Reviews of Jimmy's O2
Y. G.
For long I had missed eating at high energy, high intensity kind of a place. Jimmy's is such a great buffet place to get a communal feel of enjoying food. It is not quite a place for candle light enthusiasts :), but if you are keen to feed a family and friends whatever they like, well then bring them here. Be it the Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Thai, or Continental they are after, you can find it all here.
A lot of food is cooked live on the stations in front of you adding to the experience. I loved the pizzas and Naans they baked on these stations. So many varieties to try for starters and mains that desserts need a special place to fit in.
Service and price is super friendly. Ambience is interesting. Would we be visiting again? You bet!

First time being here with the family, well accommodating customer service is great!
The food lovely cooked fresh. Lovely staff behind the counters too. The steak was good, the noodles was lovely great size portions too. The Indian food was ok, but the Chinese section was better.
The desserts was small but very filling as it was very flavoursome. The kids section was great too. Chips, chicken also pasta etc.
There were several birthday parties and the staff sang happy birthday which was lovely. Drawing up a crowd! Atmosphere was great will definitely be going back.
Halal food is served.

Apart from few things I loved the place. At first, I loved the way the prices are set, it make sense and maintained value for money. I visited during lunchtime on weekdays, number of items were limited, if the price would have been same I would not like that. Still there were a good number of items to browse from. However, custom made products were very limited as the counters were empty most of the time. One of the things were totally unacceptable were they served my Pepsi on a broken glass!! I normally prefer vegetarian options however the offered salad was not of good taste. Most of the items from Indian, Chinese and Japanese cuisine tasted very commercial, didn't feel like restaurant type. The curry and rice were better than others. The dessert section were not very attractive and tasty. Out of all best dishes were Chinese chicken fry, Indian Papadums & chat, Chicken tikka, lamb carry and strawberry cheese cake. Hope you enjoy your meal 😊

Amazing buffet ,so much food to choose from all fresh and tasty.Cakes are very delicious and the self service ice-cream machine was an amazing experience for my child .We went on a Sunday so was really busy but we were seated in less than 3-4 mins (family of 5).Staff are very helpful and nice ! I totally recommend this place
S. R.
Definitely worth going for the evening dinner as more choices than lunchtime.
They cook the dosa, stir fry and steak fresh in front of you and is absolutely divine.
Starters were unusually low choices today but plenty of quality mains and the desert selection were excellent with halal mango and strawberry cheesecake absolutely amazing
M. T.
Wow what a grate deal food fantastic staff very friendly and helpful grate environment. All at a fair price. We'll done
S. C.
Fun birthday dinner treat. Would advise pre-booking, got really busy from 1900 on a Saturday. Lots of different foods to try, quick refills and the waiting staff are patient and attentive.

Jimmy's Restaurants is a loosely linked chain of buffet restaurants in the United Kingdom, with other companies trading under a similar format as Jimmy's World Grill & Bar, Jimmy's World Kitchen, Jimmy Spices, Jimmy's World and Jimmy's Bar.
The first Jimmy's World Grill & Bar opened in 2003 and as of 2016 the chain operated restaurants at about 11 locations. In 2012 it launched its flagship restaurant in The O2, London.
Each restaurant offers cuisines from multiple countries including Italy, China, India, Mexico, the US and the United Kingdom. The restaurants all offer "live cooking stations" where food is cooked to order in front of the customer.
Prior to Jimmy's Restaurants, the business started with a number of restaurants called Jimmy Spices. The first Jimmy Spices opened in October 2003 in the Old Glassworks in Birmingham in the Regency Wharf scheme just off Broad Street. The concept was developed by Nitin Bhatnagar and focused on all-you-can-eat Indian, Italian, Thai and Chinese cuisine in a themed open plan kitchen. This was the first multi-cuisine buffet restaurant of its kind in the UK.[citation needed] As the company grew, it opened restaurants in Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, and Stratford Upon Avon; and brought in Jaswinder Choongh as a partner.
The first Jimmy Spices to open within the M25 was in Epsom in October 2007 and Staines in October 2008.
In 2011, the company went into liquidation, leaving the Midlands-based branches of Jimmy Spices with Jaswinder Choongh to allow the founders to focus on Jimmy's World Grill.
The chain is legally structured so individual branches can fail as has happened in 2016 and 2018, while the chain continues to operate.

Decent buffet experience with variety of options. Specially many vegetarian options were available. Suggestion to improve Chaat section - bhel and pani puri needs improvement. Even sugar syrup in Gulab jamun was not upto mark. Dosa, chutneys were nice. Great salads, indian breads were tasty. Currys can be better. Shushi was also good. Pasta and pizza were also amazing. Need vegan options in dessert. Need to improvize on Covid protocols as well.
