourish.
