Dined in with big group of friends, seats were available to accommodate us a group of 10. Everyone ordered a variety of food. My favourite was the crepes and waffles as they are freshly made. My friends ordered cookie dough and ice creams. There was no pressure to leave, staff served us with a smile, I would come again.

nice place , the desserts were perfect my favorite was the sticky bonofee with the vanilla cream and ice cream it comes on a oven bake tray (costs £2 more ) it was hot and cold at the same time plus the sweet banana kicked in it was amazing having so many sensations at once the vanilla is the best thing there imagine a soft serve ice cream from the ice cream van but thicker and more richer in taste it's a must try shame I didn't buy it on its own with a cone they lack physical menus (only had 2) and are digitised (qr code) the restroom is disabled friendly even though it's the only one in the whole place and it's not clean staff were friendly and helpful some items I chose on the menu were apparently not being served no more so the menu needs to be updated (online and physical) I wouldn't get the strawberry ice cream it's a taste bit off for some reason the price of the items below in total costs £49.20

I have been there a few times with friends and family. They have a variety of dessert options available in multiple flavours. I personally love the waffles and the crepes. I find the hot and cold combination very nice. The vanilla soft scoop is a great side with these desserts. The service is generally good and efficient. The furnishings needs a bit of TLC. Other than that everything is great.

I was skeptic about this place, the reviews aren’t great, although the place could be better and improved the way they serve food. My experience was not bad at all, after school my kids wanted ice cream, but are so indecisive and yet the young lady who served us at the till was very generous and helpful. Ice cream tasted delicious, it has a nice place seating area at the front, we will definitely be back for more ice cream.

Can get very busy at times, serving time was reasonable. The menu is massive and that's the physical size of the menu and the variety of dishes/deserts. Too much choice for my liking, you end up spending way to much time just going through the menu, bit like browsing through what to watch on Netflix! The food was good, decent size portions and the prices are standard at around £4-£6 per desert. Overall I would recommend it :)

Loved this place at first, but it seems like everytime I go here there's a (negative) change in their fererro rocher waffle. First time it was perfectly filled with chocolate and nuts, second time less nuts, third time less chocolate. As shown in the pics... Would advise to keep the desserts consistent and at its highest quality, because that's what makes customers come back

I've been searching for the best ice cream/gelato in London and I finally found it! Unbelievable flavour, huge portions, and great service. I asked to try toffee butterscotch and the worker suggested I try salted caramel (which happens to be the flavour I normally get), and it was amazing! Excited to see they are all over London.

Yep food was on point. If you dont like "sweet" then dont come. There are wide variety of waffles, got the ferror rocher one and my days was it nice. The setting inside is dark tables and seats are black along with the lighting it adds to the vibe.

Nice desserts some seriously exclusive flavours in stock. Always busy but I've noticed if you go at 9.30pm.you sont have to wait long. It's always a different thing in the menu as I have had almost everything on the menu and they do some great desserts will be going back there. Just on a weekend you need to wait a fair bit for desserts

Personally, Creams is my favourite dessert place. Many places will do cookie doughs and sundaes but, I can't find a place that will do it like they do. The service is brilliant, quick and friendly, attentive staff. The presentation of the food is always picture perfect. The environment is chilled. Tables and booths are clean. While I enjoy most of their items, I highly recommend the ferrero rocher & cookie dough. Honestly one of the best I've had. It's a shame Creams isn't branched out more closer to my home :(

Myself had a lemon ginger tea was full after a heavy meal elsewhere. My family had desserts. Just 2 issues for me. The lemon ginger tea bag had almost nothing in it or any flavour was very watery taste. After mentioning to the white waitresses they just didn't bother or said sorry inturn they said that's how it comes. 2 minutes later one of the bengali Waiter told him the same and was very humble about it and gave a different tea bag that had ginger and lemon in it. Now that's service for me, end of the day we are paying customers we should be served properly with a smile and waitresses need to be attentive and customer focused.

It was awesome... I loved the decor and the overall ambience of the place. My friend and I ordered crepes as I love them. This was my friends' first time so she was a bit apprehensive. The staff were very attentive to our needs and when they realised that she didn't like what she had ordered they replaced it with something new... I ordered the strawberry and chocolate crepe and it was amazing. Light and not stodgy at all. The soft drinks that come in the dispenser are not watery at all... overall it is a dessert parlour I would recommend to people from all walks of life... You will enjoy it. 😀😀😀

Had a great experience with colleagues at this branch. Exceptional customer service, particularly from our server, Nazir. Delicious deserts made fresh (and not microwaved like other places) Would recommend for large groups or even a solo dine in - with affordable prices (great portion sizes. Your eyes are usually bigger than your stomach). Have been multiple times since and it's just super convenient. I would definitely recommend based on my experiences there.

Great customer service here, the guys and girls are polite and helpful and always happy to make recommendations from the menu. This branch is open until very late and I believe is due to become 24 hours (or is already). It’s well located so you can stop off after a day out in central london or just go for tea after a meal locally. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the seats are not very comfortable.