S. W.
Value for money ...well if your a big eater then you can't go wrong really , I would say the Indian dishes I tried were good as was the Chinese, the steak was terrible as I expected, but the freshly cooked nan bread was delicious , a good range of bottled beer , but desert (not that I had much room or enthusiasm) wasn't great , but overall worth a visit !
H. i.
It was amazing. I really love how they let us get our food ourselves. I really loved the ice cream machine and chocolate fountain and marshmallow. Jimmy is one place that I know that expresses all ethnic food and celebrates all different race and culture. Although we had to wait a while to get a table I am not surprised after all Jimmy is an amazing restaurant
R. H.
Was slightly sceptical walking in given how many areas of cuisine they cover here. That said it turned out too be really nice. We came a quiet period so maybe the buffet section can run dry when busy but we found it fresh well stocked a very enjoyable. Will definitely come here again next time I’m working in the arena.
d. w.
Well what can I say! This place is absolutely incredible. The food tastes amazing. Obviously there's some that won't meet everyone's needs.
The tikka, shish , steak, dosa was all amazing.
Very packed and you can't relax in there but remember it's a buffet. We would definitely go back!
j. p.
Nice food, ambiance. The best part is live cooked food. Lots of varieties.
o. O.
Quite a good array of food, though the usual prawn was missing on the menu.
M. C.
Hard to find as the name light over the entrance was out. Did not see the lift so plodded up the stairs. Plenty of choice mixed and matched a couple of plates. All mediocre but in the end reasonable value. Others said their steak was great mine was stringy. Would not be my first choice but it is good for a gathering so if invited would tag along. No draught beer I could see.
A. M.
Has a huge variety of food and honestly it's easy to get carried away but trust me when I say, "take it slowwwww!"
Definitely worth the money you spend.
I only have one criticism and that's about the sticky tables. I know they clean them because I watched the staff working hard to ensure every table was cleaned and ready for the next customers, however I think it's the varnish on the tables that make them that way.
It's not dirty but not very comfortable.
R. L.
Great food selection quality was pretty good considering the quantities they are putting out.
Pasta station for those who like that kind of thing.
Pretty clean.
If you have a small child, best to use the disabled toilet by the check in desk as the main toilets are up a long flight of stairs and the toilets and sink are abnormally high.
S. S.
Amazing food and something there for everyone one. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Z. R.
It's a standard buffet. The food was OK, some dishes were very nice while some, like the Thai food were very average. The staff were nice and friendly and service was excellent. Its a good place if you want to try different dishes. Would be nice if they had activity packs for kids as most restaurants do now days. Overall good experience.
C. P.
This is a review for the lunch time serving. The price is about right, I would say especially inexpensive for London. The food that was on offer was well cooked and tasty. My reasons for giving it 3 star was the limited meat options. Only chicken was available. Peri peri chicken, chicken tikka pizza , chicken nuggets . Sweet and sour chicken. Think they could at least throw in burgers to change it up a bit. The other reason for 3 stars was the cocktails. Not very nice, very very strong ( I would go as far to say that doubles were accidentally added rather than single shots)
I do look forward to going back and trying the dinner service out but with the significant price increase I hope to see more on offer.
H. A.
This place is hit and miss. With a large buffet such as this, these things happen.
Covid compliance? They've never heard of it because everything is as I left it pre pandemic.
The service can be patchy in the evenings, the tables a bit sticky, and some surfaces dirty.
However, they have good; it's not amazing given it's a buffet (so don't expect gourmet food), but it is tasty and the live chef stations are actually quite good.
I can't justify coming here too often though, especially in the evenings when it's more expensive.
K. P.
First time visiting Jimmy’s and we’ll definitely be back.
Booked a table and we were around 10 minutes late due to the Uber Boat times but we were seated straight away.
Food choices were fab, especially the desserts and the cocktails were delicious.
Staff were really friendly and the restaurant was clean.
It was very busy but we never felt rushed.
I.
Variety of options to choose from but most of them aren't spectacular. Good place to eat at when you can't decide what to have. Staff were attentive and quick to take empty plates.
G. H.
We enjoyed our meal here lots of different options of food from around the world to help yourself to.
P. W.
Massive range of buffet food but good quality.
Reasonably priced considering location and quality.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
R. S.
Actually went to the place on Monday. All the food they had looked freshly prepared and tasted good too. Probably you will have a bit more options on weekends for a tad more extra cost. It was quite a nice spread of menu they had. You will be full by the time you taste all the items they have. Overall its worth a try. Also friendly staff and service.
S. S.
This place was suggested by some of friends and went there with lots of expectations on a weekend. The food was good but not awesome and the desserts were mostly cheese cakes.. gulab jamun was great and the Indian starters were okay esp the chicken tikka I felt was too dry.. live cooking stations were great and the mushroom pasta was really delicious.. one of the main thing I observed was that the cleanliness of the plates.. I could not find that cleanest you usually observe in top restaurants and felt as if something was missing in terms of hygiene... Overall this is a mixed bucket for me where some dishes were great and some were ok'ish only..
