I remember seeing my friend post about crosstown doughnuts. It caught my attention while I was heading home. I was rushing coz I needed to catch the train but crosstown had me. I had the coffee doughnut and matcha doughnut. Coffee filled doughnut. Not a subtle hint but a very strong coffee flavor. It balances out the sweetness so well. My favorite is the matcha doughnut. 3 ways I believe. The dough was green (matcha powder in thr batter) and then there was a thin filling of matcha and white chocolate (i thinkkkk) and it was dipped in matcha glaze. So perfect. It was moist, filling and wonderful. Great packaging too! I had to handcarry it all the way to Chichester and it survived. It is a bit pricery for 4.50£ each but it was worth it. 💚 Next time, i will try all other flavors 💚

Amazing doughnuts. One thing thats more amazing though, is the customer service that I've received from a female called gerynne. She should definitely get a promotion! My only issue with this place is that you guys don't have the black mulld wine tasting doughnuts anymore. YOU NEED THEM BACK! THEY ARE SO GOOD. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THEM BACK. safe bruv

I love Crosstown Doughnuts and as a vegan, super appreciate the amazing plant-based selection. Today I made an order of 12 Classic and 6 Vegan doughnuts for delivery tomorrow. I noticed a small issue (my side) and rang to speak to customer services. I spoke with Edward. What a human delight. Ed was kind, patient, helpful and gave me a level of customer care I was not expecting. I expected help, but he went above and beyond. It is wonderful to know that the place that sells the best doughnuts, also hires the best people. Thank you Crosstown!

Lovely doughnuts, but terrible service. Collected our pick up on Easter Sunday and the staff barely spoke to us, pushed the box towards us and hardly a goodbye. Please look to hire some friendlier staff. Such a shame as the products are so amazing

As good as all the others, and that is to say the best doughnuts around. Crosstown nails it on flavours, consistency, and bake, every time. We've had many in the past and this time we got the beetroot dough. It was beautifully balanced and delicious

I have been eyeing up the Crosstown Donut stand in Hammersmith Broadway for some time now and today, on my way back from work I finally gave in to my sweet tooth. admittedly I had some reservations about the price however that quickly went away once Natasha, the girl behind the counter warmly greeted me and proceeded to explain that these donuts were not only organic and made using a sourdough but were in fact also fresh. Two donuts later and I can confidently say I will be coming back for more.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The doughnuts are beautifully made, I wish they were a bit cheaper but it's probably best they weren't as I would buy them all the time. They have a very good range and the digital ordering online works very well. It is right at the entrance of the tube station so makes it very convenient. I highly recommend them. The doughnuts are expensive but generally tasty. Not overwhelmingly sweet but still satisfyingly rich in flavor and texture. The main issue is that several of the flavors are vegan-only, and aren't available with real dough. The second time I ordered from here I bought a classic selection and was sent a box full of vegan doughnuts which suggests they aren't very popular, so I find this approach perplexing.

Great doughnuts but what's with the staff? I pop by every few weeks and more often than not staff are lazing around, too busy chatting to each other to be bothered serving and lack basic customer service skills. Went by today (sun march 8) and I question how that girl still has a job. Leaning on the far side on her phone when we arrived and barely said a word (thanks would be nice).

I came across Crosstown Doughnuts when a staff member was out in Hammersmith handing out samples! Then went to the store and bought the passion fruit and blueberry. Very very yummy and unlike any sweet treat I’ve had before! You can tell the doughnuts are handmade and had a lot of effort put into the ingredients, who else would of thought to put passionfruit filling in a chocolate dough with a blueberry icing and tasted absolutely delicious!!!! Very impressed and will be returning :) x

5/5, super helpful staff and lovely donuts! I was visiting London recently and wanted to bring some donuts back for friends/family, and was struggling to decide which donuts to go for. I was served by a lovely member of staff called Elizabeth, who was super patient with me and helped me put together a box that catered to my friends and family's tastes. She was really pleasant to be served by, and was very helpful in explaining the vegan options. Amazing customer service!
