Ordered a full ice cream 6 inch b'day cake. Looked a bit small for the price however was a wonderful cake as I love ice cream. The person taking the order was very helpful and explained everything well.

I love Baskin Robbins and I'm a regular. So much so that the guy that works there knows what I usually get. I only took 2 stars off because the opening times are ridiculous and make no sense at all. Especially in the summer, you'd think they'd be open a lot earlier than 18:30.

Delicious flavours. Brilliant customer service and such a great community spirit. As it was quiet we managed to have a seat in the corner. It being such a hot day I witnessed the kindness of giving in this wonderful store when a homeless gentleman came in to buy ice-cream. there is a step to enter the double push doors maybe difficult for entry for wheelchair/pushchair users. However I'm certain online delivery is available.

Friendly staff, they encouraged me to try different flavours and I ended up ordering the ones I tried, they were good. Unfortunately they don't seem to carry the light flavours like coconut and pineapple, hence four stars but the service was good, the atmosphere is clean and modern, and if I could make a suggestion it would be for them to be more generous when serving scoops of ice cream as it's so delicious. I felt that servings weren't big enough for the price being charged - £4.70 for two scoops. Pictures of the menu are attached for reference.

Its a good place for dessert, the ice cream, milk shake is awesome. They give you to try each and every ice cream as many times you want. The staff is so friendly and now a days we go there once every week or two. Friendly and welcoming staff. They should add some more flavours without egg. So vegetarian people can have more choices. Should try at least once.

I love the icecreams here. The reason i wanted to write this review is because i was very impressed with the professionalism of the girl thats served me on 03/06/22. Your store was packed, long queues and she was the only one serving. Despite that this girl did serve everyone with a smile and did not loook like she got overwhelmed. Anyone else would have been pulling their hair out! Well done to u!

What a delightful ice cream bar. Choice for whole family! Portions are very generous. I asked on my last trip who is the owner to the one who alway meets with a smile on face. No wonder it was himself! With his attitude he will certainly bring more customers but again what a delicious ice cream! 110% recommended.

The ice cream is incredible. The shakes have a solid lid on when delivered so when you open the shake they’re overspilling in the cup so I stopped ordering shakes from their Leicester branch. Also why is it only open 3 days a week? I am a regular customer and would order every day if I could! SHAME!

Just like in the United States. Decor is on point, minus the tiny little area for queues that is impossible to escape after ordering. Cookies and Cream milkshake is to die for, definitely worth getting a large. Staff are very friendly and hardworking. Recommended to sit near the door as sitting near the till will be very uncomfortable when a rush comes in.

Went there last week. Brilliant customer service from a young man named Fayaz. Flavours do change from time to time but we weren't disappointed with the hot brownie+ice cream combo. Decent portion size given the price.

The best ice cream in Leicester by a country mile. There isn’t a flavour that I haven’t tried here and there’s a flavour to suit every member of my family, young and old. Staffs are amazing and really friendly. The place itself is very clean and cheerful. Would highly recommend it.

Before I review the products I must say the customer service was a lot better than other places I visit. It's not often you see a manager engaging with the customer and taking their time to recommend a product according to my tastes, despite it being relatively busy. Other staff were also friendly and polite. As it was my first time and I wanted to try different flavours the manager recommended the Lucky 8 - it is eight mini scoops of your choice in a freshly baked waffle cone. There are such a variety of flavours to choose from and I have to say every flavour I picked was awesome. The freshly baked waffle cone was also very tasty and different to what you get at other places. I also wanted to take away a freshpack on my second visit once I got to know the flavours better, and the manager was kind to inform me that if I came in on a Tuesday for a fresh pack I would get 20% off. Definitely an honest business. I will definitely be going going back regularly.

To be fair, I didn't have high expectations (sorry), but the mango and coconut ice cream was very nice, and the guy in the shop was really polite and helpful. The kids loved their sticky chocolate treats too, so a good experience all round!

They have a great variety of flavours here and they often bring new flavours in. It's the only dedicated ice cream parlour on London Road and in the area so it is very nice and reasonably priced. Customer service is usually good here as well and opening times are convenient.

Definitely the -best- ice cream in Leicester! My friend and I ordered the fondue set and the staff let us go all out and try 20 different scoops of ice cream with it. Yes, 20! All were delicious, as were the brownies, waffles and crepes we enjoyed too. Blackberry and Hibiscus was my personal favourite. The staff were very friendly and let us customise our order as much as we needed to and for less than £12 the fondue we shared was a ridiculous bargain! We will definitely be going again once we have recovered from our indulgence :D

The customer service at Baskin Robbins is impeccable. The staff are very welcoming, competent and know what to recommend to satisfy each customers needs. I found the manager very friendly and it is not very often you see the manager of a shop willing to give their utmost attention to every single customer who passes through the door. Most dessert places I've been to seem to have the same brand of ice cream which does not taste any where near as good as Baskin Robbins, who have their own contemporary flavours and old classics. After waiting for so long for Baskin Robbins to open here in Leicester, it definitely lived up to and exceeded any expectation I had; for this I really do commend the owner as he seems to settle for nothing less than perfection to serve to any customer. Having tried close to all of the ice cream flavours, the molten lava cake, the brownie sundae and a few other items on the menu, I can honestly say Baskin Robbins is definitely my go to dessert place here in Leicester.

Nice place to grab some ice cream. Place is small so if you have more than a handful of friends with you might struggle for space. Needs to have more flavours.....ice cream cake wasn't as nice as I imagined. Over all alright place to get ice cream but warning you may struggle to find parking!

Great ice creams, this place is always very Kool inside as yhenairconnseems to always be on. The only downside is I've been there in a few occasions and I've been approached by beggers inside Baskin Robbins which is a big turn 📴. Otherwise the ice creams and shakes are top, the girls that work there are always cheerful and pleased to serve you.