P. M.
It was a nice buffet lunch a good place to dine
B. A.
I must say this is a beautiful place, to eat and eat till the Lord comes. The cuisines are good and the beef stew is to die for. Wallets at the ready, the fun is about to begin.
A. M.
Great place 👌 such a big variety of delicius food !!!
M. M. B.
Food is ok, but the Peshwari Nan is the best and recommended. other dishes are standard, nothing to boast about. Good welcome and service from the staff though.
A. S.
Great place for a group meal
Food and choice is good, not as good as it used to be, but still good.
Disappointed to see the dessert section empty and the ice cream closed.
The live cooking stations were all good and produced good food. Place could just do with a refresh now.
S. “. R.
Food is okay and service is terrible. You have to remember its not a top end restaurant and they make the money on cram packed volume seating and getting a waiter is impossible. But if you have 3 kids and they are picky eaters...the buffet works. They get to try all sorts of foods, desserts and the popular ice-cream. Its a kid friendly place for days out at O2. Not the toilets are miles away from seating with steps and all sorts. There is onky 1 disabled toilets with step free access.
m. f.
Was ok for the price you pay , dosa was the best made ,chicken tikka I just couldn't reach it as it comes it goes ,was to crowded no refills on soft drink draw back . To much crowded at halfterm dinner . Dessert section was disappointing not much there .
Y. A.
Good Food, value for money, some of the station they need to be more careful. Freshly cooked noodles was bit burned. Other then that it's ok.
A. K.
Amazing place, lots of choice. The best buffet ever! Highly recommend and will be back.
w.
Now..what can I say, let's start with the good..
Location was great, easy to get to via underground, driving, bus and cable cars. Staff service was also great. Perfect for a small gathering or a big group, caters to all.
The only drawback was the food selection, I've been to a couple of places who provide a wider range of foods with similar quality for the same price or cheaper. Perhaps we went on a bad day?
All in all, can't knock the place and staff, just don't expect too much in terms of range of foods from different cultures.
D. S.
The location of the restaurant is too good, but the interior could have been better. The food was ok, not authentic Indian. The taste of curries are at par. The staffs are little bit cosy.
T. 1.
As this is a buffet with all types of food (ESPEICALLY after 5pm) there's good & bad food. When I say bad I don't mean awful, just food I'm personally not interested in, but there's something for everyone which is great! The reason I've taken off a star is because water had been spilled near our table and we asked if the waiter could help us clean up as it was quite a bit of water but she heard us and disappeared (asian lady with glasses) which was really annoying because I almost slipped!! It was a hazard, not only to us but others passing by so they need to hire better people for sure, food wise it's all great but more dessert varieties would be great!
G. D.
Great selection of food! However, a bit too many people inside at one time and the staff took so long to bring water, had to ask 3 times the same person in 1h.
E. N. R.
There are lots of choices of food, the buffet style means you can eat as much as you like, but the quality isn't the best. Would recommend for a quick variety meal but not quality family dinners/lunch
A. A.
There was a variety of delicious and mouth watering delicacies. The restaurant was easy to find.
G. M.
Great place, always busy.
We had a large table of 12 and our waitress from Nepal was soooo attentive with drinks.
The chef on the tandoor oven was pure entertainment
Only fault was you had to fish for the meat in the dishes, very few had meat content just sauce. Maybe it was by chance just when I went up, but very little choice that night
B. A.
Really good food
fresh warm naan breads on orders
Worth every penny
Y. G.
I had taken my daughter for her birthday day dinner she loved it food was so gud and nice and clean and friendly
R. C.
Love coming here..Jimmy's is one my favourite places plus they give NHS staff discount as well which makes it even better. So many different types of food..english, chinese, italian, indian etc and all made fresh. Buffet which has starters, mains & desserts. And food is free for ages 3 and under.
M. S.
Buffet excellent. Food areas very clean. Price affordable. Well recommend. Disable access Staff very pleasant.
S. B.
Decent food but not as many options as other Jimmy's. Kitchen is small. Interior is outdated. Overall ok.
A. C. M.
Amazing Variety. Unbelievable price. Delicious Food! Highly recommend.
I ate crispy duck pancakes, giant shell-on prawns with sushi, chilli and chicken fajitas, a cook-to-order Indian dosa with veg relishes AND a very authentic curry (not stuffed with sugar!).... ALL for just £14! Incredible! And that is at the O2 Arena where everything is usually really expensive.
Very, very impressive. Highly recommend!
C. M.
So big, and so nice. The food is great, loved the Indian selection. The pizza was tasty and vanilla ice cream was the best.the downside was only that the fried rice didn't have as much flavor as expected and the cheesecake was more like Jell-O, however I enjoyed the apple mojito mocktail (on the money) I would love to have one of these places back home in Cali!
