Reviews of Crème
K. M.
Absolutely delicious cookies just a short walk from Oxford Street!! Tried one of each favour they had at the time - our favourites were white chocolate miso and the chocolate chip cookie.
These are warm, gooey, American style cookies that are not to be missed! The shop itself is also very cute!
S. M.
Amazing. The cookies are huge and have an incredible gooey centre. The chocolate chip was my favourite but the miso white chocolate was also a big hit - sweet and slightly salty. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
A. A.
Delicious freshly made cookies. My favorite would be the Miso & White Chocolate.
The line can be long outside at times.
They also have coffee and soft-serve ice cream, and a vegan option (the double chocolate).
P. M.
Cute store serving the best cookies! They're big and delicious (my fave is the white chocolate miso). Staff is nice and friendly, special shout-out to the lovely girl with dark hair & glasses who served me yesterday!
L. S.
Tried different flavours in different occasions. The cookie is soft and tasty but some of them are not sweet enough for my taste. I tried milk cookie, banana and dark chocolate and double chocolate, my favourite one was the milk chocolate. Customer service is good but the queue takes quite long to move.

I consider myself a bit of a baker (not really, but lockdown compelled me) and I’d staggered into Creme.
It’s a cute store which essentially deals with cookies, coffees and (ice) cream.
I kept it kosher and went for the milk chocolate cookie. Honestly, apart from my own, this was the best cookie I’d graced in my existence. It was warm and soft and incredibly gooey in the centre with a slight crunch on the outside. The contrast was perfect because it crumbled delicately, not haphazardly, so you could savour every bite without fear of it falling apart. It was truly majestic.
The ratio of chocolate:dough was spot on. It was super sweet and big, so if you’re a cookie monster, you might meet your match or it could be sickly sweet for you.
The staff are nice and friendly, with the cookies made before your eyes, so they’re as fresh as they come. There’s little space to sit indoors, but there are some seats available outside.
I could’ve definitely had a few more and if I’m around soho, the desire to return will be strong. I would recommend you pop here for a visit, too. 10/10

I found Creme on YouTube and the cookies were described as one of the best in London. It definitely didn't disappoint. They're a bit pricy but they're also pretty chunky and, based on the taste, worth their price :)
My favorite is miso cookie. Really unique flavor <3
A. C.
Best cookies 🍪 especially if you have an expensive taste. They're very big and heavy So it's definitely worth the price. I enjoyed the one with the white chocolate. I am sure it will taste even better just out of the oven or with a cup of tea. 🔥😍
R.
Cookies are delicious! Just a bit expensive, like £4/cookie, but they have offers for packs, like 6 for £22. I reccomend you try one, they are huge.
A. S.
Very small cookie 🍪 shop but with amazing taste.
They have many option for cookies. We went for milk chocolate cookie it was delicious.
Also they have soft serve and coffee ☕️.
Unfortunately they have long queues and no seating indoors.
I would come again to try other options of cookies 🍪.
T. B.
Can't deny this is one of the best cookies I've had, and I bake a lot of cookies! £4 is steep but it is worth it for quick and easy access to deliciousness, and the cookie itself is pretty big (I got the milk chocolate one). Definitely a nice treat and I'll be back for more to try the other flavors!
J. B.
Simply amazing. Not a place you would go every week as the cookies are expensive, but if you’re looking for a little treat or a pick me up then this is the place to go.
D. C.
Cookies that pack a punch because they’re so huge and delicious. I had the vegan double chocolate for an afternoon snack. Would love to come visit again!
A. T.
Some of our favourite cookies in London, however they are EXPENSIVE at £4 a cookie.
The MISO White Chocolate was absolutely sensational - couldn't get enough of it and it was our first time experiencing Miso in a cookie, which worked fantastically well.

Cookies were freshly baked, hard and crumbly on the outside, but very soft and moist on the inside. I have to admit, it can get a bit much by the end and a few might find it a bit too sweet for their taste. Personally I am giving it a 5/5 because service was good and the cookie itself is something unique, nicely balanced flavours and textures, that I haven't found in any other shops before.
Note: I've only tried the milk chocolate one. Would have liked a bit more variation on types of cookie but I do understand that it's a very small shop so they want to stick to the basics and get them right which I respect. Slightly pricey but at least the portion is very generous
A.
i got the white chocolate miso cookie. texture was amazing - warm & gooey. but slightly too salty for my liking. cute store & packaging
H. P.
I had miso cookie (4pounds) and it was really good and heavy. It tasted like a peanut butter cookie. Last time I tried milk chocolate but it wasn't so special. I recommend miso white chocolate cookie!
E. L.
really good giant cookies - definitely lived up to the hype! couldn’t pick a favourite from the raspberry rose, banana chocolate and milk chocolate cookies I singlehanded devoured
F. B. M.
Yummy little cookies shop, its a hidden gem!! They have a very small variety of flavors ( around 4 different flavors ) maybe because of the capacity of their place, which is not a big issue.
Unfortunately, they don’t have a gluten free option, which is something they should consider if they want to capture a bigger market segment.
