Liz was luckily free to create a wonderful dessert table for my Mum’s surprise 50th! And she did an incredible job - not only did it look amazing but it tasted amazing, the macaroons and brownies were gone in minutes and the went down a treat with nothing left over for doggy bags! Big thanks to Liz for accommodating for 70 people! And creating a wonderful table which became a centre of attention for the evening 😊

I recently collaborated with Liz on a wedding styled shoot and her cake was the most delicious cake I may have ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot). The creation was so beautiful and perfectly matched the vision I had in my head - vegan, white frosting and edible flowers. Not to mention the addition of lollies made with extra edible flowers which beautifully complemented the shoot. Can't wait to get my next cake fix!

Mrs B's Cakery made mine and my husbands wedding cake and it was truly a work of art. She took the time to not only discuss flavours (complete with tasting session) but reasons why certain finishing touches might work better, how to display the cake and even came to visit our venue in advance so she knew where to set up. Me and my husband wanted a rustic theme filled with different flavours for each layer. We chose lemon, victoria sponge, carrot cake and a chocolate and boozy cherry top tier. It was finished with a beautifully thick layer of butter cream, real edible flowers and as we met doing Fiddler On The Roof she took the time to practice creating little chocolate fiddles to sit in amongst the flowers. I know some weddings have so much going on that you can forget about the cake, but it was one of most favourite things of the whole day. Book her. I mean, RIGHT NOW!!
