Very impressive gelato and sweets place, packed into what used to be a mountaineering supply store in the middle of Leeds City centre. Friendly and attentive staff with generous serving sizes. Good menu variety and substitutions added when supplies were low. Definitely recommended to anyone visiting Leeds

Love the desserts in Icestone Gelato. I have come here few times now and have never been disappointed. I have tried the waffles, crepes, cookie dough, milkshakes, cakes and chocolate fondue and everything tastes delicious! The customer service has always been good too. Last night we were served by Hasnain and he was very helpful. Posting pictures of the desserts that we ordered last night, we ordered oreo brownie, white chocolate cookie dough and nutella milk cake.

I have been here about three times and had different experiences each time. Short story short last time I actually enjoyed the crepe I ordered and my mom her waffle. Objectively really nice taste and good quality. The customer service could be better as the people serving have been not really attentive and not always what one would expect ( I worked in hospitality and I know a thing or two about it). Overall, a good experience, there is room for improvement :)

First time visiting, won't be the last. Staff friendly and helpful, the drinks were lovely and the food was delicious, the red velvet cake was amazing

Really amazing place. We went here and my kids loved it. The staff were all really friendly, polite and helpful. The food we ordered came quickly, was very tasty and the servings were all massive. I would recommend this place to everyone

I love their waffles, I've ordered from here via just eat a few times. Their delivery times leaves something to be desired and their sauces that they top with are proper full of sugar and I could tell it was bulk bought/shop bought. I will be ordering again soon, their strawberry waffles are to die for 🤤🤤

Staffs were extremely nice to talk to, they were very friendly. We had a Mr Brown Sundae and a Kinder Crepe. The brownies were too sweet for the sundae but the crepe was amazing.

Superb! A bit crowded but when you get served YOU KNOW WHY!!! That was 4 days ago and we are still talking about those desserts at home!!!

Food was amazing, prices were reasonable. Staff were atrociously rude. UPDATE: They have since changed/hired a (I think) completely new team, who are much more friendlier and welcoming. Good place for dessert overall now

Me and my other half have been regulars here for the past couple of months. The ice cream is very high quality and I really enjoy the kinder sundae. I have noticed there's a new manager and the place is alot more organized than it was last few months ago. We receive our order alot faster than normal which is good. Very happy.

2nd time being here. Fairly busy today - good coffee. My fudge cake was a little dry, but still nice. The toilets were closed today which I'm sure is not a normal situation. The prices here are actually very reasonable compared to Kaspas around the corner.

The presentation is way better than the taste. The cookie was okay, a bit pricy for what you get. And my cousin got a cake that seemed to be one of those mixtures you can buy at the supermarket. The ice-cream was good.

Visited here on Friday evening, wasn't really busy but it took us a long time to get our desserts. I had profiteroles which were slightly hard sign of being in fridge for few days. The gentleman serving us was really great and polite but the guy working on the front had some Arrogance issue, using his phone regularly and telling staff to do certain things in very rude manner. Price isn't bad but I think it's the quality which needs attention.

I often use UberEATS to order waffles here Love their portion, ice cream, ingredients and everything except that the waffle is rather too soft than crunchy (don’t know if it cuz of the delivery or it’s supposed to be like that) When this whole pandemic settles down, I truly wish to try it in store as well

Plenty to choose from and good, bordering on too good portion sizes. A meal in itself to finish some of the items on offer here so hope the main course was just a side salad. Be prepared to pay for the privilege though, this isn't your average 'back of the menu' dessert range.. service was OK, a little staggered in the delivery, maybe invest in a few more Waffle irons? Kids and big kids (me) happy if not a little sick - a brisk walk in the fresh air soon clears that up though, assuming you can walk after all that sugary goodness.

They have large choice of ice cream, specifically natural yoghurt which is essential but for some reason hard to find in Leeds. They also prepare everything quickly in front of people ordering takeaway. Sometimes the ice creams look a bit sweaty which is a downside obviously. The people aren't always nice, it depends on when you go.

The waffle isn't really a waffle, it was a waffle shaped cake. Literally. Too sweet and floury just like a cake, and with all the toppings it had I was a sugar overload I couldn't bare. And I love sugar. A normal waffle isn't usually so sweet or cakey so, when you add toppings, it balances out. The ice cream was good and the presentation was very pretty. But I wouldn't order the waffle again. Couldn't even finish it all.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, feels welcoming enough even for a casual catch up with friends etc. Got the peanut butter stack from here which was decent along with the Reeses pieces gelato, however If I could change I would have chosen a plain flavour like vanilla. Overall not a bad place to visit with family and friends, they have a decent menu with a variety of options suitable for everyone.

Dropped in after a Burger at the Assembly as it was too tempting to walk by without stopping. Deserts were excellent and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Would recommend.

Lovely gelato. I had creamy hazelnut and kulfi flavours with a Desi tea made with cardamom and lots of milk. Delicious! And the toilet was clean and didn't smell of artificial fragrance or cleaning materials. A huge bonus!

Really nice desserts and ice cream selection. The staff are nice & friendly. Items are fairly priced for the location. Will be returning again soon definitely!!!
