My favorite waffle was the ‘white chocolate kisses’ but they took it off the menu a few months ago. I was very disappointed but at least I could get in ‘creat your own’ for a bit of a 2£ extra more … All in all the waffle is delicious!

Ordered online and it was amazing! We are so pleased. We had a waffle and crepe and they arrived fast and were still warm and the ice-cream hadn't melted! Incredibly pleased. Definitely worth the price as the portions were big.

The desserts in this place are very tasty and presented so beautiful. They put a nice level of toppings and sauce. There’s a huge selection to choose from and everything is really tasty. The service is quick and efficient.

A superb branch of this chain, Creams is a dessert shop with a plethora of ice cream, waffle, crepe and cookie dough choices. What made this one stand out was the service, which was exemplary. Superb waiting and serving staff, with excellent recommendations. Our food appeared 2 minutes after we ordered it, including piping hot cookie dough. Honestly over exceeded our expectations and rescued a bad meal we'd had just before elsewhere. Apparently the winter waffle is amazing but wasn't yet available on our visit. Definitely be back!

Been here a few times more recently since lockdown and it’s been a good experience despite the new COVID 19 measurements. I just don’t know how I can drink a milkshake with a paper straw!

Milkshake is terrible, watery, chunks at the button, not mix properly & no flavour 😝 I gave them another chance (10/06/17) and I've got to say it was much better, it was busy but we didn't have to wait long sat down and our milkshakes and ice cream came within 5 minutes I give them four stars really good improvement.

It's a good place to hang out with younger people s it stays open late. A good alternative to a bar. The new menu has more choices. The new bubble cone waffle, for example. However, the staff are never any good. They're always rude or incompetent or unhelpful.

Me and my mother took my 6 year old here today at lunchtime for the 1st 1pm we asked for the children's menu and the lady behind the counter very rudely told us there wasn't one even though the main menu says to ask a member of staff for the children's menu when we did order our food and drink the other woman had no interest in her job there was one member of staff who came one his shift after we ordered he was lovely and engaged with us and made our time here better he and the food did make up lake of manners from the the two ladys behind the counter

Had amazing service here! Arturo was so nice, he brought our desserts with extra spoons to share and made sure everything was how we wanted it! He was so kind, and he took our plates when we were done and checked if we wanted anything else. He was so happy and friendly, think he should be given a prize for being so great!

We came for a friend's birthday and the staff really went above and beyond to make our friend feel special and made our evening really great. They brought over some cake with a candle and played a song about creams making dreams come true. Wow. Really thrilled and did not expect such a wonderful, unforgettable experience. The food, of course, is super yummy. Not so sure about the savoury options. To Creams I'd suggest fried chicken and waffles. The conditions aren't that great, in fact there's duct tape on the seats and they are ripped up but other than that it's a nice place to hangout with someone you're comfortable with.

Great place to go when I want to treat the kids. Big portions of sweet desserts and ice creams and they seem to always have everything available. There is seating for small and large groups alike and staff are quick in preparing your food. Can’t wait to go back!

If you been to any creams before then this particular store will not break expectations. It's a good spot for your usual desserts, cheap and as such a great place for family would also suggest as a good spot for a small date but keep in mind at times can get quite noisy due to youths and kids. Service was fast, convenient as well as informative.

I like the fact that they have the simplest crepe (I’m a crepe person more than anything) with only butter and sugar. The vanilla soft cream which I could add on the crepe was wonderful too. The place has changing table in disabled bathroom which is a big plus. The staff was nice and I’m delighted also with the service.

Fred had a lovely personality and even though I was a little annoyed cause the person who served me was acting OTT about changing my ice cream flavor. Fred changed all of that..... from an "okay" experience to a "great" experience within the last 5 mins of me leaving. I wanted to order The Surprise me for 2 people on (10/08/2020) I was served by a guy who wasn't wearing the creams uniform at about 4.30pm. I get to the till and was informed there was no strawberry sauce and I replied with okay I want a chocolate sauce. I also said I didn't want strawberry slices and can my ice cream be changed from Buenot gelato to vanilla ice cream. He says to me 'you can only make one change to the order'. He told me the Buenot ice cream was nice and allowed me to try it. I asked what change I made. I didn't know asking for something to be taken away (I would be saving them strawberry slices) was considered a change. Anyways I said okay he can put the strawberry slices but I still wanted my ice cream to be vanilla. I paid and im guessing he finally clicked in his head and realised he would be saving money by not putting the strawberry slices. So I got my order with NO strawberry slices (If I did get the strawberry slices with the order I would picked it out to the side and not eaten it - would have been wasted). So it was like all of that for what -_- Anyways Fred came along all bubbly just as me and my bf was about to leave...... and you know when someone's demeanor is soo infectious. He was happy asked how the service was. He was smiling and happy and it was hard not to smile or be happy. My review would have been a 3 star but Fred is too sick for a 3 star. So its a 5 =D

It's my first time I have been there with my cousins Friendly staff Bianca she was amazing and great customer service She asking polite smiling and she was helpful There is a huge variety of different desserts, both hot and cold. I personally loved the ice cream sundaes and cakes, however I am not apposed to trying out new things that I haven't before such as the Hot Cookie Dough, it came with vanilla ice cream and it was very good. I would recommend you go to Creams as it is a great place to relax and binge on unhealthy food- although they do also serve healthy smoothies and fruits to go with your waffles. Not only that but the place's interior design is very nice and well thought out. In conclusion, find the closest Creams near you and go get an ice cream or something!

I went to creams Dalston a few times but I went to celebrate my son birthday and the minute I walk through the doors, Moh made us felt welcomed and walked us straight to a fresh clean table. I needed a charging point and he was patient in finding one that works so i could keep in contact with the kids i was treating parents. But above all his customer service was great and very helpful. One of the child did not want syrup on her dessert and he was very quick to get another and kept them smiling and happy they didn't have tobwait long for another. Well done Moh!
