We went to creams in Beckton for our daughter's birthday. The staff including the manager were really helpful. The desserts, ice creams and drinks were all served as requested. Service was efficient considering we were a large group. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great place for dessert, wide range of things to eat. Waffles, crepes, cakes, sundaes and many more. They have added new hot chocolates and also mocktails which is a good mix. Their portions are quite big and worth your money. Also students get 10% discount. The crepes are my favourite, would be nice if they added different fruits instead of just strawberries and bananas.

This place is very convinently located with plenty of parking. And who doesn't like desserts 😜 I would totally give it 5 stars if it wasn't for some minor service issue which I am disappointed with, and service goes a long way. We went with Family there when it was not too busy, Sunday late afternoon, few empty tables, nicely friendly staff offered to get us a booth cleaned and ready for us, I think the staff are totally overworked and not enough, it took around 10-15 minutes to get the table ready, not even 2 minutes to clean the table, the rest she was serving whilst trying to greet and sit customers like us. Waitress was very nice and friendly though. I'm not too keen on the queue, order and pay before you eat, but I guess even Nandos have that process, not what I prefer but fair enough. The desserts came in reasonable time, but once our drinks came we realised it was missing our bottle of water. We asked a waitress, now a different one, she made us show our receipt to verify, maybe she thought we were not honest, we were trying to gain a bottle of water without paying? 🙄 I know Newham has high crime rate but come on guys, be a bit more classy. The desserts were lovely, we enjoyed it, it's just a shame about those little drops in service. Would I go there again, may be if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way like I used to. Would recommend you try if you happen to be in the locality and would like to try something sweet.

Fantastic as always, never disappointed the service is beyond 5 stars, I have always been ordering the red velvet waffle with white sauce and sprinkles for years, however they’ve updated the menu and I kindly asked the manager to give me the old one and he went out of he’s way to ensure it gets made for me just right. The taste is always 11/10 great vibes inside, great customer service overall can’t fault the new faces inside go on!

Creams is conveniently located in a retail park in beckton which means there is always plenty of parking available :) The decor is trendy and has an American-ish vibe to it. Ample seating is available inside and currently outside to help with social distancing. Toilet facilities are available for customers only. You'll be taken to your table and given a large menu with many choices of sundaes , milkshakes, waffles and ice cream (including gelato) to pick from. (See pictures for menu details). Once you know what you want, you'll need to go to the till (there isn't table service to take your order which in my opinion is a shame) and place your order. The order will be brought out to you when ready. Today's waiting time was around 15mins. For the totally minted sundae I paid £6.95 which gives you a fairly large portion. They have a slush machine too. Friendly staff... Would I go again? To be honest, only if I'm in the area. Enjoyed the ice cream, staff were friendly and service was good. I just don't like the whole queueing up to place your order set up. But that's just me. :)

I had an overall pleasant experience in here. It wasn't too busy and tables were widely spaced out so you never had to come into contact with other people. Sitting at the back was by far the best choice! There are toilet facilities for customers so you can wash your hands before eating your meal and the quality of the service I received on Monday at around 4 pm by the male employee was splendid. One of the things we ordered was out of stock and didn't like the alternatives but he kindly guided us through the menu and offered to give us literally anything as a substitute, even if it wasn't cheesecake. I was very happy to see him serve customers in such a warm and welcoming way. He really went above and beyond! The other 2 girl employees didn't really seem to care and did not smile back at us even once, looked really awkward and uncomfortable. If it was up to them only, this place would have been a mess... In fact they messed up my order and forgot to bring something over so the guy who arranged our order had to step in for us. I was very happy with his service, but wouldn't come back here knowing there aren't more employees like him. The food did take between 30 minutes and an hour to get to us, so I don't recommend this place for quick visits if you are in a rush. Ps: yes you have to scan the menu with a QR code and register in order to get an email confirmation of your order, but you can easily opt out of marketing emails so there is no need to oppose technological innovation. It is a positive change and I recommend young and older folks alike to try and support it. Heads up to creams for stepping up their game and introducing this system as well, like many other places :) Food was delicious as well! Portions are a bit confusing as some of our ice creams had more soft serve than others, looking better overall but okay. My suggestion for this place is to hire better employees who are quicker and can deal with issues more efficiently, only 1 out of the 3 employees available was truly shining.

We have now found an alternative dessert venue. Here, we received great customer service and the food was well presented and tasted exquisite. My youngest daughter was waiting for her waffle dessert whilst all her elder siblings were scoffing their desserts! However, the staff were fantastic and appeased her with a wonderful gesture of a free ice cream, whilst her waffle was in progress! An overall great experience and we do intend to return very soon. Busy venue, Nice deserts, good experience for takeaways in the past. But there was only one person serving all the tables. Seemed like staff was over worked. No tissues or spoons served with the order. Worst part is, you can't add anything to your order and was asked to join the queue again. Also online portal stopped taking new orders or additional items while store was still open. Zero in customer services, place needs a good manager.

I've been to a few creams but this by far has got to be the best. The bubble waffle was light and fluffy and the hazelnut gelato was second to none. Had a wonderful experience. This place is great. They have wide range of choices. The desserts are nice. The atmosphere is great. There is parking outside making it soooo convenience. The place is nicely decorated and looks pretty. The only issue is that it took ages before i got my dessert. My partner was served his and had finished by the tinge i got mine. Perhaps they forgot? Amazing! HUGE selection on the menu, generous portions and the service was brilliant - order came out within 10 mins even though the place was fairly busy. Highly recommend for a sweet fix and will definitely be coming back. Ordered the Oreo/trio cookie dough dessert and was well worth the price for about £8 if I'm not wrong. Very rich and filling, you could eat it twice/on 2 separate occasions. Didn't have to wait too long either, good quality and fresh! It came with ice cream and whipped cream!