A. Y.
Dosa and chutneys are good. Especially vegetarian curries taste was not a satisfying..mainly panipuri taste was awful. Deserts taste was great. Need to add more veggie starters..
A. H.
Was alright overall. Favourite thing had to be the freshly grilled chicken tikka and fresh noodles/pasta bar. The rest of the stuff was mediocre.
There were long queues for the fresh stations and the whole place was overwhelming busy and packed out.
Desert selection was bland, all the cheesecakes tasted the same. Best desert there was the gulab jamun.
Glad I was in the area and visited. Would not go out of my way or travel for it.
S. L.
Great place for foodies!
Enjoyed Indian food after a long time.
You can also enjoy other cuisines like African, Chinese, Japanese, American along with Asian cuisines.
K. S.
Food was decent and staff were helpful but why are the tables sticky?? Reserved the table a few days before and despite arriving a little after our booking time, the table seemed like it wasn't cleaned properly as it is was very sticky with even the menu stuck on the table. This place needs a hygiene check ASAP.
J. D.
Such a really great place to eat and really nice Staff and food is so plentiful and very delicious and the Mocktails too.
M. C.
Jimmy’s used to be one of my favourite places to eat a while ago. I feel like they have lost the cultural vibrant food they used to serve. The service ain’t that good as it used to be too they do take time to come clear your plates and the deserts were just cheese cakes and jelly. I hope they don’t carry on like this as I would not want to go there again if they do.
P. D.
One of the best buffet south side of the river.best time is in the evening when the chefs are there.little bit extra of the evening, but well worth it.
R. S.
Big eating area and food is reasonably tasty. Good place to come in bigger groups. But plates and tables aren't always clean, staff at food serving areas isn't polite ( apart from the bar )
A. M.
Great if you’re not sure what cuisine to pick for your meal. I would say this is one of the cheapest and most cheerful places that offers buffet in London. Drinks are also so reasonable for the area. Good choice could be a bit more extensive but you can’t complain for £11.99 a person (lunchtime)!
S. W.
First time here and loved it, and a huge thanks to Casper for making it great, loved the cocktail he recommended and really loved the naturally relaxed happy service he provided, not forced or false just great, made you feel like you were a local, thankyou Casper!
C. H.
Food good. Customer service good. Extremely loud and grubby due to high volume of turnover of people. Lack of puddings was a let down!
J. d. C.
Visited here on a Bank Holiday Monday and it was busy. Even then, the service was prompt and there was a lot of food. Lots of variety of dishes. Tasty food and a variety of cuisines. My favourite was the chaat corner and the Lamb Roghan Jhosh curry. The variety of salads was great too. The desserts corner could do with some attendants as that's the area that attracts kids the most and hence looked constantly messy. Great, busy ambience with hip hop music on. Getting to the toilets is a bit of a deal though. If you're in a rush you're gonna feel quite disappointed as there are a lot of steps to climb.
K. M.
Good stuff, food that was available was delicious, alot of cheese cakes no variety of Indian dessert would have loved a gulab jamun, the rice pudding could have done with a small bowl as we had to put all dessert on a plate, all in all OK
J. B.
Good selection of food. Most of it made fresh / as you waited. Loved the Gol Gappas- my favourite. The fish Pakora was fresh and great so was the chicken tikka bites. Those are the good the good things. The masala (potato filling) in the dosa was old and tasted bad. I am from South India and very well known about South Indian food. The chicken wings had a weird taste despite coming out of the fryer steaming hot. The person who served us was very nice but lacked hygiene. He had his wet fingers in the drinking glasses when asked for tap water. There was dirt residue on the jug and glasses! Overall food is good depending on what you choose. Some things can definitely be improved.
A.
Chaotic but all good humoured. Has become a destination in its own right. It is what it is and doesn't pretend to be gourmet experience. But would have appreciated better quality desserts!
R. C.
Got in early doors. Food delicious and plenty of it. Well priced too. Can recommend it.
a. d.
Good multi-cuisine food. Nice range of Indian starters. Love the live stations especially serving kebabs and naan bread. Mango lassi is another favourite. We often go on weekends - preferable to go early as tends to get busy.
A. I. (.
Food are good. But too crowded and for the reason poor cleaning. Need to maintain better hygiene. Pastas are amazing but stake has no taste at all.
J. P.
Blend of food cuisines from different countries. Inside ambience is good. Wall pictures, lights tone etc are good enough to create a good ambience. It is much spacious as well. Chefs will prepare the items on demand as well. Many live counters where we can get the fresh dishes. Liked it!
G. M.
Great place, always busy.
We had a large table of 12 and our waitress from Nepal was soooo attentive with …
R. R.
Great location. Food was okay but could have been better.. Service definitely needed to be improved
A. B.
Lovely eating place to go to with friends and family. The menu is the best delicious meals and desserts. Eat as much as you want. Definitely recommend
O. O.
Different varieties of nice continental dishes. Friendly customer service. Will definitely visit again.

