Great place to enjoy good desert and shakes if you don’t mind about sugar. Lot of seating area. Good service from staff. They have so many varieties of ice cream to make for your own taste buds.

This dessert parlour is part of Creams rapidly expanding franchise. Newly opened, it is fairly busy with a large selection of cakes and ice creams. The cakes felt a bit manufactured rather than freshly baked that you would expect of this price tag. The ice cream was nice, a good 4 stars but not like Udderlicious or some of the high end gelaterias in the West end. All that said, the store manager was super lovely and the waffles and sundaes were very good and fun. If there was order at table service and they could improve on the cakes, this place would be rammed with queues out of the door. Pleasant and does the job.

Raffi, the manager so helpful, my Uber order only 1/2 of it came so I drove to creams and Raffi was so helpful by making half of the stuff which didn’t turn up. He was calm, specially as I walked in with a rage. He was polite and respectful and I will definitely be back. Thank you for your help 👍.

This is a dessert heaven! Great selection of yummy sweet treats. We ordered the waffle with strawberry and chocolate and comes with ice cream or whipped cream. The waffle is sooo soft and leaves you craving for more. The chocolate hazelnut ice cream was decadent. The staff were nice and helpful. Not quite 5 star as the price can be quite steep. A plate of desert can buy you a full meal with drinks somewhere else. Still, a good place to treat yourself or your loved ones every now and again.

A year ago i had my 5th ever date with a friend that has been amazing with me and well, this has been her favourite dessert place, one of the reps was really amazing and even got some schoolkids to calm down and well keep it a bit quiet by moving them from the place to keep the noise down and that was top service to make sure me and my friend enjoyed ourselves, thee slush was soo good even with brain freeze and well this was my first ever creams experience since Devon does not have any. Prices are normal for london so i cant really whine due to distance and my fiend loves it and we both will go here again when the world reopens

When you first enter the shop you are welcomed and placed in a table but then no-one comes to get your order. It's not easy to see that's you have to go and order yourself from the bar. Then they say that you can make your own dessert and they charge ice cream a specific price but they don't say that this price is for the ice cream that comes from the machine and the proper ice cream is more expensive. You only find that when you order. So overall the waffles are ok but nothing special to go back too.

Great ice cream and a fun experience. Not cheap and the portion sizes have definitely got smaller since they opened but the price hasn’t gone down. If you download their app you get points that eventually give you discounts.

Hard work But it must be profuctive. You can not turn away people at 22:04 and say last order at 22:00 if google shows you are closing at 23:00. I could not place an order from uber because you have paused your order. I would not leave a review if I was not running high street restaurant. Staff training must be in place and welcoming.

I order from here with uber eats whenever I have a cookie dough craving and I have to say I have never been disappointed. The customer service from here is amazing too. My order was missing an item today and so I asked the Uber eats delivery man if he could go back to creams to collect it. Not only did the driver come back with my full order but I had a written apology from creams with a fresh order and extra gifts to compensate for their error. I was beyond impressed and happy with the experience. Thank you creams :)

just wanted to say I went today to get ice cream and was received such good kindness and customer service , the staff were so friendly and welcoming they all wore masks and were cleaning there hands constantly , the manager was also there and he was so kind in fact he gave me a free scope because I wanted to change my order so he just gave it for free ! The milkshakes are from another world! Honestly one of the best I've ever had. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Due to Covid it was take-out only. The prices are a bit high, but as a treat they are fair enough. Loved it.

Incredible experience. I had had a heavy dinner but couldn't resist. The cookie dough was just out of this world. It was heavy, made me feel guilty, but it was baked to perfection. The waffle was also very good. The ambiance is nice and modern. The location is good. I can't wait to go back.

Had my son's birthday here friday evening.we were a party of 10 plus 7month old.Staff were very helpful and friendly.They had arranged a great seating section for us.Very easy to order.not long to wait.Deserts were amazing.everyone ordered something different.everyone enjoyed their choice.we ended the evening with tea and cappuccinos. I ordered through White Cookie Dough through UberEats and informed the cafe that it was my birthday and they gave me an extra box of the Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough. A minor decision has really improved my day and I really appreciated it!

Really good food to be fair. Had hot chocolate chip with ice cream, it was super. However place was dirty!! Ice cream on table from people before me, I had to clean it myself. Staff are clearly pushed to cover as many jobs as possible. Hire more staff so they can care for customers.

Went to Creams with my friend the other day. We ordered a Canadian crepe. Firstly, when we ordered they had gotten our table number wrong. Secondly, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for it to come, and when it did it was the wrong item. So, we went to complain and get the crepe we ordered, and they still got the order wrong and gave us the wrong crepe for the second time. We just ate it, because we didn't want to wait any longer. Milkshake was good though.

Been meaning to come here However it wasn’t exciting The menu selection is great. They offer gluten free which was a relief. Wasn’t happy with one of the purchases, was made to pay for replacement which I wasn’t happy about but tbh I’m not sure if restaurants do goodwill changes? Anyway it kind of lacks atmosphere. As for service it wasn’t too bad. Tables were clean. What I ate tasted good.
