This is a fantastic place which was recommended to us for online orders. We bought 3 boxes and some packets of our favourite sweeties. Very easy to order and good communication throughout. Due to the postage situation we had ours delivered by hand using C19 protocol. We are really impressed with our treats. Would recommend for sure.

Absolutely fantastic products and service. Ordered sweet boxes for my son’s birthday. Fab selection and they came in lovely boxes. Quick response to my messages and owner is very helpful. Will definitely use again. Thank you !!

We have a liquorice lover, actually more than one, in our house which led me to Google to find something special for Christmas. I was delighted to find The Sweet Scoop, my search was now about making a choice of sweets! The selection at The Sweet Scoop is extensive - there has to be something for everyone. I expect to return to shop online again and if I'm ever in Leeds I'm going to visit in real life. Shipping was prompt and I loved the personal note from Tom. Thank you Tom. Couldn't ask for better service. Order multiple different sweets, I got a text from the owner saying that some of the stuff wasnt available and if I wanted to switch stuff out and so forth or have a refund. So I switched out what I wanted but I asked for a refund on the candy necklaces I ordered to which he did. However when delivering the order he told that the restock came early and so he put the candy necklaces in anyway even though he has already refunded me. Will be ordering from them again.

Ordered my sweets the day before yesterday and they arrived earlier today! Packaged so well my sweets were in perfect condition, they are so tasty and flavoursome too! One happy pregnant lady here! Will definitely order again once I’ve run out! Very affordable too

What a find! I have finally found my favourite Red Liquorice Squares again! I’m so happy and it was really lovely to be able to have them as a Christmas treat. Fantastic too, that your packaging is completely biodegradable and recyclable. Another touch that highlights the personable and caring small business you clearly are. Amazing click and collect service- easy to navigate through menu- all in stock and out of stock clearly listed. Collection or delivery 🚚 option and cost easy to choose from - I used PayPal which followed instantly with order details - received a follow email to say order confirmed and would be ready . Order was bagged - receipt attached , and managed to add to order in shop cause I had exact money . An excellent friendly polite family run business ( even spoke to mum in the phone so cute ) who have pushed them selves to be more accessible during the pandemic, by being efficient, organised, to allow socially distant trading at a brilliant standard . We choose Sweet Scope because of the range of sweets on offer. This included Lutti Chocolate Caramels which are really hard to find and 25 different varieties of Liquorice. We ordered on Sunday and a day later all the sweets arrived and I can confirm that the Chocolate Caramels are the correct variety. Absolutely delighted. We shall be ordering again.

The best sweet shop around. So many favourites - traditional and new. The sweet boxes are great. They even do vegan ones. The packaging is clean and modern and makes great gifts. Tom is so friendly and knows his confectionary. Online shop ideal during COVID.

I really like this shop ! I finally realised it had been rebranded! The only problem I have with it is the entrance. Unfortunately it’s not wheelchair accessible and I have to rely on family to get my liquorice fix. No shortage of volunteers tho !!! Takes me back many years when all the shops were family run and the service was personal . Nice to see on the high street .

Found this First class olde - worlde sweet shop in a small town Yeadon nr Leeds enter only if you have a sweet tooth - Lovely young man owns it with a passion for sweets offering online purchases and Sweetie bags for children's party's - Well worth a visit and a trip back in time.