D. C.
These cookies are sooo decadent and rich! Couldn’t finish a whole one even tho they are small. Warmed up in the microwave and they are divine
S. S.
These cookies are huge and always freshly baked. Love that they serve milk here too for dipping.
K. B.
We came late and only had a chance to taste white chocolate and miso one. But it was amazing. Very gooey, tasty, soft, warm, flavor balanced cookie! The price is really high but sometimes you can treat yourself!
M. L.
Super sweet, gooey cookies - excellent if you’re into that kind of thing. Coffee is good, shop itself is pretty basic (Covid safety measures notwithstanding). Would recommend for a takeaway sugar hit if you’re in need and close by
N. Y.
Warm, big, crunchy on the outside but super soft inside. Milk chocolate one is sweet and darle chocolate and banana is less sweet, so you have options for different tastes. I want to try the vegan chocolate and the white chocolate and miso
G. B.
The best cookie I've ever had. They are perfect in terms of sweetness and the texture on the inside was nice and soft and crunchy on the outside. I thought it was just one of them hypes but I was wrong. I'd definitely go back and buy more. I would definitely recommend. The only bad point I'd say was the customer service, I found the lady a little rude that is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Thoughts 💭
The infamous cookie of London. Whilst the inside was perfectly melty that makes it gooey. I felt the cookie general flavour lacked. So, whilst it was still tasty as hell just because they have nailed that melted center I wouldn’t be rushing back anytime soon.
M. C.
Was really excited to try Crème after seeing them in Instagram and was lucky enough to pop in when they weren't busy. The staff were very polite and the shop was gorgeous but sadly the cookie itself fell a little flat for me. I found it too thick and stodgy. As someone with a relentless sweet tooth I thought this place would have been heaven for me but unfortunately I just found it a bit too sickly.
T. C. C.
The best cookies money can buy. The set up is ridiculous though. They don't accept cash— so you have to book your 'cookie' online if you don't have your card! However if you arrive early to collect your cookie, they scold you and advise you, that they don't give you your cookies until the online minute has elapsed! Even though they have the cookies RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM! You then need to have your email ready to prove you ordered the cookies.
IT'S A COOKIE, NOT A BRAND NEW CAR FOR GOD SAKES!!!!
Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, I prefer them the following day once they have set.
P.s the staff could be more pleasant.
A. A.
Very nice cookies that Melt down in your mouth. Best for dessert lover!
H. T.
Very delicious and unique kind of cookies and very soft and not heavy.
S. C.
If this is what heaven tastes like, I'll go to hell for it hahaha
Amazing, thick, chewy cookies with fast service. They're quite expensive but worth it! Miso white chocolate is mind blowing!
S. D.
Amazing. Incredible. Mind blowing cookies. I’d seen these online and took a trip to London and had to pop in. One of each flavour thanks and they did not disappoint. White chocolate and Miso were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back and get more. Well done gang!
N. A.
I don’t like cookies but this one is so so yummy. So fresh and soft and freshly baked in front of you. Best cookies I’ve Ever taste so far.
C. B.
We visited creme as we saw creme cookies all over tiktok and they did not disappoint! We tried both the double chocolate cookie and the white chocolate and miso cookie and we can’t wait to try a third! The combination of the cakey middle and the melted chocolate chips make the perfect cookie. Additionally, the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful whilst being incredibly friendly and attentive!
L. C.
Delicious thick cookies, tried miso with white chocolate. Which has a sweet and salty taste. Its okay. But recommend my go to which is the dark chocolate with banana or milk chocolate. However £4 for one cookie seems a little expensive...
א. פ.
The best cookies in London! It was so good and soft🤩 a lot of chocolate!😍
M.
Love the cookies here, full of flavour and very filling. The quality is amazing definitely worth the money. Wish there was a store closer to home I would be there every week. Highly recommend them.
S. M.
Ice cream and cookies 🍪 are so delicious 😋. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
B.
Picked up some takeaway cookies after lusting after them on Instagram. They are pricey, but about in line with other London desserts and absolutely huge (you could easily split one between two people). We ordered a peach and white chocolate and a banana dark chocolate. The peach one was definitely the winner, so moist and sweet. Definitely for people who prefer a cakey cookie though. I will be returning to try the miso white chocolate for sure.
N. S.
Super sweet tasty soft centred cookies. Ideal for those who really love cookie dough and brownies. I prefer these cookies over bens. The only drawback is I feel they’re over priced per cookie, £4. That’s a lot for one cookie. Be sure to get some milk or coffee to go down with it. Or water.
K. N.
I tried the milk chocolate cookie, miso white chocolate cookie & ice latte. The cookies were indeed gooey, I love the texture. Prefer milk chocolate cookie over miso white chocolate. The ice latte was quite nice as well.
A. K.
Nice tasting cookie one of the best i had! 4 stars as it is a bit pricey for what you get. 6 cookies for £22 is excessive. But would definitely revisit.
J. Y.
Biggest and tastiest cookies I’ve ever eaten! Even better when they’re warm. I’ve been to this place twice, trying all their normal flavours at my first visit and its special edition Peanut chocolate cookies at my second visit, gotta say Banana & Dark chocolate is my favourite of all 😍 Totally worth the price and I will recommend to visit for a sweet treat! (But not after a big meal as the cookies are extremely filling!)
