Lovely staff and very nice food. The staff were lovely and polite, we were greeted as soo bad we walked in and welcomed to a table. The surroundings were nice and clean. I ordered the brownie waffle which was served very quickly, the presentation was lovely, waffle warm and very tasty!

My mothers day treat. I prefer Kaspa's to any other ice cream parlour chains. Prices are reasonable and portions are of a good size so value for money. The staff were polite, but they were so busy with take out food/online orders, we had to wait a long time for all of our orders, which did turn up sporadically over 30 mins. The restaurant wasn't overwhelmed with customers either. 3 different members of staff came to our table regarding our order, without us bringing it to their attention. So, they were helpful and knew there had been a problem of some sort. By no means am I complaining, as it was nice to sit and have time with both my sons in a relaxed atmosphere.

The waffles and the deserts are good. But I'm not going to put all the stars because they putted the one of the drinks wrong. I tried to say was wrong, and they offer me another drink when I already finished, and they were trying to put an excuse saying was the correct one when I was seeing it in the panel Infront of me. Heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth. The choice is incredible with waffles, pancakes, sundaes and cake, this is a dessert for everyone. They also have the new fruity bubble ball drink things that burst when you bite them, which offer a refreshing change. It is a bit on the pricey side but it's a lovely treat every now and again and it's open till 11pm.

Super friendly staff who made the visit extra special. If you love desserts then this place is deffinetly worth a visit. Wheel chair accessible with disabled toilet facilities too. Decore is very much 1950s diner. Way too much choice would be the only negative! Cash and cards accepted. Coffee and other drinks available on the menu too. Worth the sinful visit.

Good service, reasonable price and a good serving. I liked it overall but my only criticism is that it looks a bit dirty in places. The window sills were full of dust and cobwebs. I definitely feel like it would benefit from a deep clean. Staff were lovely though. Really enjoyed our puddings.

We visited Kaspa's on an evening, it seemed steady with the majority of their orders going to delivery drivers. We made a take away order and there is a seating area for waiting. Staff were friendly but the wait was significant for a small order of 1 waffle. Dairy free options are basically sorbet or nothing. Many items are overpriced and not worth it. But, the bubble slush drinks are to die for and reasonably priced. If you have a mega sweet tooth or just love ice cream you'll definitely enjoy the items that are worth the price.

Service was friendly. My daughter ordered a giant sundae 🍨which was epic. My girlfriend ordered a waffle and was slightly dissapointed by the fact it was cold. She may well have been more dissapointed had I not been the one who paid £8 for it! This was my very first time as a customer of this place. Overall: middle of the road experience. This is a great place to visit for a treat, especially for a special occasion. Don't be fooled into thinking you won't be very full after one of their desserts, they're very filling and if you order too much you'll be asking for a doggy bag (which is available!) They've recently changed the process of ordering and instead of them taking your order at the table, you now have to go and place it yourself. The place is great to look at and is very clean and the food is yummy!! Don't know if the staff were really busy or just forgot but had to go and get a drink of water for my daughter after they failed to bring her some. Other than that I'd highly recommend a visit if you haven't been already

Great place to take the kid's The staff are great towards the customers especially the children. The objects they can build out of ice cream is unbelievable. I would advise anyone who goes there for a dish of ice cream to take a camera with them to take a picture of there dish before they eat it. Also it is a bit pricey but worth it.

Fantastic delicious deserts! Great location in central ipswich. Was a bit confusing as you had to wait to be seated and they brought you menus but then you had to go up and order? Might be nice to have table service. The deserts were very nice and there was a wide selection available. The smell in the restaurant made you hungry!

We visited Kaspas for a quick lunch and will probably visit again soon. Although there are no savoury options we decided to try the waffles with ice-cream, they were large and full of flavour, although very sweet, which is OK as I have a very sweet tooth. Speed of service was not great but the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. There is so much choice we will definitely be visiting again to try the other options.

Wonderful experience @ Kaspas in Ipswich from start to finish. Very welcoming from entering the restaurant and customer service was excellent, especially from Mo who served me. The desserts are clearly made with care and great presentation, not to forget the waffle I ordered tasted delightful. Went with my family and had a very enjoyable experience! Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be going there again.

Really nice deserts, massive selection (read the menu thoroughly before ordering - be sure you know what you want), not long a wait, moderately priced, brilliant place for dates, right in the middle of town. Staff are friendly, place is cosey, open till 11:00, however you have to get there before 10:30 to eat in which is odd - they don't mention that until you get there at that time; eatting in is recommended rather than take away, food remains hot and fresh, however take away is still not that bad. Wide choice of shakes, recommend the ice cream shake (pick your two favourite flavours of ice cream and they make a milkshake from them). Highly recommend NOT to get a delivery; prices are about double when compared to their menu online, takes ages for delivery so nothing arrives hot, the countdown for delivery (eta) is constantly changing and they don't get the initial order correct anyway; we tried getting a delivery the other day and out of 7 items which we had ordered, 5 of them were wrong / cold / missing items / bernt. For the best experience, visit the place in person. Cookie dough is amazing, the crumble is great and the sticky toffee pudding is good.

Waffles and ice cream house. My first time in one, looked like a chain place, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. I was shattered and sweating after a small shopping trip and needed to sit down and cool down. Kaspa's looked ideal and so it turned out. I couldn't eat the waffles because of gluten intolerance but the ice cream/ gelato was lovely, I chose one with pistachio gelato and hazelnut gelato plus cream etc and it was lovely. Also had a frappacinno, my first ever and thoroughly enjoyed that to my surprise. By the time I had finished both I had just about brought my temperature back down to normal. Place wasn't too busy, I had a booth to myself and wasn't hurried out when I had finished which was nice. There are toilets though I didn't use them so can't review but would expect them to be as clean as the rest.