Best dessert ever! Went to creams cafe Whitechapel with my husband and kids on Saturday. I was amazed by the decor, It's outstanding. The atmosphere is lovely. The kids enjoyed themselves so much they want to go back again, they loved the bubble gum gelato, the waffle and crepe that me and my husband ate was delicious, big portions unable to finish 100% money's worth word can't explain, you have to try yourself. Service was on point manager goes around asking how the food is, which makes you feel welcoming, food was served on time even though we hit rush hour on a Saturday night. Definitely the best dessert place I've ever been to in London it's a must visit!!!

this was the only place open at midnight as it is 24hours for a desert, I had cream waffle 🧇 the inside kind of tasted like a bengali handesh lol, I was expecting this kind of service from Asians, I honestly still enjoyed it but was not able to finish the waffle, my advice would be to find workers who are professional in making waffles , and please clean the place as seating tables needed a clean, the waffle and ice cream was ok , got so many bad reviews but this place was still busy at 12 midnight, surprisingly the waffle was ok but the inside is not cooked so try make them lighter. the both ice creams was ok .

So I've been there couple of times. First time me and my girlfriend were served by some guy, we ordered affogato which was amazing, done nicely with a lot of cream, ice creams and a piece of waffle or something. Then 2 next time I've been served by some girl (just guessing she was Italian, not sure though) she was sitting on the phone, after few minutes she realised we waiting for her to order so she slowly moved to serve us. Without hello, without smile and she looked like she's annoyed that she need to serve us. She just put coffe and ice cream without anything else, those 2 times affogato looked and tasted Terrible. She should be fired in my opinion. Then next time I've been served by Antoinetta as I remember, she was extremely nice, served with a smile and affogato was amazing again. Thanks to her you're not getting 1 star. Girl is amazing!

Creams Whitechapel is in a brilliant location on New Road, lined up with other great restaurants, it's not only a perfect way to round off an evening out, but it's a great way to start a night out! We went on Wednesday night thinking it would be quieter, but it was buzzing with friends and families. We sat in the basement as it is cosy, perfect for cold desserts snuggled away for a more relaxing environment. We turned up and were immediately shown to our tables and given our menus. Each of our tables had TV screens to keep us entertained once we finished salivating over the choices we needed to make, waffles, sundaes, milkshakes and my favourite hot desserts! While we were waiting for our orders we were enjoying an animated flick, great way to keep kids occupied as they waited for their dessert. There was a slight mix up with our order, entirely my fault, but they sorted it out with no fuss. So, bonus points for Creams Whitechapel! Definitely looking forward to going back to Creams Whitechapel.

He was generous to allow us to sample a few gelato flavours before making our choice. We went for the salted caramel flavour which was way better than the Haagen Dazs one. Supreme quality gelatos which is creamy, full in taste and not laced with sugar. No better quality around!

By far the best experience in a desert place we have had. Took the family out for desert after dinner. We was a party of 11 adults and2 children, surprisingly the staff were very accomadating hospitable towards everyone. All the orders were right, I usually have to go back 2 or 3 times before that has ever happened. My hat goes off to the staff at Creams Cafe. Offered us a few extra things on the house. Photo booth is a great edition to capture a memory. The owner was always checking if everything was ok. Dropped by for the first time: quite packed at 10pm on a weekday and waited ten minutes to be seated when there were a few tables available. Staff didn't tell us you had to order at the counter. Chose an apple pie with ice cream - decent enough portions but very average quality ingredients - think Value range from Tesco. Décor is a bit on the kitsch side with its 50s style diner look bathed in neon fuchsia colouring. Fine if you're desperate for dessert in the locality.

Went here with my husband for our Anniversary and what can i say! Was excited to hear about the place and i cant fault anything in it. We was given a seat downstairs, ordered and food came. Husband ordered a crepe and i ordered Bubbalicious sundae, honestly this is a place worth going. They are not stingy at all with what they give The portions was so much i couldnt even finish my dessert. Not only that, but the staff are very friendly. Love their Pistachio ice cream. Got real flavour and creaminess (instead of adding lots of sugar). Very refreshing Lipton Breakfast tea (the secret is the hot creamy milk they provide). Went there last night after a meal and Needos next door. We were greeted at the door, given a table. Now with this place, you order first at the counter, no one comes to you to take your order kind of like Nandos so bare that in mind or you'll be forever waiting for a waiter. Food arrived quickly, ordered the rocher waffle, it was amazing! Fresh waffle, proper ice cream as a side not the dairy chilled cream (cookies and cream) you get in some places. Manager popped round to ask us how everything was, nice touch. Place was clean not a smudge in sight. Desserts can fill you up so maybe don't eat before you come lol. Highly recommended.

Nice and cosy place next door to Needoos grill. Smartly decorated with a cool theme. Good choice of deserts on a large menu and I suppose prices reflect the location. Its quite easy to get to since its about five minutes walk from Whitechappel tube station (District line). I haven't given five stars as its pretty similar to many other places in the same category.

All I can say is A-MAZ-ING! Seriously good gelato worth the trip even on a cold night. Gelato is made fresh in house by a chef from Italy. Servers are kind, give samples freely, and make great recommendations on flavors. Try both pink and blue bubble gum. I’ll be back!

Went in for a quick waffle and milkshake for dessert after a meal out with the lads last Sunday, both top notch, and got to say the young boy that served me was really friendly, excellent service! Would recommend!