Φ. Τ.
The best biscuit I've ever tasted.
You should try the one with white chocolate and miso, it's kind of sweet n' salty.
T. C.
I had been wanted to go here since pre pandemic but I waited until there was no queue! My partner had the banana and dark chocolate cookie. I had the milk chocolate cookies. Soft and gooey centre. If you like very very sweet dessert then this would hit the spot. Not for me.
S. L.
Their cookies are heavy and you can definitely tell they are generous on the chocolate chucks on each one of them, you can easily bite into the melting gooieness of the warm cookie (you will not enjoy it cold, trust me because i did not, it was very hard, heavy and dry). P.S. the classic is the best and the limited time coffee white chocolate too, the one I least enjoy was the banana one, just isn't to my liking (so four out of five, not sorry). Their xmas packaging was cute and perfect for a present or a gift box sitting under the xmas tree.
K. N.
If you love cookies (and who doesn't?), then Crème is heaven.
Rich and indulgent, these cookies are among the best in London. Super-sized, and baked fresh straight from the kitchen at the bank, Crème has a selection of cookies to enjoy from the classic milk chocolate chip, to the experimental which works so well (miso and white chocolate, anyone?). It's soft on the outside, moist and gooey with melting chocolate on the inside. The perfect cookie!
More of a take-out than a sit down venue, it's great to take out and munch at your desk, or while you're on the move, or just as a surprise sweet treat for a special someone.
The staff are wonderfully friendly too, and love to chat to you, and even pose when they realise they're in your frame when you're doing your Instagram.
Lovely little place to satiate any sweet tooth in Soho, London. Recommended from yours truly.
C. G.
Had to pop into this ICONIC and very well known cafe and bakery. The cookies looks absolutely amazing. My friend got the Afogato which looks absolutely delicious too.
Very cute inside and the staff were super sweet! Definitely recommend if you're in the area it's absolute soho must.
My ice coffee was so good too and have to note the paper straw was really good and didn't turn to mush!
If you liked my review feel free to give it a 👍 and follow me on Google Maps for more reviews!
N. K.
Big, super tasty cookies and friendly staff. The Miso White Chocolate Cookie has to be my favourite. They're gooey and warm, best cookies I've had in London so far. They are rather pricey though but totally worth it for a treat!
b. j.
Not really a cookie kinda person, but I think I just might now be convert...these were gorgeous!❤
A. N.
Definitely one of the best cookies I've ever tried, especially in London. Milk choc ones are my personal favourite, but they all have great texture and consistency. The staff were friendly and nice! Will be definitely coming back for more!
K. C.
Nice place to drop by for cookie! Full of flavor and the size is quite big. If you love something so sweet, double chocolate one is good. But if you want a mixed flavor of salty and sweet, soy sauce with chocolate is nice. Banana chocolate is also good as well.
M. B.
Thick cookie with really soft dough inside with melting chocolate. One of top 5 cookies I have ever eaten in my life. £4 per cookie and you will be surprised. I would have paid £6 for it. Whole experience from walking in to the small shop and coming out with a bite is well worth it. Just get there early because there will be a long line if you go later.
N. S.
This place has the best cookies I have ever tasted! They are chunky and soft in the middle! I would recommend the white chocolate and Miso flavour. There is also a lady there called Dess who is just the best!
The staff are so friendly and always happy to give recommendation.
A must if you're in London!
a. n.
The cookies were warm and fresh I got it with ice cream. You can also get warm drinks.
S. F.
Delicious cookies for everyone!
Vegans are very delighted!
C. K.
I tried 3 cookies, the double chocolate, milk chocolate and miso & white chocolate. The milk chocolate was probably my least favourite as it was a bit too sweet.
The other two cookies were excellent. Chewy with a crunchy exterior.
The cookies cost around £4 each but I think you could probably share one given the size. I would put them on par or perhaps slightly ahead of Ben's cookies.
C. C.
Heard about this place from my sister. When we arrived there was already a big queue because the shop itself is quite small and there's a 4 person limit inside.
Cookies looked nice in classic flavours, and soft serve also looked nice but we didn't go for that. Box it came in was snazzy!
L. W.
Cute cookie shop and friendly staff! I had the banana and dark chocolate cookie - found them a little expensive at £4 each, but there were a lot of chocolate chunks, so I guess a nice treat! 🍪
K. F.
Can't beat Creme cookies! They are a cross between a cake and a cookie. You'll need to visit the cafe to buy their peach flavour but all flavours have something special to offer. Cappuccino coffee was also really good.

The Best Cookies in London ❤️
B. G.
The cookies are freshly baked and delicious (plus super cute packaging) ... just a bit pricey
T. F.
Best cookies in london, get ready for a long queue but its worth the wait ! Great coffee as well.
T. P.
Best cookies in London! I have been a few times and every one I’ve tried is better than the other. Favourite so far was the miso white chocolate!
