Awesome little dessert shop that makes you feel alive. Staff are awesome and very friendly. Desserts are plentiful and they taste amazing and look beautiful. We tried a banana and starwberry milkshake and it was awesome and very tasty. We also had a cookies and cream with ice cream, forgot the name, and it was delightful very crispy and full of flavor. Awesome hole in the wall location. Will defiantly come back!

Me and my partner Seif received another amazing order from Sinple! Food is fantastic and an amazing price. Way better taste and value for money than going to one of the big dessert chains like Kaspas. The loaded cookies are heavenly and they have some really unique items on the menu, like the malteser cheesecake - it's amazing and not something I've ever found anywhere else! All the staff are lovely and friendly, and the owner Adam is a really sound guy. He really puts the customers first and is extremely kind and helpful and is more than willing to go above and beyond if you give him a call. First class service with first class desserts!

First time ordering, myself and my partner fancied milkshakes to wash our Chinese down so we went for the devils trio and get baked milkshake, there was a slight problem with one of them as we had received a mint chocolate instead of the trio which cannot be helped especially on a busy Sunday evening! As soon as I got in contact the staff were absolutely incredible they delivered the right milkshake within 10 minutes and even threw in a slice of what can only be described as the greatest brownie I have ever eaten. I have never received a greater experience and am looking forward to ordering again.. great job guys!

Friend bought my birthday 'cake' (actually one of the brownies) from here, and it tasted absolutely amazing. I'll probably be trying a different style some time soon :) Looks fantastic too. Can highly recommend as a good gift or treat.

Ordered 3 drinks, was taking a while so I called up. Lady on the phone was really polite and explained why it was taking so long. Order arrived with all drinks made large and a free pick n mix for the inconvenience. Brilliant customer service would definitely recommend.

Ordered from here last night and it was honestly delicious we ordered 2 boxes of treats with a milkshake as on uber eats there is a Buy one get one free offer! Was simply the best. The lady who delivered bought the squirty cream for our milkshakes separate and asked at the door if we wanted any! We said yes and she added the cream there and then which to us made a massive difference as the cream didn't sink into the milkshake whilst it was being delivered.

it surprised me by how delicious it was even it was just a delivery order👍🏻 We loved the waffle, not only was the toppings delicious, the waffle was so rich in taste 👍🏻 Will be here next time for eat in. Pretty sure it’ll be a lot tastier.

Me and my partner have collected/ordered (on Just Eat) from Sinple quite a few times, and normally the food and service is great, but not this time unfortunately. Delivery took 1 hour 30 minutes (instead of the 45 minutes we were told), and after calling the restaurant we were told it would be another 5 minutes but it actually took another 15. We normally wouldn't mind as things happen, but we really needed to leave as we had plans, and this delayed us. As I said, this normally wouldn't be an issue, but we felt the time we waited was a bit too much compared to the delivery time we were told. The waffle arrived with a lot of topping stuck to the top of the box. The malteser cheesecake was as amazing as ever (and a really great price)! The thing I am really disappointed about is that this time, I ordered directly through the restaurant by calling them. I did this instead of ordering through just eat so that the restaurant would hopefully receive all the profit, even though this is a bit more inconvenient for me. When the order arrived, there was a note to say that if I order direct through the restaurants website, I would receive a 10% discount. This seemed a bit unfair to me as I did order direct, so why did I not get the discount just because it was over the phone? Why did the person on the phone not let me know about the offer online? Overall quite a bad experience from what is normally a great desert place. Still left a 4 star review as I don't think we have reviewed when the food has been good. So we didn't want to be unfair and bring down Sinples rating after 1 bad experience, but we are really disappointed regarding the discount.

OH. MY. GOD.... I think I’ve died and gone to cheesecake and brownie heaven! Never in my life has my mouth watered so much. Amazing! Quick and friendly service and beyond tasty treats for myself and my family. It’s safe to say we will most definitely be ordering again in the near future. Good choice of desserts that are super tasty. We both had a brownie and shared a stuffed cookie, good quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend and will definitely order again.

My one stop cheat day shop. Every item on the menu should probably come with a health warning it's that decadent. When I'm not ordering a disgusting amount of stuffed cookies and brownies I'd still go there just for the milkshakes. Don't know why anyone would eat at Kaspa's considering this place exists in Lincoln. Besides the food, the customer service is also lovely and the delivery is prompt.

When driving back home through Lincoln, my husband saw a video advertisement for Sinple Treats. Immediately he asked me to Google search them and find out what it was about. After checking them out online, we took a detour and went on the search for the shop. Hidden away on the outskirts of Lincoln we found Sinple Treats. When entering the shop I was met with two lovely guys who couldn't be more helpful. We ordered 4 of the Brownies. These were probanly the best Brownies we've have in a long time, if not all time! Unlike other local desert parlours, with Sinple Treats we weren't left feeling lethargic and overly full afterwards. Although loaded with treats and toppings, they were light and moreish. Pricewise, we couldn't believe we could get 4 Brownies and ice cream for £10. Such good value unlike other local chains. The whole experience was really positive and we will absolutely return in future. We only wish sleepy Sleaford had its very own Sinple Treats!

Took a punt on ordering s desert from sinple treats after finding them on just eat , decided to download there app and order direct and it was a very easy and simple process from the word go . Selected delivery and it was delivered at the time selected , opened the box and wow the 8 slice brownie was amazing . Will definitely be ordering again as the whole experience has been fantastic

Sometimes ya girl needs a brownie at 10pm on a Sunday, and let me tell you the Bueno brownie pizza absolutely hit the spot. The guy who delivered my order seemed really nice and I love that my name was written on the box with a little smiley face after it. Cannot believe I've only just heard of this place.
