Amazing ice cream, very good prices, abundant quantity and wonderful service! We visited today for the first time with my friends and the gentleman who served us was more than happy to explain the whole procedure (you have vanilla flavour soft ice cream as the base and then you add all the rest!) And answered all the questions we had even though there was a queue! (As this is in my neighborhood, I noticed that there is always a queue which is a good thing.) Me and my friends are definitely going again!

We are huge fans of Bears. The Glacier - where you choose 3 toppings that are whipped into a creamy base - is so indulgent (especially with the brownie, flapjack and salted caramel toppings...). The kids love the Little Bear ice creams that are dipped into chocolate with toppings. As for the new cookie ice cream sandwiches they are doing... Can't recommend them highly enough.

Some of the best ice cream in London. Soft serve with plenty of toppings. But it's the hard ice cream that takes the, er, cone. With original flavors, such as passion fruit and chocolate shavings, as well as standards superbly well done, like rich, velvety chocolate, the variety, ingredients and taste are second to none. Tasty and delicious ice cream with a lot of customization and further sweet tooth-bearing options! Whilst their overall prices feel like they're a bit on the higher side and I expected slightly bigger servings, the quality is easily up there and it is a worthwhile treat.

You are always lucky to have a local "ice cream" shop but to have one this good is very much a treat. Now I don't know the ins & outs of the Icelandic Soft Serve which they sell, for that you will have to visit and ask. But what I do know is the ice cream is some of the smoothest I have ever had, mix that with a couple of different toppings, sauce or even a cookie if your feeling adventurous and you got yourself an indulgent snack right there.

The complete package when it comes to delicious ice cream! Such a tasty way of creating the traditional Icelandic way to have ice cream - rich & creamy soft serve ice cream (but nothing like a meek & meagre MrWhippy of summer holidays gone by!) with the biggest selection of toppings and yummy bits to add to your hearts content! They have set combinations or you choose your own! My fav combo is Lemon Curd, Marshmallows, homemade meringue & fresh basil! And then, for you to enjoy at home they have their small batch “scoop club” ice cream! There is a selection of truly gastronomic flavours created by their ex-chef owner - my recent tub purchase was the biscoff, marshmallow & lemon curd flavour, which I was dangerously close to finishing the whole thing in one sitting! So please they are here in West London, saving us from the standard flavours & quality you can find in every other ice cream shop!

Disappointing that they don't sell their scooped ice cream as scoops! They do however do the most delicious soft serve with any topping you can want (including dipped chocolate). Service is slow but if you're patient the end result is worth it! Just not quite what you will expect after you see all the flavours they do as take home runs but you can't buy as a cone! This is the best Ice cream company in the whole of west London without a doubt. The ice cream is awesome and so so tasty. The staff are friendly and kind, everything you can ask for. I can never decided whether to get a soft serve or a tub of ice cream. The decision is so tough because all the flavours are immense. I blame Mr bear! I can't wait for my next glacier with all the wicked flavours!!!

I don't want to give a bad review but I found the menu weird and overwhelming. I just wanted normal ice cream and settled for mint. It tastes like mojito and not how mint chocolate usually tastes because it has mint leaf throughout. I'm sure some people love it but it threw me off entirely and then felt guilty for not liking it because it was expensive.

This Icelandic themed ice cream ice cream shop is a hidden gem in Ravenscourt Park and you must find time to get there soon. They do a great job of making some of the best soft serve ice cream you'll find in London. in fact I don't think anyone else does soft serve ice cream in the way that they do. There's a lovely space to sit outside if you want to enjoy the weather with your ice cream and the staff are lovely. This cute location really does add to the area and you must go and visit soon.

Love this place! Such a cool and interesting spin on the usual ice cream parlours you get in London. The option to be creative and make an endless amount of different flavours by mixing and matching the ingredients is amazing. So far a salted caramel, chocolate brownie and honeycomb milkshake has been my favourite mix! Friendly staff with great service who are always happy to help explain the concept, the different options available and even offer up their own suggestions for a truly unique ice cream experience.

It's a lovely local ice cream parlour. Now, I'm not big on ice cream (and I haven't really tried it) but the coffee was really good. The place is super clean, the staff is really nice, the location is quite convenient (for me), and they have good opening hours. To be honest, this is over hyped. Milkshakes are just milk with flavours added. Ice cream is all one flavour again with topping added. Not what I expected.

Lovely ice cream in a tiny shop. It's not a very comfortable place, as in it doesn't feel relaxed. I guess that may be the hard chairs and benches. It's pricey but staff are pleasant. Loved by kids plus adults like the ice cream too. Toilet isn't ideal. It's only 2 years old and continuing to become more popular.

This little ice cream parlour hidden away near Ravenscourt Park is a true little gem and unique experience to visit with excellent costumer service. The concept is simple. There is one type of high quality beautiful soft serve ice cream but then you have all sorts of lovely toppings including passion fruit purée, home made brownie , honey comb and some fresh fruits among other things . You can either have these toppings on top of your ice cream or you can try something they call the glacier. In a glacier you can pick 3 toppings of your choice and have them smashed into the ice cream. With a delicious result. For some interesting and delightful combinations for for a signature cones. They are absolutely beautiful and look like a piece of art (very instagramable). Go for a mellow yellow for something fresh and refreshing!
