C. B.Great choice of desserts. Gelato flavours are amazing. Staff are helpful and get the line moving as fast as possible. Pick & mix is a bit expensive. Needs some more seating
C. C.This place was okay. The interior was nicely decorated. We both agreed the coffee was very nice. However the Trdelník (chimney cake) was clearly microwaved. My friend who is Polish and familiar with this snack was confused as to why there wasn't any fresh cream available (only icecream) There are only 3 tables so you have to grab one if you are lucky enough to have space.
T. S.Maybe worth a visit if your at the market, we enjoyed our experience and ice-cream did taste ok. But misses 5 stars due to the sweets being super dry and hard, ice cream cones which look expensive were super hard, you'll certainly need rock 🪨 teeth. Tip if you do buy the sweets pay £7.50 for the jar you can cram much more than the bag price at least you knowthe price. Spent about £25 on one sweet jar and 3 ice-creams so not completely terrible value for central London. My child certainly 😍 it and whilst I'm giving it 3 stars 🌟 they could easily tweek a few things for 5 stars.

Stuff members are friendly. But I didn’t like their gelato (I ordered strawberry and passion fruit ones). There was something wrong and odd in its taste. Maybe I just got used to gelato in my country.

The taste of the ice cream is really delicious, the texture is great too. The service was very quick and staff here are very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend you visit this place.

Lots of options to choose from, kids try the chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and they enjoy it. Staff were nice and friendly. I’m sure this is going to be my kids favourite ice cream shop.
R. D.Arrived at a good time as the queue wasn't too bad. I was a bit disappointed at how small the store is as it appears to be way bigger online. A few tables inside were vacant however left really messy and possibly due to how busy the store was no one was around to clean up the tables. Decor is amazing as they have really created the Hansel and Gretel experience. An okay pick and mix selection but I wouldn't say it was anything special. So they serve gelato and not ice cream and they have a really small selection available. They had sold out of the sprinkle cones sadly so I opted for another option as well as two scoops in a cup. They do loads of interesting cups and cone options but I kept it simple. Service was okay although the server didn't say thanks when handing me my purchase. Cost of this visit came to £22.20 for x2 pick and mix ( not a lot but £2.90 per 100g) and one cone and cup both with two scoops. I think they were both around £7 for two scoops. It's worth visiting for the experience especially if you have kids but not somewhere I would rush to go back to anytime soon.
E. H.Tucked away in Camden Market at the end of the food stalls. A novelty ice cream/waffle/sweet shop. Expect it to be busy and you queue for a good 15/20 mins. Also, quite pricey but its a one off and kids love it!
C. N.Quite small inside, not much seating and very packed. Thank God I managed to get a table with my 3 year old. You have to pay before you order and there was no menu so I had to wing it. I think its a nice place but it's in the wrong area. I personally would have put it somewhere more family and child friendly. When I think of Camden I don't get that vibe. I wouldnt recommend going with small kids.
Fyi: Also if the owner doesn't like your review he/she will reply which I think is so unprofessional. Accept peoples opinions and move on it really isn't that deep.
G. W.This is literally every kids dream!! What a place to visit. They also have a little party room which is gorgeous. There’s a large sweets and ice cream selection, and ample photo opportunities for you instagrammers. Definitely worth a visit wish there was one in Manchester!

M. M.This place is like a theatre set from the Witch's sweety house in Hansel and Gretel. Look up in the doorway to see a witch cycling along a rope and a ceiling full of candy floss and fairy tale decorations. Outside are statues of Hansel and Gretel. Well worth a visit just to see. There is a wide selection of ice cream flavours, waffles and candy floss. The pick and mix is a little pricey but there is a decent selection and the vegan options are clearly labelled.

It is expensive so be prepared to pay more than you would expect, but it's the kind of place you wouldn't necessarily go to all the time so it's worth it.

B. U.This place is an amazing sweets shop. Once you look in from the entrance you are taken into a forest fairytale of sweets. They have candy on sale by weight as well as ice cream. They also have a special room around the back for a private tea party. The interesting thing about this place is that they can serve their ice cream not only in a special cone but also in a bubble waffle or chimney cake. Both the bubble waffles and chimney cakes are made to order. You can see them cooking the chimney cakes on the side. it is a very festive atmosphere and a nice place for a little excitement. We ordered the whole chimney cake but half would have sufficed. The chimney cake was filled with a sauce of your liking and then ice cream of choice, followed by a topping. The chimney cake was a bit raw on the inside but tasted ok. Nevertheless, the experience was quite nice, especially since it wasn't very busy so we were able to get a table and enjoy the dessert at our leisure.

Now for the the ice cream the cone itself was really nice, bit of a mess to eat but that’s part of the experience, the only downfall is that we were expecting a bit more ice cream (as we always do) which had me gutted I won’t lie. Other then that the service and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely return with the hope of more ice cream the next time haha!

A. Q. H.Brought my hubby & kids here on Monday, weather wasn't great and my son wasn't feeling well but everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
There was one lady who served me & my youngest daughter who was very polite and helpful, the guy (Who was wearing a red top) that served my son didn't bother asking him what sweets or toppings he wanted - infact that guy was so rude.
You need to train some of your stuff better or train them to at least keep their mouth shut until their off the shop floor,
A lady came in to the shop with her son and he was in a wheel chair, he got out the chair and grabbed for the candy floss on display the lady apologised to said man above and he replied with "its okay no worries" then turned to his colleague & said "I guess its feeding time at the zoo" I was disgusted and appalled by this no one should ever have to deal with that kind of behaviour especially someone with a disability.

Also, big respect to the manager who gave us a completely new ice cream and cotton candy even though my niece dropped it OUTSIDE the shop. The worker said no, but the manager overruled her. He didn't HAVE to do that, so THANKS again. My only critique would be for them to have at least 1 dairy free ice cream. In the meantime, they do have 2 luscious sorbets: mango & strawberry.

I was quite surprised to see how expensive the sweets were - £3.30 per 100g! So we ordered a chimney cake with ice cream instead which my son thoroughly enjoyed.
The only downside was having to wait 30 minutes in the queue and then a further 10 mins after paying for a member of staff to notice that I was waiting by the counter to receive my order. There were 4 members of staff, only two were serving, the other two were chatting. The lady who eventually served us however, was very apologetic and friendly. Could definitely do with more staff on busy weekends to reduce the queue.
