Donuts great as always but the staff in this shop is just great! Very friendly and chatty sales assistant, I definitely recommend popping in the shop if you are having a rough day! You will get out with a smile on your face and the best donut!

The best donuts in London, from here or any of their other branches! Excellent number of vegan options. They have seasonal flavours which I always love to try and they introduced ice cream now, too. Only downside is that both times I've had to order for delivery instead of coming to the shop, something has gone wrong with the delivery.

Delicious and beautiful donut found there as they sell more than 15 kinds of donuts and all of them are total different. Their presentation is very tempting..... really wanna try them all. Alright, I have picked the green tea one.....really amazingly delicious which is not too sweet and oily... and the tea flavors is really outstanding. Only one thing I am aware of...is it is really expensive..£3.95..... Luckily they do offer a combo, with small sized coffee only costs £5.5.... it is case, it became affordable then. :b their market strategy was successful.

These are artisan donuts made of vegan sourdough. Who does not love sourdough???? They have an extensive list of vegan options for donuts, cookies and ice cream. I’m in love. Their donuts are not super sweet it is hard not to finish one box very quickly Delicious and vast vegan options, A rewards program (7th donut free), Friendly service, lots of branches in London Expensive but worth it - need more shops around.

Surprisingly disabled friendly for a really small coffee and doughnut place. The matcha doughnuts are the best and the Orange Blossom custard doughnut is pretty incredible. Staff are super welcoming. No decaf coffee

OMG, I used to visit Greenwich market alot... How did I not know Crosstown was there? So happy now that there's one that is much closer to me and very convenient. What I love about Crosstown is their consistency with their products as I've been to most of Crosstown from market stalls to actually shops. They do a great job with customer service and food quality is always great. Tried their new range today, dark chocolate and pistachio, great it's vegan and also non sickly sweet. Which I love. The pistachio custard tasted great and really good texture of the doughnut. Definitely worth a visit. I tried the chocolate and pistachio recently and have uploaded other ranges I tried in the past.

The donuts are quite frankly utterly ridiculous, but a great selection of flavours and love that there are now mini ones. The reason I keep coming back is for the coffee - best in Greenwich. Service always quick and friendly.

Quite pricey for the quality of food offered. The donuts were offered in varied flavours but they certainly were not the most delicious ones! The staff were really kind and friendly though. The entire chain should work on their pricing strategy.

I was so excited about the pandan cny donuts that I pre ordered them as they had been sold out the day before. In all the excitement I accidentally ordered a dozen £44 worth. I rang up and they swiftly dealt with it and even got a confirmation email that morning. The pandan donut was definitely worth worth the hype.

I adore Crossdown doughnuts! The texture and use of sourdough makes these beauties sweet but not overly so, and the range of fillings are fun and different. Whilst these will set you back a bit more than a jam doughnut from the supermarket it is so worth it. The range of vegan options are particularly welcome - and genuinely, I can't tell the difference! Staff in the Greenwich branch are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable about allergens and very good at managing the social-distanced queues. I would recommend ordering ahead of you can; there can be quite a line for these tasty treats!

These are bautiful, delicious, tasty, lovely, juicy, creamy doughnuts and you MUST try them. They will make you fat but that's a sacrifice we all must risk while enjoying these delicious circles of life ❤️🍩🍩🍩❤️ ps, the Matcha Tea doughnut is the best creation since sliced bread.

At first we weren’t sure about buying doughnuts, we came cold and wet because of bad weather. These two lovely girls Ornella and Sophie offered us their wide variety of doughnuts and helped us to choose the best ones. We are vegan so we are highly satisfied that we found this option. Not only doughnuts but we also tried coffee and it was delicious. The staff was truly talkative, kind and helpful.

Friendly staff and the donut was delicious, not too sweet and with a good acidic aftertaste from the passionfruit. I thought the donuts were a bit on the expensive side (4.5£), but you might disagree.
