I came into the shop in the afternoon with a very large group today and I was extremely impressed by the speed of the staff and how they were able to give us all our orders in a well presented and exceptional manner. Considering we were a really big group that took up 4 tables and the place was packed with other customers apart from us, I didn't expect for everything to come out at once so that we would all have the desserts at the same time however the staff managed to accomplish this so that we weren't waiting around for everyone to receive their order. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be coming back in the very near future. 100% recommended.

Nice place with American look, with big choice of sweet food, only downside is staff. We were waiting for Coffe and wafles more than 30 min and it was just 6 people there. Very unprofessional, lady came after 15 min to tell me they don't have a Coffe which I order. After that she mixed the orders. After 30 min she brought finally our order but there was no banana in peanut wafles and supposed to be. So it was very dry. On the end when we wanted to pay it take ages again, because something didn't work. Thanks god it was just a few people there otherwise would be definitely worst.

Walked in and was instantly greeted by a waitress who told us to wait one moment whilst she wiped down a table for us, was then taken to a comfortable booth where we waited for our order. They were extremely helpful and the food was delicious. I will be returning! If you fancy a nice dessert place with a good environment then I highly recommended coming here!

Hello, I went to this place just by the looks of the waffles it's pity I had to settle for an Oreo Milk Shake but that was amazing as well. I was in Leeds for 4 days and each day planned to have this delicious looking waffle for Brunch and managed to go there on day 4 at 10:30 only to find the shop opens at 12:00. Should have checked it online before going there but the waffle outweighted the logic :-D The ambience is a bit too much pink I felt but again you can bypass that for a nice waffle or a milkshake in this case! Definitely worth visiting for Lunch as they don't seem to have early opening hours!

Every time i have come to grab a milshake from kaspas the customer service has been amazing , salim and shiv are absolutely lovely to talk too and are always so polite ,they find a space for you too sit straight away and ive never had a bad time there and the milkshakes are always the best and other treats they do 😁 would definitely recommend going!! This Kaspa's branch have hugely upped their game. The desserts have always been delicious but today when we visited it was exceptionally clean and well organised, desserts were great as usual (banoffee crepe, cake with ice cream and coffees) arrived in less than 10 mins of ordering. On the whole a great place to visit: it's decorated nicely, there's a huge selection of food, swipii loyalty cards are used and the staff are friendly. The food is made fresh, and most of our group got their orders promptly to boot! However, my sister ordered a cookie dough which didn't arrive, and when we inquired about its whereabouts we were told that that dish had stopped appearing on their system. It arrived quickly after that but it's something that needs looking into!

I visited Kaspa’s earlier today with my family we have tried many other kaspa’s but this one was deffo our fav! the staffs customer service was brilliant when accommodating for my little girl it was quite busy however the food was brought out quick and tasted mouth watering I recommend the Chunky choc cookie dough and oreo milkshake I would 100% recommend Kaspa’s

A lot of reviews on here complain about slow service but, as you can imagine, most of those reviews seem to come from exceedingly impatient entitled people unable to wait for than 12 seconds before their body shuts down and their inner Karen emerges. In reality, you will have to wait slightly for your order, as is customary in *checks notes* every food place in the world ever. They often have very few staff on but said staff are hardworking and lovely. The food itself is nice, and the portion sizes are fair. The coffee is especially nice, although the sweetness of all of it together can be a little overwhelming. It’s worth ignoring any review here that complains about waiting “half an hour” for service. If you come here with your partner and can’t keep conversation with them for half an hour whilst you wait for food you should probably break up, it’s just not gonna work out. It’s best for the both of you after all.

I'd seen a friends instagram and had to try this place. The bueno range is TO DIE FOR. Cant fault this place, the social distancing measures make it feel safe. Young lad serving very friendly, and the two staff making the food you could see they were enjoying their work and were quick. A great place to sit and enjoy a treat.

