AWSOME EXPERIENCE!!! Im a kid and I love DESSERT! this place is somewhere anyone could go. waited over 30mins but it was worth it!! everything was so filling!! would come again. all the chocolate was so warm and delicious. even the mango ice cream was! custard was also really yummy 🤩 cant wait to come again! set up was also amazing.

Almost all the tables are filthy - plates and leftovers just left. Ordered two waffles and told later that they don't have any plates. Waffles were okay.

It's a lovely little ice cream shop it's a bit out the way if you didn't know it was there you could walk straight past it staff are friendly helpful and polite on this part everyone's taste do differ but I think on some items on the menu they do stick to much plane ice cream on it where they could change it up and put different flavours in there so if you're ordering something maybe personalize it so you don't get excessive plain ice cream

Creams Cafe is a US-style ice cream parlour, all decked out in purple. Our hotel was next door and before leaving for home, we treated ourself to a sundae. It was okay, don't get me wrong, but nothing special. What I did notice was the complete absence of customers. OK, there were one or two people in there at any given time, but I did expect more life on a saturday evening. Very strange for a place like this: it looks good, the ice cream is good(ish), the staff is OK, so where was everyone? No matter, we were happy.

I have never been a Creams fan but I happened upon this shop and inwas very impressed. The staff are lovely however they have the best manager ever! He is awesome and very interactive with his customers! We have become regulars and my daughter loves going there just for the interaction with him. I highly recommend just for the way they treat people. It's clean and very hygienic.

Had a great experience. Soo much better than urban ice. Was sceptical at first because of last year's reviews and therefore didn't trust delivery but thought I give it a second shot. It was nice and calm, not soo busy. Able to enjoy it without the hustle and order came in really quickly (wasn't even 5mins). It was good and exceeded the reviews and met my expectations. Customer service was amazing! The cashier even offered me a discount and amazed how much the bill came down to. The guys were really nice and reassured me my order was correct. Only thing to improve is to add creams wafer (no big deal) and if the waffle was a bit hotter because mine got cold quite quickly. Sarah was very lovely. She made my final order whilst looking after the new staff in a kind manner. She was also very appreciative and was really nice when I suggested that the waffles could be hotter next time. She even offered me a free scoop of ice cream of my choice. She is soo nice to everyone. Fantastic for my first experience at this cafe. All staff were very friendly!

Our First time in this Place. We just came from Royal Victoria, to buy something in Argos. And we saw that Huge and nice place, with nice music. And we decided to go in and try a gelato and maybe something else. Just said Big thanks to that Team. The Gelato and the waffle, was amazing Guys. Came all the way to Woolwich, the best service they've provided and top quality desserts they've made. Also kind staff members and the owner, it was a pleasure for me to be in like a big cafe for the first time called creams I would say in my opinion it's better than Whitechapel. This place is highly recommended!!!

The ice creams are amazing but the service is very poor. the lady who brought our ice creams was very nice but the ones behind the counter who were scooping the ice cream were beyond slow. they were busy chit chatting instead of serving customers. by the time the second person on our table got their ice cream, the first one would have already finished their two scoops. took them forever to even get one plain scoop cause of their chit chatting. waffles took eternity to get. the service really needs improvement in terms of speed.

I loved it. This place is basically an ice cream, waffle and coffee shop on steroids. HUGE selection of ice cream and gelato (soft serve as well as traditional scoop) made on premises, waffles with anything that you could possibly think of available as toppings, huge range of coffees and tea, and have I told you about the milk-shakes? Fantastic. The place is quite large but understated, cool "soda fountain" decor, and constructed in a way that deadens the sound so it doesn't seem like you are in a cave and can't hear your mate sitting at the table with you. But best of all is the staff - absolutely super friendly with an attitude that the customer is always right. "American style" service as the Enterprise commercial puts it. Even if they didn't have all the other tasty goodies to satisfy your cravings for sweets and ice cream, I'd stop there just for the people. Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Food arrived before drinks, not major but is noticeable when having thick dry food like brownies and waffles. As a group, some of the group had finished their food before others had their food brought to the table. All food for one table should be made at the same time and delivered together. The food quality was excellent and the customer service was good. Friendly staff but I would appreciate ALL staff having name tags so they can be identified individually. The tables, seats and floor where clean. The waiting time for food was approximately 10 mins for a waffle and approximately 35 mins for ice cream during a quiet time. Overall, the customer experience was excellent in some areas and lacking in others. So I have given 3/5 stars holistically.

One of the girls serving adjusted her hair then was touching the Waffles without washing her hands!!! They messed up the order and brought coconut ice cream instead of vanilla!! The food was tasty when it arrived, but the youngsters they employ seem to have no sense of health and safety or commitment to profesionalism.

One of the waitresses kindly told me which one is her favourite, however I was not into the biscoff cream this evening, I ordered a salted caramel one. Me and my boyfriend went to Woolwich for the first time the other day as we are thinking about moving to the area. Thanks to the staff being SO friendly (not annoyingly so - fear not anyone who hates US style, ultra-in-your-face-style customer service), we ended up with a great first impression of the area, with this being the first place we popped into. A girl came over to us when we were looking around by the counter and offered us a menu, telling us it was fine for us to take a seat at the tables while we decided, even though we weren't eating in. Another girl at the counter was equally pleasant and helpful. While we waited and observed the staff it was noticeable that they were all very happy and getting along well (while still always being attentive to customers when needed), which I think really makes a difference to the atmosphere of a place. Finally, the food was great. We had a salted caramel ice cream cone and a Kinder Bueno milkshake to take out and both were delicious. We will certainly be visiting again.

Since this Creams reopened I’m not happy with any waffles, crepes or cookies dough. It would be raw or over done to dry…problem with those small fly indicates that the fruit isn’t very fresh and I do not understand why they put under your food on a plate a paper so you can play a game hide and seek with the paper melted underneath your food