Well what can I say. Lets start with when I walked in.....amazing decor...been to many Creams branches but this decor was WOW. Whilst abosorbing this fresh look decor I was immediately greeted by a staff member who smiled, asked me and my son how we were then took us to our table. Whilst looking at the menu, the Manager came and said hello and greeted us which I thought was nice. He also recommended me a dessert as i could not decide. It was much bigger than it looked like on the menu i just about fininshed it but it eas delicious. My son was recommended the Bubble Gum Ice Cream which I also had to try and it was divine and he also loved it. Overall the menu looked packed with fantastic desserts and good choices of milk shakes too which if I had some space would have ordered - definately next time. Also the place is very clean as were the toilets and more imprtoantly the staff seem friendly and happy

I have eaten here dozens of times but the last 3 times have been nothing but disappointment. The poor food quality is no longer worth a visit to this unit. A couple of days ago I took my family there and ordered one waffle and two crepes of which we are only able to eat one crepe as the other two items were hard and not chewable. There was no one to complain to and the table cleaning guys told to Join the long queue if want to log a complaint. I won’t be eating here anymore!

I really liked that there is plenty of parking spaces available nearby. The cafe has plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor ones aswell which is great. The staff were really helpful and good service. It was busy but not too busy, I was queuing up for an awful long time and the dessert took around 25mins to arrive. This is a great place if you have a sweet tooth! The decoration and ambient is great. The staff is lovely. They serve the food very quickly. We had waffles which was really fluffy. Since it was close to Halloween the place was decorated and it had a Halloween menu. They also have a vegan menu which would be good. My only criticism would be for the menu. It looks like it has a lot of varieties however they are so very close, they sound all same to me. Also the toppings were quite expensive (95p) if you want to make your own.

Just been to this Creams with my family for a treat and wow!!... What an absolute treat it was. My son had the bubalicious sundae, daughter had an Oreo milkshake, husband the bannoffee waffle and I had the cookie dough... we all loved our choices but the cookie dough really did stand out, it was amazing! Really fun atmosphere for the kids, great decor and the staff were all really friendly. It was busy when we arrived, with people queuing up for a table (the Eat Out to Help Out offer may well have have been attracting crowds on a Monday!) but we were told straight away how long the wait would be and they were pretty much spot on. We will definitely be back when looking for a treat again... and my daughter now wants her birthday party there!

Visited this place 3 times now in the last 6 months. But one thing that stands out is the time it takes to get the food out. I only go as my daughter likes the place and makes up all sorts of funky and bright coloured desserts which she never finishes. Also the waffles always seems really basic compared to the other dessert places. All 3 times we have been and there was no more then 3 others sat yet took a very long time to get the food. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Just the delay makes the experience bad especially when you have kid asking how much longer every 2 mins

Had an issue with the driver who tried to deliver my order to another customer (who order he had forgotten at the restaurant) and refused to give me my order after being told by the staff he had forgotten! Disgusting service from Uber eats but fantastic service from Creams staff themselves. Thank you to all the staff! A shame you have to put up with inadequate delivery drivers.

Milkshakes were good and staff were friendly but unfortunately the service was not so good. It wasn't that busy and we had to wait 30 minutes for milkshakes and it was a really hot day. I've been to very busy restaurants in the past and never had to wait longer than 15-20 mins for food and we had to wait 30 minutes for milkshakes? One of the cups for the drinks was broken and the drink was leaking, so we had to request a replacement. The drinks are good quality but they have got to improve the service, the staff are friendly so it's a shame about the service. I'll probably just go McDonald's drive thru next time!

The ice cream is lovely, lots of choice. But I would avoid coming after 7pm as it is so busy. Considering there isn't a lot of cooking to do, we waited almost an hour for 3 ice cream sundaes at 8pm on a Sunday. But during the day or early evening it is much quicker service.

So many Creams in our area yet we only go to the one in Becktons. Gurminder is a fantastic manager. You feel like you've entered a Michelin starred restaurant with the level of service he provides. Quality of the desserts are always much better than other Creams. They did mess up my order once, but that was very quickly rectified. Speaks volumes we will travel a fair distance to this Creams when we have one within 5 minutes walking distance to our house.

This is the fourth Creams I’ve been to in London and I have to say, I’m somewhat disappointed. The dessert I got was mediocre at best. Moreover, they could not provide sufficient utensils because they had ‘run out’. How do you run out of utensils in a dessert restaurant? When questioned, the staff had a subtle attitude about it. One of the best creams experience I have recieved, I was greeted by a kinda worker named Kate who sat me down and made conversation with my kids which made me feel at ease from the start, I ordered 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes which I recieved within a few minutes. The food was prepared by a worker named Eb who made the milkshakes to perfection. Such an amazing place, the decor is absolutely fab. When I entered the place I was instantly approached and greeted by the management team who also helped me through their menu and way of service. So this friendly lady escorts us to the table and treats us like royalty explaining the menus and the favourite choices, vegan menus etc made us all feel welcomed, i liked that.