Fantastic service! I went in to get a takeaway chocolate Waffle from kaspas. Josh, who was serving me found out that I had a train to catch in 30 mins and made it personally to go! Friendly and quickly made, with the waffle tasting amazing!

We have been coming to Kaspa's for the last year so were really happy when it re opened after lockdown. It felt safe and they now do table service. They've introduced some new waffles, the Hershey's waffle is to die for. We generally are served by the same two staff members, they remembered our orders from pre lockdoown and even though it was pretty busy we felt well looked after. Thanks!

Like most reviews, I agree that the food is great but the staff and service needs to be improved a lot. Multiple times when we have been waiting to be seated we've been told to come back in half an hour because you're 'busy' yet only 5 tables were taken, the rest empty but all had used plates on them. Here's an idea, instead of 3 members of staff making the food when there's hardly any customers, have 1 staff member cleaning the tables, that way you won't be sending away customers waiting to be seated, you're losing your customers and money. However the desserts are always amazing, can't complain about that.

I've given this 3 stars but written while still waiting for our order. Drinks were staggered so after 20 mins managed to get everybody's drinks (only 5 of us) but no food. When we arrived there was only 2 other people in and they have just been served their food so god only knows how long they waited. Interesting to see the order board full though. 3 stars as desserts look great, selection on menu looks fantastic and the decor is good. Food has arrived and although overpriced nice for a treat.

Stopped off here for waffles and coffee. There was just one server (Salim) at front of house. He was so efficient. A small milk jug that is offered with tea is the amount of custard provided. I would return for a mocha but only that.

Nice desserts place, friendly staff and fast service although it wasn't that busy on a Sunday afternoon. Place has a modern look and feel with plenty of pink. The seats were nice and comfortable. Well presented chocolate fudge cake with custard which tastes good and not too sweet. Chocolate maltesers milkshake was OK although couldn't taste the maltesers until nearer to the end. Pricing is moderate but that's expected from these types of dessert places.

Desserts are huge. Could easily get one to share between two of you. They can take a bit of time but everything is made fresh. They provide boxes to take them home with you if you can't finish it, which is great. Staff are always polite and friendly and the prices are good for what you get

My trip to Kaspa's today was good. A member of staff came promptly with menus to seat me and my friend at a tidy, cleaned table. The food was prompt, at a good price and portion size. My only criticism would be that if you need to use the toilet, you have to use the shopping centre toilet. Other than that, it was a good service and I'm writing a review so you don't think it's as bad as has been posted below.

Really enjoyed taking my daughter & her friend to Kaspas desserts to celebrate their exam results. The desserts were excellent, the waitress was very friendly & efficient. Great service all round & will be certainly visiting again.

The desserts took a long time to get to us considering that there weren't many other people there. I wasn't able to order the base I wanted on my waffle because they couldn't find it in the system even though it was on the menu. The food was nice.

Absolutely wonderful menu, very creative! I definitely want to keep going back until I've tried everything haha. We massively underestimated the portion sizes though and had a meal beforehand so I could only fit in a Kinder Bueno milkshake, which was absolutely amazing, and I shared some of my boyfriends dessert but we couldn't even finish it together! I can't remember what it was called but there was lots of chocolate, cream and ice cream in a chocolate cup. It was amazing, I'll definitely go back without having a meal beforehand to try and tackle it again! They've just opened in Preston so I'll have to try it there as well :D As for the comments about noisy kids - you're going to a place that serves purely dessert, of course there's going to be kids, and kids tend to be noisy! It certainly wasn't too noisy when I went so please don't be put off by this.

Not good, not good at all, lovely place to take family and friends, I've been 7 times, but no more the service is apperoling, slow, never enough staff on duty, I've been served rotten banana, dirty plates and cutlery, I've even seen teenagers combing their hair with forks and swopping the container to another table, then having a good laugh when the next customer's using them, not good service in house sorry, just not good enough.