As this is a buffet with all types of food (ESPEICALLY after 5pm) there's good & bad food. When I say bad I don't mean awful, just food I'm personally not interested in, but there's something for everyone which is great! The reason I've …

02 plenty of facillites, spacious with plenty of places to sit down. Can get quite busy, loads of nice places to eat. And some fantastic restaurants for special occassions. The cash points are located right at the front. But if you need an inexpensive drink or snack theres a tesco express nearby which is a lot cheaper then either the WHSMITHs in the station or the newsagents in the 02.
A. O. P.
It was really good... fun and food chemistry 😊🤣 Anica, Julia and Diana service it was like fresh air... Great time after long hours of work ☺️
N. E.
The place serves big portions and for reasonable prices. very welcoming staff. Never disappointing.
J. G.
Food was ok, Nice steak which is freshly made.
c. c.
Nice for family out. Been there 2 with husband and kids. A bit expensive for 5 people. Really nice place. Nice staff
S. B. M.
We went to jimmys for my husband's 40th, probably my 4th time here. There's a large selection of cuisines- Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican. They make live dosas, noodles, naan. Food, in my opinion, is pretty average. We tried loads but didn't love anything, except daal and naan. My daughter who's a solid noodle lover couldn't finish her noodles. Vast selection of desserts - bitesize varieties of cheesecakes, mousse, kheer, marshmallow and dipping choc, fruits.
M. G.
Superb range of food to choose from, buffet style is just the thing I like to see.
D. P.
Noting special, but the service from one of the waitresses was excellent.
I appreciate it was a busy Sunday but the restaurant was terribly dirty. All ready made food prepared instantly, giving 3 stars for the service we received from the floor staffs only, food and hygiene wise would give 1 star. Very cheap frozen foods fried and displayed there wasn't any fish when we visited.

i came here for a birthday and the food was great and so were the staff, so kind and generous.

If you are a Muslim this is the best place to visit because its pure halal food
You have choices of foods from vegetarian vegan or meat fish chicken beef lamb etc vegs salads name it and all so deliciously tastyly made from these professionally chefs
You serve yourself with piping freshly made of any food of your choice
You chose any food salad of your choice with fresh plates as many times as you like
People are so greedy and wasteful they tend to take so much and wouldn't finish it
If there is a particular food that you want the chefs are there to cook it straight away
They are all so deliciously made and very tasty
There must have been over 20 or more different foods meat fish salads and drinks water coke Fanta and you keep refilling to your satisfaction
You can stay as long as you can eat
Also after eating all these you have deserts of your choice
I chose ice-cream
There are so many different ice creams
You can have as many as you want
Its cheaper to visit Jimmy's for lunch from 1100 till 1600
From 1700 hrs the prices changes and more food choices than the lunch
I had so much to eat and will recommend Jimmy's to anyone especially if you want to surprise your partners friends birthday celebrations family outings or just can't be bothered to cook
Also during the Ramadan when it's mubarak Eid celebrations a lot of Muslims celebrate the Eid at Jimmy's because its halal
You don't need to book for reservations just pop in
Its on the level 1at the 02 there's a lift and stairs whichever one you prefer very close to the Indigo
About 3 mins walk from the main door
If one has disability to walk you can always request a wheel chair from the welcome desk at the main door
Cheers
E. P.
It’s a very good place to have a huge meal. But it’s try to be before 45-75 mins before for a proper sitting and book before you go. It’s located in O2 mall.
F. A.
Was decent.. food was good but not amazing. Great for kids.
R. R.
Great location. Food was okay but could have been better.. Service definitely needed to be improved
J. R.
Food was stupendous. Many different cuisines to choose from. Definitely worth the money. The restaurant is very clean.
M. L.
Not all the dishes are up to the mark.. they need to introduce more grill items only chicken tikka and paneer tikka is not good enough for the price we pay.
A. M. S.
Wonderful experience...kids liked this place...I will surely visit again
R. C.
A mixture of variety of food cuisines across the world served in form of a buffet work £20 per person (drinks cost extra).
What we liked:
The food seemed fresh and was really taste and there was a lot of variety, especially main course. The Beef steak was really good and so was the chicken Tikka. Lot of Indian snacks as well like Samosa, Pani Puri, Onion Pakoda and so on which were suprisingly very delicious. Main Course had lot options like Chicken Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tofu curry, Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken Biryani, Egg Fried Rice, Dal Tadka, Beef Cottage Pie, Mussels, Chole, Beef in Black pepper sauce, Lamb Rogan Josh and more. Good variety of deserts as well and they were super yum, especially the Lemon cake, Red velvet cake and the cheesecakes.
What we did not like:
Bread options were less with only four types of Naans. Pizza is also just ok. Sushi was not upto the mark. Lamb seekh kebab were a bit dry. Baked pasta was also not great. Drinks are a bit costly as well.
