Went with the kids and sisters as kids really wanted desserts. Got seated straight away and ordered our stuff which came surprisingly quickly. Overall, the drinks and desserts were good but they forgot to give my sisters Tea which was never rectified and we had to tell them when paying that we never got it.

The deserts were really nice however, the portions sizes were small compared to the price. We ordered -One scoop of Bubblegum Ice cream -One double choc cookie dough -One milk choc cookie dough -One Mango and Strawberry Crepe Overall it was nice but the portion sizes were really small for the price we paid 4*

Nice place, I'm not an seasoned cookie dough eater but I managed to succeed on my own with the smarties one. I think I'd probably get more than one scoop of ice cream tho. I only got cookie dough because the choice of cake was a bit slim.

The desserts were really nice. The staff there were great, made a mistake on our order and quickly corrected. The mistaken dessert was given to us on the house which if we never tried, wouldnt realise how nice it was. So now will order next time as well. Happy customer :)

Its alright. Milkshake options are slightly wider and there are more varieties of what you can choose which is nice, but the only thing which I hate the most is the straws. These straws are the most useless and dysfunction straws I've ever used, thse are worse than paper straws, other than that the milkshake I ordered was alright, (got biscoff one).

The food is AMAZING. Been here many times and they have never failed to impress. I've tried a variety of what they have to offer including waffles, crepes, cookie dough and their ice cream and all have been nice. The shop is well lit good for pictures and they recently did it up and it looks fabulous 10/10 from me

Great desert Palace, better than others by far...... great atmosphere....lovely staff, good for families and groups and tables for singleton and couples. Kids love it no need to book in advance only if you a large group. Why go anywhere else, good value for money and FABULOUS sundaes and many more. Staff can adjust to dietary needs just let them know..... It does get busy but believe me worth the wait...

Ice-creams, sundaes, pastries and hot beverages too. The only thing that can keep anyone away from this place is fear of calories but I like to indulge once in a while and it's worth it. Decent prices, friendly atmosphere and lovely customer service. Place is clean and well presented. Would strongly recommend!!!

Waffle was amazing not many places makes a waffle that's so light and fresh. I have been to many other desert places and it can be so dense and heavy. I even liked the ice cream flavours. We had oreo milkshake, white chip cookie dough, latte and a ferrero rocher waffle can't complain about anything. Music was great seating, lighting decor everything was perfect. I went to a restaurant before this and it was so cold I couldn't take a jacket off and came here and found this desert place so nice and warm... can't complain about anything really. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it

This place seemed a bit hidden and a bit quiet at first but it got busier as the night went on. I went with a friend and there is nice decor and staff are friendly. Lovely soft seats and desserts are decent sized with a good range. I would go back! I had the red velvet waffle! Delicious.

Great prices for some seriously heavenly sweet dishes! Kids and adult like love it here and we always visit after watching something at the local cinema a short walk away. Makes the day complete. Staff are friendly and welcoming which always sets the bar as to whether I'll return or not! There's a few of these sweet type eaterys popping up locally but none beat this place for their yummy factor combined with pricing.

Service was great. Ordered the Red Velvet Cookie Dough, White Choc and Strawberry Waffle and a Strawberry Mojito. Every item tasted very nice. The Mojito was really refreshing on a hot day. Also regularly order their milkshakes which are equally nice. Good value for money. Would come again.

Finding it very difficult to fault this place, we had honeymoon cinnamon pudding, sticky toffee pudding, I'll skool cake ( Tottenham cake and hot custard) and brownie explosion.. which was a tad stoggy in my opinion.. staff we friendly and atmosphere is nice, usually very busy thankfully we went towards the end of the night and got seated straight away..prices seem average for dessert place in London!!

This was a lovely place to go to in Whitechapel for a late night Dessert. Great atmosphere with music playing & nice decor. Food was nicely presented. I had the Pink Cake with the Pink Bubblegum Ice Cream and a scoop of Whipped Cream which was delicious and full of flavour & taste.

Rating this 3 stars as I dont think the service from the team was good at all. We stood at the front of the store for a while till someone told us to take a seat. Was not busy at all, so waiting 20 minutes before making a order was a joke. The guy at the till was rude when asked how long it will take to place an order. Not good customer service but the desert was good. We had the Ferrero waffle and also the sundae.

The selection of desserts they have on their menu, and the prices for their desserts are affordable. The quality of their desserts in general is very tasty. However, this is all let down by the service you receive from the staff, I've been to this place on many occasions, and the staff are usually not responsive, and at times they ignore you when you are trying to order something. I've worked as a waiter before, and I've always been considerate as well as attentive when serving customers, however, here its the opposite. Its a shame really, otherwise I would have rated this place a 5 stars. The service needs to be sorted out.

Really lovely place. Stopped by here on the way back from a fireworks display, and loved it. Its refreshing to see somewhere that does fruity ice cream rather than sorbet (I'm looking at you mango and lemon sorbet). My personal recommendation is to have one of the sundaes , they come out really bright and really tasty. Three of us couldn't finish two... Overall come here, bring CASH and cool down (and they do coffee's too!)

Lovely atmosphere and a nice place to be. Dessert restaurants like these seem to be on the rise and this is on par with the usual high quality of the ones I've been to. A huge selection of choice both dessert and ice cream flavour wise and fair prices make this an enjoyable experience and one you'll want to repeat. The milkshakes made of three different scoops of ice cream are particularly notable, I got bubblegum, millions and red bull and it was very unique and very delicious!

I always crave for a good ice cream from time to time and came across Cookies & Cream. My friend suggested we visit there on our way back home from a university open day. Upon arriving we found out the establishment doesn't accept card payments but this wasn't a problem as a bank ATM was within walking distance. We then ordered our desserts. I ordered the chocolate fudge cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The cake itself was warm and the ice cream was cold (which is how it should be!) My friends ordered the waffle desserts. I must say, the fudge cake was so rich I’m glad I ordered ice cream with it. The sauce was thick and the chocolate numbed my throat by the end of it! Overall, the experience was enjoyable. The interior was a bit dim given the décor was dark and it would have benefitted with more lighting. The staff and customer service was friendly enough. I would come here again and would try out a different dessert :)

I was completely against this place before, even leaving a one star review and didn't know why my friend Babu was so in to it. Eventually decided to give it another chance. The place has been revamped to a much nicer lighter look and the staff now are really friendly and give a good service, it's such a change I can only assume there is new management. My friend Babu will now be held liable for my dental bills for when I lose my teeth from sugar!

They don't seem to use any ice cream at all in the oreo milkshake and it tasty somewhat weird. Didn't like that. May have used damp oreos too. Apart from the oreo milkshake though, great good otherwise.

The greatest cookies ever! They recently renovated that place and now they have more seatings, but you still have to book a table before you go there. They offer very big choice of ice creams, cookies, cheesecakes, wafles and many many others.

There desserts are ok but I would say that most of there dessert aren’t as delicious and aren’t worth the money your spending . There prices are extremely expensive so go for something you know you would finish . I would recommend the cookie doughs that’s worth your money .