B. D.
Gorgeous cookies. Definitely worth the queue. We were lucky enough to get them fresh out of the oven so they were still hot! My favourite was the white chocolate and miso one. Would definitely recommend trying!! 🤤🤤🤤
S. P.
As they say in store, these are big big big cookies. Served warm from the oven, be prepared to skip lunch if you have one of these. Definitely have to head back for their cereal soft serve ice cream - this is going to be a JIT next summer for sure.
M. 9.
Crème in soho is not any cookie store you will try in the whole of London but it is absolutely the best in the whole of the UK everything is prepared in store daily and there level of quality is so high the taste is fantastic I cannot fuilt anything about them honestly the best every time I come into London I have to buy a box of there cookies to take home with me thanks agian crème 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
R. Y.
THE BEST COOKIES IN LONDON GO TO CREME! My personal favourite out of all the flavours is white chocolate miso❤️is very evil but def worth trying!! The miso in the cookie give the white chocolate the right amount of balance👍🏻 the texture of the cookies is fantastic as well! Though, there may be a queue during the weekend, but usually only takes around 10-15 mins to wait.
M. N. A.
THE BEST COOKIES I’VE EVER HAD, EVER!! It’s so good that for the 8 days i was in London, i went there 4 times! Be ready to wait like 5 to 30 mins to get in tho!
A. R.
The place is cute and the cookies are decent but not as good as I was expecting. While the cookies look nice, the flavour could be improved. The banana ones were a no for me, but I'm not a 'banana bread' person. The dark chocolate ones were slightly better. Not Levain Bakery good, but decent.
The hot chocolate was rubbish - really bad considering they used Callibaut, it was weak and not even warm enough.
L. L.
Went to the shop yesterday evening and bought two cookies from the selection they had at that time - milk chocolate and double chocolate - as the lady at the counter suggested those were her favourites. She was so lovely and took the time to the flavours in details and compared them to other “desserts” so that I could get an idea. So happy she recommended those two cookies as they were the best ones I ever had. Gooey and fresh - definitely worth the price. Despite the rain and how busy the two girls were, they tried their best to serve people in a short amount of time. As I stayed inside to eat the cookies, I saw them running back and forth from the kitchen to bake other cookies and told customers how long they had to wait for the cookies and what they had sold out. I could definitely say the girls were tired but they took care of the customers and had great customer service.
I would definitely visit again and can’t wait to try other flavours!!
J. M.
We bought a box of 6 to share, they were out of this world so moreish I see why there is a queue outside so worth the wait highly recommend.
R. I.
Very delicious cookies and nice coffee latte as well as americano ☕️
A. A.
Very cosy place with incredible cookies! Ideal for when you crave a great dessert when heading home
F. G.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon where there was no queue. Glad to able to get in and smell the freshness of the cookies baking. I rested one of the cookies flavour each. Although they have exotic flavour of banana with dark chocolate and white chocolate with miso, my personal favourite is definitely milk chocolate 😄😋. I would definitely come back again to go for the milk chocolate cookie. The uniqueness of the cookie is baked large chunks. Thanks for this.
A. S.
The hype was massive, my wife and I (we live abroad) came to London to try these magical creations, just based on the hype. We got to their tiny, rather unassuming shop and were greeted, as expected, by lengthy queues. We considered turning away, but the HYPE! THE HYPE PEOPLE! So we soldiered on, and to be fair the queue was speedy, we had about 20 people in front of us and we were served within 10 minutes, that's a pretty snappy turnaround. Now let's not lie, these cookies are pricey, £30 for 7 cookies and a coffee is fairly outrageous. Are they worth it? ABSOLUTELY YES. Believe the hype people, these cookies are the nectar of the Gods. Still queuing is never cool, neither is spending £30 on consumables, but for a one off, well worth it.
C. K.
Best cookie on the planet... Outside is crispy and inside is super gooey and moist... Packed with high quality chocolate and massive in size, it sort of justifies the 4 quid per cookie price.
M.
These cookies are incredible! They are quite thick and the melt in your mouth sensation is real.
J. M.
They have four cookies flavors only, I tried the milk chocolate it was served warm and very tasty. It is pricey and there are no seatings, except for two chairs only, so it's mainly for takeaways.
B. B.
I just had a cookie from Creme and thought it may have been one of the best cookies I've ever had. The current review score is absolutely silly -- they're a straight up 5.
A. “.
Nice little shop selling big big cookie with dough like texture in the middle. Good coffee and the cookie was not too heavy or sweet. Good treat to have.
M. H. (.
Heard about this place back at Kuwait and today I had the chance to try it. They had 4 kinds of huge cookies, I tried the original milk chocolate one and the miso white chocolate chips. I wouldn't call them cookies ... They are more like muffins or some kind of cake. Couldn't finish one because it's so heavy on the belly. But to be fair the miso white chocolate one tasted superb.
K. U.
O-M-G these cookies!! They actually taste as good as they look, ooie gooie melted chocolate deliciousness!!! A bit pricey - sure but one of these cookies is the size and weight of 2 full sized cookies which then makes the £4/cookie price tag more acceptable.
I love cookies and I would really recommend these, they are delicious! I got a box of 6 for £22 which takes the price down to £3.67 a cookie plus a beautiful cookie box.
I went just after 11am on a Thursday and experience no queue.
*For anyone with a nut allergy please note: All four flavours of cookies contain almonds.
