Crepes were so good, much better than kaspas. However, the service wasn't good at all. Paying at the till the guy seemed unbothered and unhelpful. And our crepes came at different times, so it was cold by the time my friends arrived at the table. It's common sense that if you bring hot food with ice cream on it, it won't stay hot for long, so they should arrive together.

Not too big but seats dinner style and floor above. Staff is kind and waffles are delicious. You have to order at the till and it's brought to you afterwards.

Mediocre. Whip cream tasted off, the last time we went and last time it will be. 4 chef in the back, 2 customer in the front...yet 40 min wait... Does it make sense? Lovely waitress, trying her best.

Fantastic dining in experience. The air conditioning was so effective in this wonderful ice cream parlour that cardigans and zip hoodies were required on one of the hottest day of the 2020.

I was at the wood green store this evening, the staff was amazingly friendly and attentive, the order where process in timely manner, the ice cream was well presented and delicious. Thanks 👍

We were the very first customers!!! It was really strange to be the first :) The place of course spotless, lovely design, great ice cream, but most of all exceptional service. All staff members were very pro active and attentive, making a good rapport. The Manager went above and beyond, spending time with me to help explain the menu and provide very personalised service. I hope it will always remain on this level. We will be back! :)

Perfect place for quality desserts but it’s the staff and management that made the biggest difference. Very professional service, place was very clean and person at the order point taking my order greeted me with a smile, I made few changes to my waffle and ordered another 4 waffles which were create your own and they got everything spot on! I have had terrible experiences in other dessert restaurants but Creams Wood Green is my favourite! Highly Recommended!!!

Food was good and the portion size was great. Price a little high, customer service and wait time was far too long. Seating is fixed to 4 people so our group of 7 had to seat separately.
