Absolutely delicious Ice Cream, Italian ice cream that you can feel and taste the difference. You can buy it tubs I'm some of the supermarkets but here you can find a more flavors and some of the flavors change monthly. You can buy tubs or take away flavors from the store. The sorbet are really good and can be great for vegans! Check this place out!

I’ve been such a fan of Grom since I lived in Italy. It’s such a stable of my life and time in Italy and the Italian culture that I experienced when I was there. Safe to say none of that has been lost in this branch in London. The staff were very authentic let’s say haha. The decor is very high and end expensive. The menu of ice cream is wonderful and they always do have seasonal specials. Usually I would chose something like lemon but they didn’t have this available yesterday so I tried pear instead which was great. My friend tried pistachio which is a classic. Both flavours didn’t disappoint, but I probably won’t have the pear again, wasn’t my favourite! I would 100% recommend the pistachio and tiramisu as classic flavours - hopefully they can bring back their lemon soon or maybe melon, I really do miss them.

Quite good but I found it but sweet, more on the pricey end too. They don’t let you try the flavour at all, something that I don’t quite get it. Ask for their recommendation if you don’t have any idea.

After a friend recommended we visit Grom - we headed to picadilly. The store was beautiful with plenty of staff available to answer all my dietary questions. I suffer from Coeliac so it was important I understood ingredients and was delighted to find EVERYTHING was gluten free! I decided to get the Large Waffle Cone filled with Strawberry & Salted Caramel topped with hot chocolate sauce. Flavours were exceptional, Cone was delicious & my gluten eating family were so happy with their items to. Staff were so friendly, understanding and efficient. I just wish we lived closer so I could visit more... Truly amazing thank you

The best (pistachio) Gelato I’ve ever tried. Very smooth, tasty and creamy with a good selection of Gelato. I love pistachio and hazelnut, they are heavenly. With that said, they also have seasonal tastes which is simply amazing, like persimmon in autumn. The pistachio spread is nice but too sweet, maybe good for pastries. Highly recommend.

My tastebuds crave for thick quality HOT CHOCOLATE, and my goodness, this place is exceptional. Flavour of its Cocoa is really very fine. We had a Hot Chocolate and Pustachio Ice cream. Both are now dearest to me. A must must try place. Also, yesterday I went there again and they were not selling Hot Chocolate as the quality of Cocoa GROM recieved wasn't upto the mark this time, and I was happy to hear how far they are going to maintain the Richness of their product and service.

I tried the affogato with Hazelnut Ice cream and it was one of the best gelato I had in a while. Flavorful, creamy and makes you come back for it again and again. Do try their pistachio ice cream and sorbets. Their big tubs are better than any other ice cream vendor and comes in a variety of flavors. Truly italian gelato feels, reminds me of my time in Positano.

We had two medium cones. We tried strawberry, hazelnut chocolate and stracciatella. Strawberry was great, chocolate and stracciatella were ok. A bit expensive though. Costs 5 pounds for a "medium" cone. Also they could be more careful in terms of hygiene when handling customer receipts and preparing the ice cream.

Drove past this after a friday night out, came back the next day as it was hustling with customers. I got the mango and strawberry and partner got the chocolate chip and pistachio i preferred the MANGO mind blowing, £11 bill not bad! we found it worthwhile !

I was curious with the queue outside of the shop and since it was late afternoon, I decided to stop for a break from my long walk. The shop offers some choices of gelato flavours that you can enjoy with cone, pan (brioche), in your coffee/hot chocolate (affogato) or as shakes. The shop practises safe one point of entry and exit with social-distancing measure inside. My only regret was why I did not try this shop before! At least I can recommend the salted caramels and the pistachio flavours along with the brioche and the coffee. It’s not too sweet and just right balanced concoctions of delicacies. Best of all, they are gluten-free.

Grom is one of my best memory in Florence, I remember the amazing pear flavours. This flagship shop just opened 2 month with basic flavour choices, I'll come back for sorbet range then decide if I should give It 5 stars. Overall, you won't be disappointed !

Delicious gluten free Ice cream. All of the products are gluten free witj the choice of multiple cones. Such a luxury to have a choice of icre cream. Half of their flavours are non dairy ice cream and they looked creamy and delicious as well

Whole family love it specially Pistachios which has real pistachios in it rather than the flavouring. Also the vanilla is best we ever tasted. I would have given 5* if it wasn’t for the price. £7 a tub is quite expensive.

I used to live a stone's throw away from the original Grom in Florence, which was a favourite spot for me at the time-- so was somewhat surprised to finally see one in London! A number of the flavours are different from what used to consistently be available in Florence, and there weren't as many options as I expected. The actual consistency of the gelato (sorbet) was wonderfully dense and rich, and the service was streamlined and quick (staff were also friendly) however, for some reason it didn't strike me as being quite as good as the original in Florence, hence 4 stars instead of 5, but certainly a pleasant visit!

I am Italian, and I love Italian food, including our amazing Italian gelatos. GROM Gelato is the best ice cream I tasted in London, love it!! very smooth, tasty and creamy and not expensive ( under 4 GBP) for an (fresh) ice cream with fresh ingredientes. The pistacho ice cream is next level. Much better quality than Amorino, Ben and Jerry's, Häagen-Dazs, etc. Highly recommended!

The one i am holding is ‘large’ - which i think is pretty small. I had he salted caramel and pistachio. Pistachio was by far the best.. salted caramel needed to be a bit sweeter!

It was a hot day so Grom was packed. Therefore it took a while to pay and get served. This was exacerbated by lots of efficiency behind the counter as well as considerable numbers of gawping tourists. The gelato is excellent though and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

I remember going to Grom in Florence and this is every bit as good as I recall. Deliciously soft and creamy, the Crema Di Grom was great but the Milk and Pistachio was amazing. They also sell a good range of ice creams to take home and a range of jams.

We really like the icecream from the tub. So went to try out the boutique. The hazelnut hot chocolate is indeed very smooth and thick, but it is too sweet for our taste. We also tried brioche with icecream. The brioche was really really dry. So for us, we will just stick to simple icecream.

This place is amazing, it is not cheap or reasonable but you get some amazing gelato my god I love vanilla as it's that rice creamy flavour and they get them slot on but pretty much every flavour is very very good. I saw the big pints of ice cream and was tempted to buy it and pig out as the large cup is pricey and smaller. I held back and ate a smaller cup. Better for my waistline. God it's great going here and I only took a star off as it's pricey but worth it. It is near picadillly and the staff are helpful when you get overwhelmed by choice. They are efficient and professional. I find myself going here a bit too often. I need to get my steps in. If you fine this helpful please leave a like and enjoy the gelato. I sure did. Amazing fresh gelato, everything is gluten free. Dairy free options are available. Familiarise yourself with flavours before you go as the shop is quite small and operates a one way system (due to covid). Only a short walk from Green Park tube station.

One of the best ice creams I've had in my life. The pistachio is creamy and delicate, tasty and fulfilling. They also have this ice cream tasking like biscuit and butter. I've tried their salted caramel and yoghurt; tasted amazing! The texture was fluffy and I think it has to do with the way they scoop the ice cream when serving it. Overall a nice experience, their shop near piccadilly circus has a rounded structure which helps with displaying their products, biscuits, jams and ice cream. On a Friday night that I visited, there were issues with the customer service, there was one employee alone doing payments and serving. He was quite fast and the ice cream was well presented but then an other employee started taking orders at the same time so there was confusion as to who was to be served first.
