Needed something nice for someone who helped me out, so popped in here, I've used the Leeds store I few times in the past. The staff were helpful and polite, they even let me leave my purchases there while I needed to visit someone. It is pricey, but this brand is. No point mentioning parking, as its right in the centre of Lincoln. Would use again, if I was in the area.....

Small shop but they had everything I’d hoped to see that I’d seen online. Wheel chair/push chair friendly due to the lay out. They have hot drinks on offer not that I tried one, and there was no problem taking my VIP vouchers. A great place for special presents.

Very nicely laid out. Not just chocolate, some alcoholic items for sale too so the perfect place to buy gifts for everyone. Recommend popping in and having a look at everything on offer. Was served promptly too

Great place to get gift chocolates, they have a nice selection of chocolate and if you can't find it here you probably won't find it anywhere... except maybe a custom chocolate place on the internet which'll cost a lot more. Also they do penguin shaped chocolate... what more could you want.

Went into the shop today 22oct and purchased £85 worth of chocolate. I showed my discount email which was £25 but I only received £20 discount. If you have any emails from hotel chocolate make sure you are getting the right discount. I felt I had been ripped off

Lovely ice cream, is a bit pricy though. Staff were lovely and friendly. Asked to sanitize your hands as you walk in which is good. Taking sensible covid-19 procurions.

Really lovely & helpful lady dealt with me today, signed me up for VIP whilst I was choosing my chocolates and even gifted me some chocolate batons as it has just been my birthday. I'll be back again soon, fab service from Linda!

Friendly staff and some really nice chocolate selection boxes that taste as good as they look. Sadly the store was already closed on my visit today a good 15 minutes before the closing time listed on the web site and signed on the window. Appreciate staff may have extra cleaning to do on account of COVID-19 but if that's the case, why not update the closing times so people know this? Would have saved me a wasted trip.

Couldn’t fault the till staff at all however the members of the staff stood by the door welcoming customers were very rude. From the moment my sister and myself walked in I felt a sense of judgement almost as if we weren’t of the specific social class to shop there. On the way out I said “thank you” and not one of three members of staff stood by the door responded, very disappointing experience on my behalf and doesn’t make me want to return any time soon.

Absolutely amazing “Millionaires Sundae” every time I get it, I love it 😂 Their other products are delicious and they always do free testers which is great. I’d recommend their 3 for £10 6-packs. Lovely little taste testers. Always great staff too! Thank you.

Heidi alone deserves five stars, always helpful. Were it not for Heidi, 3-star at best. Look for single origin but be very wary of emulsifier added to chocolate. Chocolate - cocoa mass, sugar (vanilla) - cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa (vanilla) Anything else added, it is not chocolate. The ice cream is rubbish.