B. B.
Seriously overstuffed cookies! Delish.
There can be a bit of a queue so be patient. Also cookies are £4 each so choose wisely!
L. L.
Never disappointed with this little tiny place, what a treat!
A. C.
Looking for an indulgent treat? Delicious, warm gigantic cookies. Tried the Double chocolate and miso white chocolate. Only thing I would change is maybe use of dark choc chip or a touch less sweet. It's £4 for one but it's a lot of cookie!
H. b. s.
Yummy cookies 🍪 but expensive 4£ for each
I try the
milk chocolate (10/10) soft & too sweet for some carving for sugary chocolate taste
double chocolate (8/10) it like chocolate cake , caked brownie with dark chocolate tasting so I recommend for some like Rich chocolate taste but not too sweet
B. s.
5 stars for both quality and service. By mistake the carrier company delivered the wrong order. I notified creme and straight away they sent the right order to me within an hour! Such amazing service, and very responsive. Besides, their cookies are THE BEST. Also love the packaging 😍
M. M.
Great cookies. Love the banana or coffee
S. A.
Overrated, Ben's cookies 🍪 still the best and at the end it's different tastes
G. K.
Hands down the best cookies in London. A must visit and if it’s a hot day, have a soft serve as well!
c. a.
Nice place to get delicious cookies in London! Good location, nice staff but a bit expensive. Would recommend the triple chocolate and the white chocolate cookies!
B. T.
Delicious cookies! Bit pricey though, £4 per until you get to boxes, smallest of which is 6.
There's a Millie's cookies imitation recipe online which these are similar to, but these are thicker and a bit cake-ier (in a great way).
T. A.
Amazing cookies and good coffee. Haven't found a place that compares. Each cookie is so decadent (having tried each option - the double chocolate being a personal favourite and the banana a close second) but with its price, this place is definitely more of a treat than a regular occurrence.
J. N.
Large and good cookies, but too pricey. We had the miso+chocolate and the double chocolate cookies. They were good and large enough that we had to eat them over 3 separate occasions. I would have preferred, smaller and less expensive options.
R. G.
Check out our Instagram food blog: Fat_French_Fry for full review. Fat fat cookies. It's fresh and they take it right off the conveyor belt to get you those. Top ingredients but docking a star as there's something amiss in the taste. Had their milk chocolate cookie. Can vouch for their top quality ingredients but Ben's cookies beats it by an inch. Overall, gem of a place. Must snag a cookie if you're in the area. Hope this helps, cheers!
R. W.
best cookies in London!!
I. T.
Definitely on the pricey side but worth a visit, the cookies are big and really delicious
S. B.
Cute little shop, that does tasty ice cream and cookies. Smells divine when you walk in. Would recommend.
G. P.
I'm giving you the ravest of reviews because you absolutely deserve it !!!
Wow, what a delicious miso cookie I enjoyed today !!!
Really the best I've ever had !!!
Delicieux !!!
D. N.
Amazing flavours. Just great thick, gooey cookies. Does what it's supposed to do! Knocked one star because I hated the banana and dark chocolate cookie. I did not find that the flavours worked together with that one. But I absolutely loved the white chocolate and miso cookie.... So good!
C. J.
The BEST cookies. They’re a really decent size so you probably only need one each, unless you have a really sweet tooth!
Choose the white chocolate miso flavour - the perfect sweet and umami combo, you won’t regret it!
L. T.
Incredible cookies. Each cookie is £4 but they're huge.
J.
Visited today. Staff member appeared thoroughly unhappy with life. But this did not deter, thankfully, from the lovely cookie. Peach and White chocolate, a sweet treat, gooey in the middle, surprisingly filling. Peach and white chocolate subtle, in flavour but sweet as expected, did definitely not require more than one.
R. L.
Amazing cookies. Excellent service. The courier had broken the cookies we ordered, after an email the management called us straight away and sent across a new box of cookies to our door in the next hour. Excellent customer service too. Overall highly recommended. Try for yourself
O. S.
Very delicious cookies.
J. K.
Great staff, good communication but more importantly the best cookie's in the UK.
R. A.
SO GOOD and this is coming from someone who does not like cookies! These are nice and dense, so one cookie can easily be shared. My favourites are the white chocolate miso and triple chocolate. I always get both and split them with a friend. Can’t recommend enough!
I.
Very delicious cookies I ever had 🥰 if you’re near you have to visit them in London!😋
L. W.
Super delicious and gooey cookies, we had the milk chocolate and banana and dark chocolate flavours and they were incredible.
K. P.
Greatest cookies in London! AMAZING! Service is slow but so worth the wait
K. K.
Best cookie spot in London but you gotta eat them warm!
Don't get the soft serve. Doesn't come with anywhere near enough cookies! But everything else is a must eat.
z. n.
Best cookies hands down. There isn't too much variety but the flavours that are available are mouth watering. Abit on the pricey side for what it is but definitely something to get once in a while. Each cookie is carefully crafted. I am yet to taste a milk chocolate cookie that comes anywhere near to the standard of creme.
W. B.
These cookies and the whole experience around them is just amazing!! Definitely worth trying if you haven’t.
