Friendly staff with knowledge of the food. Didn't think of having to eat ice cream with a knife, but first time trying lebanese ice cream. Pistachio ice cream was better than any of the others I've tried. 4 stars as it's very/quite pricey.

4 stars because the worker is nice and the flavours mainly tasted good. Not much seating available as it’s a tiny store. The cup size for large is same as other cups it seems, the cup was small although you’re paying more for more scoops. Which makes no sense. Recommend the date flavour, probably a nice dessert once in a while. Prices on higher side.

Ice cream: Achtah and pistachio. The mastic Achtah ice cream is excellent, the amount of pistachios is acceptable but pistachio ice cream not that good. The kunafah with ice cream was beautiful and the combination works well. The baklava cup with ice cream, well mixed feelings because you need to have ice cream with the non-sugary baklava with each bite, having the baklava alone tastes like nothing. Try having a sweet baklava as they are supposed to be sweet and easy on the filo pastry.

I'm not a fan of the texture and flavour for the ice cream, however the pistachio topping is really nice. The staff were really helpful when suggesting what flavours I should get as a first time buyer.

Best ice cream in london by far . Fresh organic ingredients, the pistachio and ashta are a must have from the ice cream menu , and the vegan chocolate cake is succulent!!

Festok puts Lebanese ice cream firmly on the London map. The interior is bright, spacious and colorful seating about 15 people. The menu includes cakes and 15 flavours of ice cream. The flavours are exotic and wonderful including Achta, a traditional Arabic ice cream made with orchid powder and mastic. My favourite flavours where Tumeric, Dates and Rose. The ice cream is full of flavour and richness. Festok features five vegan choices including Meghli, Lemon Sorbet, Mango Sorbet and Strawberry Sorbet. Price wise Fesrok is not cheap but its Marylebone and Harrods locations point to artisan prices. If you are in the area and looking for some different tastes give Festok a try. The staff is friendly, warm and adorable - offering samples to first time customers like myself.

The pistachio ice cream was great, made with authentic pistachios and had a deep, rich flavour. The knafeh wasn’t the best I’ve had but the orange blossom ice cream was truly amazing. Note this is a specific type of Arab ice cream, more chewy/stringy.

adorably decorated ice cream parlor and I absolutely love the concept! Middle Eastern flavors take center stage here and they are delicious! The ice creams are incredibly flavorful and not overpowering. They do offer coffees and other desserts as well. I had the kunafa Which unfortunately they preheated in the microwave and it was soggy. For me the best part of the kunafa is the contrast between the crispy top layer and the soft gooey cheese layer. Despite this it was still tasty

Had the salted caramel ice cream in the baklava cup. Exquisite! With the added pistachios, excellent flavour combination. Lovely and wecloming decor, but was rather chilly inside.

Unique concept of lebanese icecream with a variety of different flavours (which i had never tried before) and friendly staff. I got the pistachio icecream and gluten free chocolate cake which was yummy! Great concept of thermoboxes which allow you to take ice cream home without it melting.

Achta and pistachio ice creams are delicious, flavorful and very fragrant I think gelato may have met it's match! Edit: pistachio ice is best I've ever had, every spoon still feels like the first taste

Kanfa topped with pistachio icecream was on point!! Bird's-nest stuffed with ice-cream was ok. Overall recommend but quite pricy for a small dessert..each dessert cost around £7-£8.

Not a big fan of ice cream but this place was so good. Very delightful oriental flavours, different texture and the pistachio covering... delicious! The staff were super friendly. I would come back

It is soooooo sweet. I ordered orange blossom kunefe. It was packed with sugar, the cake and the icecream on top of that they added a lot of syrup to it. Not going back thanks!
