Absolutely brilliant cookie - tasty and not too much goopy icing, packaging was intelligently designed, arrived in perfect condition and kept good for the week before we demolished it 😋

G.Firstly this is the second e-mail I've sent regarding this issue , I visited the livingston store on 8th December, to order as I do every year ,a double large Xmas decorated cookie as a gift for friends, every year so far the cookie has been decorated with care and attention, but this year ,the only word to describe it is pathetic and at a cost of £27, I've added a photo ,and hope that someone this time has the decency to contact me back
Z.I usually love Millie’s cookies, used to get them on Holiday. However, I would avoid this shop. The staff need to have better manners and sometimes the food can be low quality. I’d avoid this one for now!

T. K.Gergina was amazingly patient and kind. She let us try a flavour we were unsure on for the sake of one of our infants and she sorted out an issue with the card machine when it had a blip. She was very friendly and so willing to help. She's definitely a credit to the company.
L. A.I was picking up a cookie cake I had ordered but it was not ready as the person taking the order had recorded the wrong date. This was very annoying as I had driven from Edinburgh to Livingston. The staff dealing with me on the day were helpful, however, and got a cake made up for me to pick up later that day. They also gave me some free cookies as an apology for my trouble.