H. M. A. B.
Has 4 types of cookies must try for all yummy and sooo soft
E.
Very decadent and rich! Especially the Banana cookie & double chocolate! Had higher hopes for the Banana and dark choc cookie - was very overpowering with the dark chocolate and barely any banana taste. This is certainly a treat as each cookie is £4! Struggled to finish one as it was too thick but kept looking forward to going back and trying more :) not for the faint of heart.. eat if you have a major sweet tooth
M. L.
We tried the icecream crumble cookie and i felt it was calories wasted. While I was excited to choose my cookie flavor to be smashed, we discovered they dont have the option to choose and only serve it with milk chocolate which tasted as if it was leftover cookie crumbles.
R. A.
Delicious cookies - soft and flavorful!
M. W.
Great fresh cookies, great branding, Créme is the place to be right now [09/21] - has achieved the prestige of the 'Soho queue'.
M. A. R.
Great stop for coffee and cookies, the cookies are warm and flavorful, the coffee is really good too.
A. R. A.
The cookies wasn’t fresh and warm as expected, the coffee isn’t recommended but the ice cream is a bomb
F. D.
Received a box of 5 cookies as a gift by post & absolutely loved the classy packaging. You need to heat up the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes and the result is amazing - beautifully robust yet soft cookies, with subtle flavours. Highly recommend as a gift!
J. R.
Loved the Banana & Chocolate Cookie - still warm and oozing with chocolate. Unimpressed with their hot chocolate: watery and overpriced, I went to Starbucks afterwards instead.
I. R.
The miso and white chocolate cookies are devine! Their raspberry and white chocolate cookies for valentine's were also amazing - went twice in two weeks just to make the most of them. Delivery is expensive so worth popping by, but there might be a queue so order ahead!
H. T.
Delicious treat! Got the miso and white chocolate cookie.
A. E.
Loved the Valentine’s Day special rose and white chocolate cookie.
A. R.
The world’ second best cookie after Levin New York
S. B.
The best (and most expensive) cookies I've ever eaten. Definitely a treat, so fat and gooey and it's still OK the next day!
A.
I really appreciated the cookies from Crème. They have everything you would look for in a cookie, a soft gooey inside, generous chocolate chunks, great density (and they are usually warm). They are a bit expensive (4£) but they are definitely high-quality cookies. I’ve tested all the flavors they have and would recommend the double chocolate, or the white chocolate and miso if you are feeling more adventurous (and like the mix between sweet and savory). I am waiting for the next flavors!!!
K. C.
Listen they need to start being honest with us and admit they bake the cookies with crack !
The Banana Dark Chocolate cookie changed my life!
I used to be just a normal guy but once I tried the Banana Dark Chocolate cookie I'm now a normal guy who tried the Banana Dark Chocolate cookie.
I tried to sneak in the back to see what DMT they were throwing into these heavenly cookie creations but it's frowned upon apparently.
In all honesty I think the Illuminati own this store and have developed a new way to control the population through ridiculously amazing cookies, I don't even think the same after I first tried these.
Send me a free box if you want.
I appreciate you!
Gang Gang!
Q. T.
Love the double chocolate one! A bit expensive though.
A. P.
Best cookies in town, BUT... it's *really* expensive, also, coffee could improve.
U. M.
Crispy and Gooey Cookies, Milk Chocolate was nice in both flavour and texture. Double chocolate wasn't great, too dry and very Cakey.
A. J.
wow wow wow. these cookies are huge. forgot my epi-pen at home and after a quick visit to the A&E, these cookies were on my mind again. so i went back and grabbed a few more. the miso one is definitely worth it. sorry the wifi is not the best here in A&E but the cookies still slap and i'll be back soon. (to the shop not A&E... maybe there too)
K. K.
The cookies here will do some damage to your bank account but take one bite and you'll see why. These cookies are from heaven or hell depending on how you look at things. Beautiful, soft, moist, warm and chunky. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed.
O. P.
Giant gooey cookies! Tried the milk chocolate chip and the miso white chocolate chip
R. J.
Perfectly made cookies, so gooey and soft on the inside like melted hot cookie dough, but nice and crisp to bite into on the outside. Hard to eat these neatly but it comes in a pretty bag and there are napkins to take.
There are 4 flavours (milk chocolate, double chocolate, white chocolate and miso and oat and raisin) to choose from, and all were in stock when we went in at about 18:30pm.
It costs £4 a cookie (which I think is slightly too much considering there aren't any seats inside the cafe, so they always need to be takeaway).
Really tasty though and will be interesting to see how they expand the cafe.
F.
Visited today evening and I have to say the customer service was very good and the cookies are delicious, especially the banana and dark chocolate one!
O.
Best cookies I’ve ever had. Milk chocolate and white chocolate & miso are amazing
A. A.
The milkcookies is good double chocolate no good no bad ice carem no good
D. L.
Fantastic customer service by Chris. Whilst there was a technical glitch with my ordering going through the order system, Chris was quick to rectify and the delicious cookies arrived the following day. If you want delicious cookies then we Eder yourself some of Crème cookies.
