Hidden under London Bridge this little gem is perfect for a quick dessert in a nice quirky space, walls lined with arty snow boards and art work related to everything sugary. The desserts were perfect and the friendly service from the girls just made it all that much better.

After walking past the rather non-description entrance a few times, I finally decided to go inside after a meal for dessert. Wow. Clearly just been renovated, looks great, we sat in one of the booths and spent 20 minutes reading the menu… so much choice! Including real items from the Cheesecake Factory which blew my mind. One tip- items are HUGE we ordered one each but all left at least half! Great prices, great food. I’ll be a regular! P.s. pop in for one ice cream scoop for £2.50 - not bad for central london!

Creams cafe has a special place in my heart because it was one of the first places my boyfriend took me to after we met. Since then we went to Creams many times and always enjoyed the sugar coma from their waffles. This time we went to Creams for something else than ice cream and kinder bueno waffles. Creams recently launched their new savoury where you can choose from savoury waffles, crepes, wraps and even nachos served with various meat, cheese, olives or jalapeños. We ordered waffles with bbq chicken and some nachos to share. Creams waffles are always super fluffy and delicious and it was the same with this savoury version. We really enjoyed this but to be honest I can't wait to be back for some sweet waffles because I'm just a huge sweetooth 😁

Been here a few times now. I am such a sweet tooth. Portion is big I would not say that ice cream is so fancy but the way they create it together is amazing.

Nice plays to visit, yummy waffles and creamy icecream. I had green tea which tasted nice too. No network coverage at all and cant connect to wifi which apparently is availabe to customers. Friendly atmosphere, a little bit difficult to find if you going first time, hidden a little bit, under Bridge.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They have, bar none, the biggest selection of desserts I have ever seen. On top of that, everything can be customized to become something new. The atmosphere is fun and a little retro and everything was made and brought to the table quickly. I could happily eat here every day for a month and never have the same thing.

The amount of sugary choices! Holy! Darn! Very cool and tasty, messy, desserts. Tables were a bit sticky and the staff not so attentive. Music way too loud!

Stopped off here with a friend. When we went in the guy was so lovely and helpful, he took us to the table and just told us what to do. When we went to order he was very friendly and chatty. Took our orders and we went back. It is small and loads of tables are now unavailable but time we went thee were not to many people there. Food came quick and was lovely and hot as we had a waffle and crepes. Sadly he did forgot the slush we had ordered but not to worry. he did give a refund and apologised. would defo go back.

This shop has a good selection of ice cream and great flavours with a good variety of desserts too. Their friendly and helpful shop team are always on hand to guide you through their available range, a special thanks to Ana for her impeccable customer service and for offering us samples to help with our decision. If you will ever have a chance to stop by here is my recommendation: try the Ferrero Rocher with kinder Bueno and salted caramel combo, trust me….You won’t regret! It’s very delicious. A nice small little hidden gem underneath the London Bridge. Took us a while to find it as Maps wasn't very helpful. If you've been to Creams before you will know the vast extent of desserts you can have - this venue is small and cozy. Service was nice, friendly and attentive staff. Orders came out straight away. Sundae cake bit was lovely and hot which isn't always a given sadly! The dessert itself was absolutely delicious. Overall was the ideal dessert sugar experience for me.

Went to creams cafe for a delish gelato. Anna who is the manager is very friendly and approachable and helped us to choose the perfect flavour of ice cream! Definitely reccomend this cafe to everyone with a sweet tooth! They also have smoothies, slushes, crepes and waffles!

I'd say this place was just okay, I've been to a few Creams branded establishments around the country, in facts its become a place I actively seek out wherever I'm staying. The food served is always consistent along with the price. It's the service that varies. We were greeted by a gentleman who seemed a bit older than most of the staff, his greeting was friendly and approachable and he seated us. When ordering I was waiting behind one person who was having trouble with their selection, it was about five minutes of standing behind this person, if there was another till point I would have been happier, after all, I haven't entered a restaurant to then stand in a queue to order. Once ordered we were served in around five to ten minutes, two desserts were bought out by two different staff members, who it seems can't carry spoons at the same time. No napkins were offered either. Given the nature of the food they are absolutely necessary. We are quickly and then left, without being acknowledged by staff. This particular Creams could do with better customer service from its younger staff members.

Huge choice of desserts, infinite options of customization. Design and style of this place is extraordinary, we really liked it. Huge portions. Overall it was tasty, but not the best ice cream Ive ever eaten. Prices are quite high as for tourists, but I guess its typical for this city.

Better than Creams in other locations. The decor is a lot different in a good way. Most staff looked bored and sour faced but one staff member was particularly nice and let us sit where we wanted to. The white cookie dough with caramel was okay, but nothing amazing.

The largest dessert selection you could ever imagine - sundaes, bubble waffles, Belgian waffles, Crêpes, hot desserts, cheesecake... They've got it all and it tastes fantastic. Open til quite late as well and super central. Well worth a visit! (portions are rather large, so sharing may be best, especially for children.)

The shop is under the bridge. After wandering through the London Bridge Experience it drops you right in Creams Cafe. They have a large variety of treats here and we settled on the sorbet. Very tasty.

The location is very strange and felt very desolate when I visited. The cafe was clean and tidy but the order process felt poorly organised and the prices were very high. I had the Knickerbocker Glory which was delicious and the portion was more than enough.
