The food is nice, enjoyable enough to go again but not good enough to crave it. Service was BARELY acceptable - staff seemed like they had nothing going on behind their eyes and didn't care at all about the quality of their service

So I won't really recommend this place for certain items. A good milkshake then go ahead but for stuff like cookie dough... Avoid it. You will be super disappointed to know how small it is. Especially when you pay for the more pricey ones... Positives - Staff are great, didn't have any issues. Pretty quick but again depending on what time you get down there and order. Cons - the price is not right especially what you get (I got cookie dough and look how small it is. I paid 8 quid for this! - portion sizes are horrific, I expected end to end of cookie dough but obviously not the case. More like a big cookie heated up than actual cookie dough.... Turns out it is a big cookie heated up... 🙁 Overall its OK, not amazing, if you need a quick sweet fix, get a milkshake, don't bother with the cookie dough. You will be disappointed.

Great place for a dessert or a treat. Has a good range of waffles, crepes and sundaes available - all full of loads of sugar but it is good to treat yourself once in a while. I went for their halloween special sundae. Although the flavours i wouldn’t associate with halloween or autumn, the portion size was huge with generous helpings of ice cream. Service was friendly and quick.

Came at 9pm and ordered a bubblegum sundae and a ferrero rocher sundae and these were fine despite substitutions made for sold out ingredients. Staff were still cheerful, polite and responsible, despite crowded working conditions. Only takeaway was available, making this quite an expensive treat, but at least it's local.

Variety is good, and tastes pretty good too. Shame that the staff are a bit blasé about the whole experience. Unfortunately we did find hair in our ice cream and sundae, was mentioned and they replaced the soft serve ice cream with vanilla scoops, as for the sundae we didn't want another one, could have provided a partial refund but just got an apology. Maybe beard and hair nets should be used?

I went there for the first time on a Sunday. There was a good selection of treats and they all looked 'Amazing'. My choice was a delight, freshly made and a nice portion. The service was great and the staff were engaging in a conversation with us while we waited.

Everything was delicious, it all arrived promptly and the items which were meant to be hot were hot (crepes) and the items which were meant to be cold were cold (icecream). We were supposed to be in Paris today for our 3rd anniversary and obviously that couldn't go ahead, but Creams Cafe's lovely crepes were a more than adequate substitute.

This was my second visit and I came back specifically because I heard that they had a savoury menu. But on arrival I was told that they didn't have any ingredients left to make savoury crêpes. I enquired further only to be told that this had been done on a trial basis even though they were still advertising it. I'm only giving it three stars because I loved my waffle! The customer service is 0 ! Very slow and not professional. The two extra stars are given only because the desserts were made well and was tasty. Would I come back? I don’t think so. Only because the service is just rubbish otherwise the desserts were fantastic .

Good service when I went in, but you have to go to the counter to order though, not really table service type of place. Order brought out in good time, pretty decent pancakes. Nice quick treat for those with a sweet tooth! Shame hot drinks were unavailable, had to go to Costa!