Some of the must tries are,
Beef Steak
Chicken Tikka Kebab
Samosa
Veg Pakora
Lamb Roganjosh
All in all a nice place with good ambience, spacious and delicious good.
T. G.
Just recently visited and found it average in all respects. Good value for money and worth considering if you are in a group.
N. S. P.
I loved it! Don't eat all day wait to go jimmys! Everything was freshly made and to everyone's choice.
M. K.
Been here several times, but first time since Pandemic broke. Whilst the range and value of the foods is outstanding this restaurant is sooo popular with so many people that social distancing, even between tables, is not possible.
I suggest you bring a mask to use except when at the table if you are likely to feel vulnerable at all.
The restaurant had a problem with air conditioning and flying Ants on some reviews. I am glad to say that neither was an issue when we went this last week.
Food was excellent, service less so, but this is largely an unlimited self service world cuisine in a buffet style presentation.
One word of caution. Whilst the food is a set price, the drinks are not included. For example a jug of Mango Lassi, serving 4 people costs an extra £13.99 on top of your regular bill. Other drinks are also added and there is no unlimited drinks option either. Even for soft drinks.
Toilets in the restaurant are downstairs. There is a disabled toilet on the same level at the entrance to the restaurant on the first floor. This doubles as a baby changing facility too. Small by most measures but just big enough to turn a wheelchair, though not an electric one. Larger disbled toilets are on ground floor level, under the Cineworld Cinema staircase.
All in all, worth the almost 90 minute drive to get there and again to get home. Shame there are none yet in West London. The only other I knew of was in Bexleyheath but couldn't find it this time round. 😬
S. B.
It is an amazing concept for sure. Well set up restaurant and ambience.
Starters are good. I was surprised with the taste of Indian gol gappas and it's water. It tasted so good.
But they can work a bit more on the main course and desserts especially. They had a huge spread of desserts but we liked only one of those. So may be quality over quantity can be applied.
Also , they can work more on the vegetarian menu.. since a lot of people are moving towards that now.
O. O.
Different varieties of nice continental dishes. Friendly customer service. Will definitely visit again.
A. D.
Wide variety of tasty food and great vibe , thoroughly loved the dining experience
D. C.
It's a crowded venue, plenty of food for a fair price per head, no sort of covid care in place which is why the 3 stars
S. M.
Multi cusine options, will be absolute feast with such a buffet options.
A.
Good is really good.
A lot of options available on the menu as it’s buffet.
It’s on the pricey side and drinks are also not included in the amount you pay.
Some staff member think it’s okay to make fun of their customers and laugh when you ask them for something.
A. B.
Lovely eating place to go to with friends and family. The menu is the best delicious meals and desserts. Eat as much as you want. Definitely recommend
k. a. A.
Nice range of food! Would definitely go again
a. M.
Great place for family. You have many options for food to choose very clean, nice service the food is delicious. Thank you Roxanne for recommended me this restaurant
C. C.
Excellant service wide range of lovely foods and worth every pennies highly recomend
c. b.
Very nice stuffs . Good buffet. Very reasonable priced.
J. A.
Food was okay, price as well but waiting time and how crowded was inside. Couldn't hear my mates talking coz of noise
M. E.
Jimmy's concept is such a good idea. Giving the customer a good selection of different foods to try at a reasonable price.
However, I do worry of the hygiene in some of the area's.
Cross contamination!!
Although we were given instructions of social distancing whilst getting our food. There were no marshals. Hence I saw nobody adhering to it.
The toilets were disgusting. Something that should be looked at.
However the staff were extremely friendly under the circumstances that they have to work to.
N. A.
My favourite buffet ever! been here over 15+ times! Here is a picture of a meal you can get, my favourite steak i've ever had in a buffet!!
N.
The service was very good and most of the food was excellent. However the steak and noodles came a little short for my liking. The beef on the noodles felt a bit too chewy. The atmosphere however was very good. Would recommend a second visit.
C. H.
So I'm currently sitting in Jimmy's in the 02 and absolutely shocked. I've been before and it was horrid, today not only are the staff wonderfully polite checking on us so on, the food is incredible. I love the measures they've taken for Corvid, it's incredible. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful experience, even my mother likes the food and that doesn't happen often. Thank you again.
A.
Price for buffet is good but food is not that great. You can have as many portions as you want but if the food quality or taste isn’t great, its a little off putting. The chocolate fountain never works for the few times i’ve been there. Drinks are great!
D. P.
great food, very friendly staff, when busy can be difficult to get around and will have to wait for food. Although fresh food cooked and served promptly.
S. L.
We love it when we go there. The food selection is so diverse that it sorts your cravings.
D. H.
Fantastic food, great service will definately go again!!!
S. W.
First time going not a massive choice but quality of food is good
J. N.
Definitely value for monies! Highly recommend the Indian stations - the naans and dosas are made fresh by order. A lot of variety, but nothing that truly stands out.
