The milkshakes from here are amazing. They're made with Ice cream so are thick shakes. I had the godfather milkshake which was a combination of ferrero rocher, brownie and peanut butter. I loved it and would recommend it. The decor of the establishment is very American diner like. It is very spacious and has ample seating. Although I just got milkshake they have a massive array of desserts all the usuals you'd expect to find in a dessert parlour. Staff were friendly and service was fast and efficient.

Nicely decorated! Music was so lovely and relaxing. Wish they were not keep stopping the music 😊 Staff was helpful. Servings were small and not nicely presented which may put off some people. Ice-cream selection was limited.. Overall good value for money and will visit again.

We had a delivery from here two items the Berry Biscuit Sundae and a Strawberry Cheesecake. The delivery was quick which I was impressed by, mind you Im only 5 minutes away by car. The Sundae was nice, plenty of icecream - little bit of chocolate shaving and a bit of sauce on top. There was some crumbled biscuit near the bottom and a whole one just shoved down the side. There was no wafer straw as per the menu. The Cheesecake however, was poor. Small biscuit base and the main part did not have a consistency like any cheesecake we've ever had, it was more like mousse and it was really bland, it was pink and white but no strawberry flavour to it - really disappointed - for the price - was not value for money either. The biscuit was eaten neither of us wanted the mousse. We order quite a few desserts, and like to try and give a chance to a new place we havent used before. We always have a Sundae and the other item will vary. Unless this was a bad day - we will try elsewhere or go back to good favourites. Order #1837

I love shakehouse!Although we only went for collection it was amazing. The shop is amazingly decorated and hardly waited that long. For the shakes that we ordered they tasted wonderful. I wish to get more thing from the menu next time.

Place is nice and bright and lots of seating. Wireless phone charger on each table for customers. Parking not so good and limited on side roads. Milkshakes were good and waffles soft and fluffy. Actual ice cream could be better. Service was okay but could be more friendly. Price is similar to other dessert places with a couple of offers on the menu.

Delicious desserts and quite a variety to choose from. Perfect place for your sweet tooth cravings. Excellent customer service/satisfaction and very friendly staff. Hard to get halfway through a milkshake, very sickly and overpowering food for the same price as much better establishments. The staff are a bit ignorant and lazy, just chat to mates etc and don’t really seem interested, I saw a response saying that they give their 100% (definitely don’t) I apologise if I am coming across as rude but it is highly agitating and disrespectful to have I think it is surahs or duas on the wall yet play the music that you play, well any music at all! I’m sure this is supposed to be family friendly but it just isn’t! Would much rather spend my money and time elsewhere.

Went there Friday night and ate in. Served by an excellent team : Uzair (manager), Adam, Malaika, Sicko and Naziha. Excellent service couldnt fault them helped us decide what to order as well as making sure we were happy with our orders too. We had waffles milkshakes and cookie dough - absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend!

Came in for a milkshake today with my other half. The shakes were really nice (definately recommend the Snickerbocker Glory and Born in the 80's). Worth the visit :) The guy on the till was a good host - even remembered us from the time we came before!

Milkshakes are delicious that’s the positive 100% reason being not 5 star is the set up is very poor customer service is all over the place staff running around all confused need some professional managers or team lesser in front taking charge and focusing on the customers in branch then it will definitely be a 5* Also a big put off was that 2 many youngsters outside smoking blaring music and standing outside the door doesn’t look appealing for a family wishing to come in and sit down I think just telling them to keep the distance from the shop once they are done would be ideal