R. S.
Some of the best cookies I have ever tasted
K. O.
The white miso cookie was very interesting, but mine was extremely salty. The ice cream was amazing though.
E. R.
The cookies aren't too sweet, but soo indulging, makes me want them more and more. Better treat than a piece of cake.
Staff is always friendly and helpful
E. E.
Soft, doughy, warm, chunky cookie. I've got nothing bad to sat about it... Except potentially that it's a small £4 cookie I'm determined to make for myself now because its definitely doable. And if you want more than one or a pack, keep in mind that prices are not that reasonable.
X. Q.
Lovely fresh warm cookie and a decent coffee, friendly service just a bit expensive. £7 for coffee and cookie. Ouch.
r. a.
Excellent and delicious but the staff were not welcoming at all
H. K.
Expensive. Good but not exceptional cookie. Miso white chocolate is good, double chocolate is mediocre to bad, didn't try the special banana chocolate chip. Not better than Ben's Cookies and this is way more expensive.
J. T.
Loved the miso and white chocolate cookie! Will come back to try the other ones.
N. v. W.
There is nothing like cookies fresh from the oven, especially when they are as big as these! Best bit is they are still open, despite lockdown, in what is an otherwise deserted Soho area.
W. N.
Amazing cookie ! Shop looks fantastic, staff are really friendly! All the cookies are very tempting so I went for a box of 6 and wow !
Will be very soon creme !
E. B.
Probably my favourite cookies ever. They are absolutely amazing, expensive but that comes hand in hand with quality. I love the packaging it gets delivered in too! Woild definitely recommend!
F. A.
The double chocolate is made with dark chocolate. The milk chocolate is perfect. Take-away .
M. D.
I’m glad I gave these a second chance because I was left hugely disappointed the first time round. The second visit really blew me away and now I can’t stop thinking about it! Crosstown, I’ll be back!
Listen, the only cookie you need to try is the Miso and White Chocolate. I won’t write about my first experience, because it’s history. Just go. I’ll leave it at that.
m. V. 6.
Best cookies in London
A. J.
Loved it. I make a similar white chocolate and miso cookie and while I think the Creme ones could use a bit more miso, you can't beat the melty center and thickness of these cookies!
I. T.
One of the best cookie shop 🍪in town!!
Delicious and super fresh!! I will definitely come back for a double chocolate or almond raisin cookie! Highly recommended! PS Very cute and inspirational packaging!
W. C.
Great cookies, even if they currently only offer 4 flavours
G.
Delicious. Great size, really soft and gooey with nice warm filling. I had the milk chocolate cookie. I highly recommend it.
J. D.
Worth a try. Really expensive for a cookie(£4 ea.), albeit a big one. However, they are very tasty;crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside. I'd go back again if I had an intense cookie craving.
J. F.
The best cookies I've ever had
N. C.
Best. Cookies. Ever.
T. M.
The cookies are delicious (expensive, but worth it for the taste and sheer size). They are freshly made in store, gooey and crunchy in all the right places. Will be back for more!
K. M.
£4 a cookie. The packaging and design of the place accounts for much of that. Having low expectations, it was as I thought, a large undercooked cookie shaped the size of a scone. Seems popular regardless and short queue of female shoppers behind me as I left.
B.
I can never justify £4 for a cookie, however this is different
A. J.
White miso cookie is amazing!
S. M.
Amazing cookies, rich flavor, fresh, hot and good to go. Prepare for a long line. Great coffee as well. You can buy one for 4 pounds, 6 cookies for 22 pounds and more...
M. A.
A must visit for all cookie fans 😍
The best cookies by far that I have tried in London and what made it even more special were the staff especially Roberta who served us was absolutely amazing from start to finish so well done 👏🏻 we will definitely be back 😋
E. H.
£4 for a cookie but so worth it - the banana and dark chocolate one is the best thing I’ve ever eaten
A. H.
Average cookies. They look better than they taste. The milk chocolate one seemed undercooked and we felt like we were eating pure sugar. The double chocolate one was a lot better!
E.
Levain cookies have come to London! Oh no, not quite. Creme does a good job trying though.
It’s tricky - hence we see a lot of Levain-style recipes out there. All trying to find the balance of using a whole voluminous amount of dough and getting it to cook properly whilst retaining a gooey, but not raw, centre.
Worth trying for sure to see how it stacks up to the great cookies out there.
H. K.
Very nice cookies, expensive but filling. Worth for a one off visit.
L. S. G.
THE GOOD:
If you have a thing for cookies, this place is definitely for you. I’d recommend the double chocolate chip cookie. Milk chocolate is also good option, but the dough could use some more distinct flavours, i. e. vanilla extract, salt or potato crisps and pretzels (a surprisingly good addition to any chocolate chip cookie!!). The cookies are a bit like a full meal and definitely delicious. The drinks are standard - not standout, but good (slightly overpriced, I’d say).