A. A. P. (.
Food was very nice including pasta and noodles which was cooked fresh in front of me by chefs. Desserts were ok could be better
C. L.
So many options to stuff your face. Beautiful people to dine with (Aebamwali Abdimahanee) thank you.
R. G.
Lots of choice but some foods had quality issues for me. Loved the noodles cooked while you wait and the ice cream was good.
N. o.
Great place to eat. Wide range of dishes. Very busy
R. B.
Work meal with colleagues. Not enough time to leisurely enjoy the meal but great selection.
H. M.
Went after ages the food was good but very busy no aircon so felt really hot and bothered
N. C.
Even tho Saturday's and school holidays are hectic. Staff are very friendly and food is lovely.
K. G.
Lovely place to bring your friends or family
A. C.
Great spot in my opinion it has to be a 5, they’re simply one of the best at what they do. So many dishes so many cuisines. Logistical nightmare yet they are doing it daily! There’s parking, the prices are ok so has to be a five!
P. E.
Very nice restaurant with different delicacies from starters to desserts. All you can eat buffet. Worth your money
A. -. d. a. s.
I just love the Jimmy's in O2 ...Recently I visited that restaurant. Whenever You can't decide what to eat then visit this place ...you can try whatever you like.....First of all you will get so much variety of food. From starter to desserts there are so much varieties. They have veg and non veg options. In the entrace of restaurant, they have decorated with very cozy yet modern things around the world. Everytime I go I make sure I took pictures there. Overall I had great experience.
R. S.
Food is good. The only problem is they have no beers from barrel only bottles.
Q. f. D.
There should be more choices of food and more choice of dessert overall it was nice
T. J.
Decent food very crowded would go again earlier during the day
S. B.
It's a decent spot for what it's worth, not been there in about 6 years and it hasn't really changed much at all, even has the same menu, just with steak added and chopped up ice-cream with toppings removed from the desert, it could do with a make over but overall it's ok and we would go back
a. j.
Not the place for quiet evening 😁
But very spacious
Great steaks
Overall not bad restaurant
B. S. (.
Food is ok, it all tastes about the same. Drinks are overpriced.
j. w.
it was amazing best quality food and you can pick what you want without a limit i would certainly go again.

Brilliant customer service and tasty food. Perfect place to eat for night out.
N. J.
Good place.. lot of options but food used to be much more better ..
V. K. P.
Tastes ok ok. Never try any soft drinks. Had the opportunity to taste the most diluted pepsi in my life 😂
D. S.
Very nice food! And the price worthy! Thank all staff!
C. M.
Great value for money it would have been 5 stars if they did unlimited refills on soft drinks
S. A.
Very good

I visit this nice place quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to grab a bite. I visit this place routinely. The food is excellent, the workers are friendly and the cost is good. I like eating in this place for a nice dinner.

Starters are really good especially the tandoor ones. Italian and Mexican are OK.
Deserts aren't so great.

Best customer service,Very tasty food,5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 quality ,the selection of food is amazing. My whole family of 7 loved it .Probably the best buffet restaurant in london.100% recommend to everyone
z. m.
oh dear.. hate to be a pain but the hygiene standards left me absolutely REELING. i don't mind waiting a few minutes for my table if there's an unidentified liquid on the floor under the table.
m. a.
Service was good, not many options but overall enjoyed itt
M. M.
Had my daughter's bday dinner here.
It was ok .... a little improvement can be done.
A. M.
I went here for my birthday and they really make me feel special
A. M.
Food was average nothing special but I gave 3 stars because of the customer service which I received
S. S.
Biggest buffet I have seen. Lots of varieties of starters, main course, desserts. Courteous, friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful ambience.
K. H.
After watching the Vitality Big Half we wanted to share some time with runners and supporters and O2 offers a broad choice. With a few different dietary preferences we decided that buffet was the best option. With a full choice of food from around the world we were all able to get plenty to suit our individual requirements. It allows you to try a bit of everything and go back for what you liked best. Great for families and groups alike. We were not rushed at all and the bill was more than reasonable for the amount eaten.
s. k.
Brilliant please great value had a party of 10 of us and they had no problems
S. S. N.
Love the price, love the food. Worth the price.
C. B.
Very overcrowded and overpriced considering no drinks included £16 99 for lunch only and staff watch over you like a hawk and I certainly won't be taking my arse here again
P. U.
Tasty food 🥘
T. D.
Staff are lovely, but I thought the food was average. Sweet and sour chicken was watery. Desserts were also a bit bland or tough as if left out too long. Nothing like Cosmo. My OH and his friends love it here though
L. D.
Had a lovely meal with polite staff
S. R.
Delicious food and wonderful price. The service is exceptional and I had the pleasure of being served by the amazing Jessy. Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere all round. The prices are even better at lunch before 4pm at just £10.99 you won’t regret it people! All the Cuisines in the world under one roof FANTASTIC!
