Been buying from these people for more than 10 years now. Always good. Salted caramels no.1 is a must-have. Otherwise a great British chocolatier. Pleased to see Eid celebration gifts in the store too, recognising events less known.

Hands down, the best chocolate shop in the UK. Extraordinary care and vision has gone into the préparation, with perfectly selected ingredients. I have been coming here for years and years and am delighted to see that the quality has remained exceptional.
Staff are also kind and helpful.

Lovely tasty chocolate presents with an interesting background about the hand crafted production from mainly cocoa beans from Colombia. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Bring back the Trinidadian Guava milk chocolate batons from 2016 to make you a great choice. The salted caramel sauce is a must.

Original: The worst experience. My mother bought a few chocolates online for my birthday. One item was missing - although still showing on the day of delivery (and days after) as available online. Customer service at first seemed to care but nothing was sent as replacement, no gift card, no refund. Silence radio from AdC for the past 3 weeks (phone & email). This is theft. Avoid if possible, from a long standing AdC customer.
Edit: changed from 1 to 5 star rating. AdC's Michael West contacted my mum and I a day after posting the above review. Turns out their CS person had quit some time some time during October. Michael upgraded the missing item and immediately dispatched their prized salted caramels. Felt like crying upon receipt, thank you for reminding me what Artisan meant to me - Would and will buy from AdC again!

Superb chocolates and beautiful packaging. Unfortunately another shop with snooty detached shop assistants. Sometime the young (possibly part time staff) is just not engaging and not understanding that when customers part with a lot of money they want to feel good spending it too. We always made a point to come here for Easter Eggs Gift Box for the kids or chocolate gifts for friends but service is always "take it or leave it". It is a shame because buying beautiful chocolates should be a delightful experience. I should give it 3 stars for the service but the chocolates and the packaging deserves the extra star.

The name says it all – superb chocolate taken seriously. So seriously they produce their own chocolate from ground beans, rather than buying in couverture (high quality processed chocolate) from a larger concern. The standard range is excellent but it’s worth popping by the boutiques to see the seasonal treats and designs for occasions such as Halloween. We love the bars for people on special diets too: they include chocolates made from buffalo and almond milks, as well as sugar-free dark and milk. And if you’re after a knockout prezzie for an incorrigible chocoholic, check out the Cocoa Rehab service: sign your loved one (or yourself) up and they’ll receive a parcel of sweet treats through the letterbox each month.

The most delicious collection of chocolates - interesting flavour combinations, huge choice and superb quality. Camilla from the Chelsea branch is particularly helpful - she has vast knowledge of all the stock and is incredibly friendly and approachable - 5* customer service - I highly recommend!