THE BAD:
The service. I’m sorry. It’s just OUTSTANDINGLY slow, which is bearable at quiet times and less so when the line wraps halfway around the store. Division of labor is not particularly well organised with the cashier frequently leaving the register despite the line getting longer and longer. (At some point, the cashier and another person were making a drink together by pouring milk in a jug (EACH WITH ONE HAND, and I thought my little German pea brain would go mad at the lack of efficiency.) When I visited, the cashier had the unluck of the cashless payment machine breaking down. Unfortunately a common sense solution (i.e. forming two lines - cash and cashless - and serving everyone who could be served) was not suggested, and everyone ended with some extra time to enjoy staring at the store interior if you were lucky enough to be at the front area of the line and otherwise freezing outside. In conclusion, come when there’s no one else there.
BUT DO COME. Your taste buds will not regret it! More cookie flavours would be great, but the existing ones are delightful. Combine soft serve and a cookie for a delicious sauceless sundae and you won’t be disappointed :)
M. A.
Best tasty cookies in UK
M. E. S.
Nice cookies, in particular the white chocolate, however the queue was very long and perhaps not worth the long wait in the rain.
B. G.
These cookies are MINDBLOWING. The. Best. And the staff is so nice and helpful, so friendly and with such great vibe! It's what makes visiting this shop an amazing TREAT in every way.
G. V.
Excellent cookies! Almost achieving to copy the recipe from New York’s Levain but still the best cookie in London!
Tip to the baker: add the walnut in the milk chocolate cookie and it will be perfect!
S. D.
They're alright. I think I preferred to white chocolate and miso to the milk chocolate (although they're the only 2 flavours I tried) and couldn't really appreciate the miso. They're tasty but don't feel they live up to the hype or the £4 price tag.
V. B.
Really fresh and good cookies! A bit overpriced and always a big queue but worth it if you like cookies
A. A.
Very delicious and distinctive, and I recommend chocolate, milk, white chocolate and hot drinks too.
T.
The best cookies in London!
The store is pink, awesome, even the packaging is amazing.
Prices ok
Lovely staff
I'll come back for sure!
B. A. B.
I'd like to keep this short. If you want to get a happy feeling into your day, go gave a fresh warm cookie from here Had the double choc, gives you warm fuzzy happy feelings while you eat it. Wish more places were as good.
r. w.
I love this place, tasty cookies with a nice melted inside, highly recommended!
I was served by this lovely young lady, super customer service she gave me, and if I remember, her name was roberta, people like her are a good asset to the company
S. W.
The cookies are absolutely divine. Gooey in the centre and is a treat with some cold milk. Loved the chocolate chip cookie the most.
J. M.
It is edible poetry!! Sweet sweet paradise!! Thank you .. a twist on levains goodness, as good as those, and dare I say it maybe even better.. the double chocolate is dangerously addictive. Approach with caution.
G. M.
Amazing cookies beautifully presented. This was a gift from my sister in law but we will be back to order more for ourselves.
Y. A.
Absolutely heavenly cookies, it's unreal. The fattest, juiciest, tastiest cookies ever. They're always out of milk chocolate though and are constantly super full.
r. d.
Heard this opened recently, had the white chocolate, great combo of sweet & salty. they bake them every hour, so had to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch from the oven
Y. Y.
Ordered online - good customer service and cookies.
A. W.
Always come here for the best cookies in town! Me and my husband drive from east London to grab our favs (miso white chocolate and milk chocolate)
G. P.
Most amazing cookies ever!
C.
Nice enough cookie place. Huge queue. Not giving it 5 stars because the cookies were decent enough, but not amazing in taste. Huge portions - don’t get too excited, don’t buy 6 for just 2 people!
S. A.
Best cookies in London hands down!
C. H.
Possibly the best cookies in London. The presentation and packaging makes these a very giftable treat .
B. A.
So tasty! I had two - dark choc and milk choc ones and they were both amazing!
S. K.
Absolutely gorgeous cookies!!!! The miso & white chocolate was a soft gooey salted caramel delight!!!!! A must try!
H. F.
The miso and white chocolate cookie was very different and lived up to the hype, my only criticism is the cost. Even for London this place is expensive!
A. K.
Yummy cookie, aesthetic surroundings, just wish they had gluten free options 💕
S. D.
Cookies look amazing but the oat and raisin was missing texture and the double choc was too sweet/ heavy. Perhaps worth trying but not worth going back for.
A. O.
Really good cookies. The costumer service was marvelous and really friendly. And 10/10 in flavour
A. K.
Each cookie has different and mouth watering taste ❤️ 💕
A. J.
Amazing cookies, the banana being a personal favourite and the double chocolate a close second)
M. A.
Delicious cookies 💯
A. L.
Totally scrumptious - find myself going back for more! Cookies are big enough to share (if you wish!) or as a delicious treat for yourself.
M.
Love the cookies! Try the Miso flavor - it was surprisingly my favorite. The only thing that annoys me is the LONG queue on some days...
A. A.
Long wait for cookies... but definitely worth it. I had the milk chocolate one which was amazing. I'll definitely be back to try the other ones
N.
Gooey and rich, I would recommend picking one up even if you’re just passing (for later)
S. G.
I love this place. Best biscuits ever

M. E. B.
The cookies taste great. The size isn't really all that different then what you'd get somewhere else.
T.
I like the milk chocolate cookie 🍪!
S. M.
Not sure what the fuss is about. Very mediocre taste and texture. Too pricey for what it is.
