Absolutely amazing, staff are nice, service is fast. They could do with an Internet boost for the card machine as it failed a few times due to lack of Internet... make sure to take cash as well as card just to be on the safe side.

A lovely and clean desert establishment in heart of Liverpool centre. A vast and diverse of warm and cold deserts on offer with nice American style dining. Is a bit on the expensive side though, however, the portions given are plentiful. I just went with Vanilla milkshake but rest of my friends went for ice cream

We went here, we were just 4 ppl and we waited for 15 minute just for take a sit. Staff wasn’t busy they saw us and no one come to say something to us! The food was good, but seriously really bad staff!

I honestly didn't know there were so many desserts to be had. I'm not really a dessert person, but I do enjoy a treat now and again. I loved this place. The booths are comfy, the desserts were plentiful and delicious and the staff were nice. I tried the milk chic chip cookie dough with a scoop of ice cream and all I can say is YESSSS! Soft and gooey on the inside with a lil crunch on the outside, perfect cookie dough. It's definitely worth a look. Prices are decent too.

We were first guests there. Thursday's 12 o'clock, afternoon. Meal? Perfect! Straight to the Moon and back! Staff? Wonderful! Place is made of the atmosphere, that is, the food and people working as hosts. However, I've found sticky spots everywhere. On tables, places' dividers... I do understand this is THAT place, where the clearness is hard to evoke, but it has to be treated very seriously. Just a big smile to the managers. Your Myster Customer

This place was amazing. When I visited it was busy however, they still managed to get my order to me quite fast. I ordered a waffle and it tasted amazing. The soft whip ice cream also tasted good. Waffle was great. It was light, fluffy and very filling. Went there at the perfect time so no queues just took and booth and ordered. Week days seem to be the best for obvious reasons; no kids lol. Well worth a visit if you have a very very sweet tooth 😍

Pricey for what's on offer, place was clean, service was poor ordered 2xMilk Shakes and piece of cake. Milkshakes arrived but no cakes and not informed how long after some time when to ask was told on way and it's two different types of order therefore delay. Person was rude, was told that cake comes with Ice Cream explained didn't want Ice cream then offered whipped cream agreed but charged. Both cake and Milkshakes nothing to shout about run of mill shakes and cakes.

Popped in for pudding. Took 20 mins for my drink to come. They had problems with the machine. Would of been nice to had someone come and let us know. Made 4 attempts at ordering but none of the items was in stock. Left with out food. Surely if items are missing on the menu you should be told instead of being sent away to find out what the other parties want. Got fed up of walking back and forth that we just left. Gave 3 stars because my drink was lovely.

Desserts are huge. A bit of a scruffy venue, ripped seats. Battered furniture. Toilets could have been cleaner.

Decent place, takes FOREVER to get seated even when the place is quiet. Not even greeted to know you have been seen. Left after 20 minutes of waiting being ignored last time. Time before they had no straws. Crepes say they come with either ice cream or whipped cream free.. extra charges everywhere.

Desserts are good, the price is fair and the staff are polite and courteous............ The style when eating in is like 50's diner style.... the option to eat out is available you only have to ask. It can get busy with up to a 30 minute wait but that is only at peak times like say on a Friday or Saturday night. Theres lots on the menu from ice cream to baking hot cookie dough..... a great variety and I'm sure theres something for everyone Prices are fair and I believe not to too much others may disagree but I'm happy to pay it So overall Kaspa's is well worth a visit

Kaspa's was nice and clean. The COVID rules were being respected. Coffee and one of the ice creams was unavailable. The staff were nice and friendly, there was a lot of choice on the menu. A little bit on the expensive side but the desserts that are made are fantastic, taste amazing and portion sizes are generous. I did not have to queue to order and the order for 4 people was ready within 5-10 minutes. I would definitely visit again. If you want to treat yourself go to Kaspa's.

Delightfully fast service with large portions of almost any type of large waffle or crepe you could ask for. Top this off with a range of interesting and unique drinks and you're laughing. Delicious selection of waffles, crepes and ice creams all served quickly and in a clean and appealing environment. The choices aon the menu are numerous and enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. Many tend to end up being a bit samey but there is only so much you can do with a variety of ice creams, sweet toppings and sauces.

A good place for a once in a while experience, but I wouldn't visit often. There are so many items on the menu I would like to try, but I just couldn't justify paying the prices for some of them (not that you don't get value for money as the prices are similar to other restaurants' dessert menus), if they did an offer of two for £6 (or up to £7.50) then it would be much more tempting to return often.

The desserts are great. Hot drinks are not really hot especially when it's busy, and large is really an average size cup. You have to be aware whenever they ask if you want something, like cream on your drink, you get charged extra! It ends up quite expensive! !!!

We visited Liverpool for the day and came across Kaspa's Deserts having had a bite to eat elsewhere. Although the staff were friendly, we were not impressed with the cleanlyness of the premises as the table had not been cleaned and there was food on the floor. The deserts we ordered were nice, however, I personally felt that it was too expensive for what we had. Others may feel differently. On the whole, it was nice to visit and the deserts we had were good, but I would personally not go back again due to the cleanlyness and the expense.

We all had a taste I would go back for that alone ☺

Went yday and e freely disappointed, waited over 20mins for 3 waffles, manager was quite rude when i commented, then throughout our visit continued to have an 'attitude, dessert was average at best, failed to have the wow factor, worst of all was the PPE or lack of it, no hairnets, gloves or masks, watched said manager but ice in a drink, hes fingers were all over lid and straw, with a pandemic on this was shocking, have wanted to visit Kaspa's for some time, being a wheelchair user it took some arranging, we left unimpressed