A. F.
Typical buffet restaurant with big choice from Indian to Italian cuisine. Convenient if you attend any event at O2 Arena.
M. R.
Foods alright but desserts are not the best
H. K.
huge Selection of mouth watering food, customer service was good and the drinks were superb! The live cooking stations were amazing.
L. L.
We enjoy hanging out. Last night we found this magnificent restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful experience there with very good cooking and a well-trained team and a talented cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we will certainly visit again very soon. Highly recommended.
S. P.
Too crowdy and foods could be display better
M. M.
Set price for any dish you fancy. You can go up and help yourself as much as you like. So much choice. Great place for families. Not for a romantic night out, way too noisy for that. But food is always piping hot. Great choice for vegetarians.
J. T.
Went as a family group of 9 at about 2.15pm on Saturday 04Jan and had a lovely time there. In my opinion the food was plentiful, hot and constnatly being refreshed.
The restaurant was very busy and there was nothing to complain about - the table, cutlery and plates were all clean [as were the toilets] and we were well looked after by our attentive server Harry.
We all agreed that we would be more than happy to go there again if we were attending an O2 event.
One minor mark that made this a 4 star review rather than a 5, was that the sauces to the chinese options were too thin, they just needed thickening up a bit, otherwise Well Done.
A. T.
Wow, so much choice, where to start!!
Thought quality might suffer, but no, everything I tasted (and it was most things) was fantastic, pity I'm 400miles away or I could make this a weekly visit. I've paid more that £20 for 1 plate of food never mind multiple. Steaks Cooked to order how you like it, stir fry quickly mixed up and on a plate in a flash...... Can't say enough good things, will definitely go again when next down in London
N. A.
It's a nice place with good ambience good quality of food lot of people crowd, people like this place as there is a big variety of Indian Chinese Mexican food if I like the place that was due to quality and Ambience my overall experience where is nice
C. M.
Great place, great food. Highly recommended
O. O.
It was a wonderful experience with the families 👪outing just to have a fun 😀
n. w.
Lovely food, great staff and clean
O. Z.
Love this place great for kids to try new stuff
l. b.
Eat as much as you like. Food glorious food. Love this place....
H. I.
Good. All you can eat. Different cuisine from around the world.
M. D.
no waiting times which i liked ( this only for the several times i’ve been there). variety of cuisines live cooking stations , but the hygiene was my only low point the cutlery looked improperly washed and the plates too. the desert is ALWAYS messy and the choc fountain is literally everywhere and no staff cleans it up.
S. S.
It's a good 'all you can eat' restaurant if you are interested in eating lots of food in one visit, but the taste is not that good.
I can say about Vegetarian food only that starters are fine and there is a decent variety, but the main food is bland.
Desserts used to be nice here in the past when I used to eat here, but now the choice of deserts and their presentation as well as taste is not great, atleast on a Friday afternoon it wasn't good.
Staff looked a bit tired and disinterested, we were given a corner table when the who seating place was empty and they could have given their best seats to make an impression.
In short go here for quantity but maybe not for taste.
m. d.
Absolutely love this place, Taste "FRESH" food from around the world under one roof!
N. B.
Lovely food, but crowded
F. E. C.
Very good buffet ,serving fresh
A. K.
Heard a lot about this place, huge buffet with different cuisines, etc. However, found the food to be very average. There was sushi, Mexican, pasta, and couple of other things to make up for the varied cuisines. Good thing about this place is the price (around 12 pounds for weekend lunch) and seating (huge place). Good place to go for parties and get togethers. In the end, to summarize, it's an Indian place with added dishes to make it multi-cuisine.
H. C.
A great restaurant perfect for big groups of friends and family. Excellent choices for food and a lovely selection of drinks too! Great waiter service and a very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed this for the decent price it is and enjoyed it so much, I went the day after!
D. T.
Quick and cheap buffet. Ignore the hipsters complaints about cheap ice-cream and food. This place is a all u can eat buffet so of course it's going to be cheap...food is plentiful and always being replenished. Some food is cooked to order such as stir fry and steaks. We went for the lunch menu which is cheaper at £11 but less selection of food... Tidy and fairly clean. Toilets needed much more attention. I would of given 4 stars if it wasn't for the lack of hourly visits by staff to the toilets.
m. a.
I thought there wasn't enough choice compared to other buffet places, like the one in Croydon, called JRC Global Buffet. Apart from that options for vegans are VERY few. And the only tofu they have is ridiculously spicy. Apart from that nice staff, and clean restaurant. Convenient if you live or work in the area, otherwise, give it a pass.
M.
Would have given it a five star, but the desert cakes didn't taste great and the roghan ghost (meat curry) was far too strong. The ice-cream was nice, stakes, pizza and all the other food was delicious! Plenty of Halal and Vegetarian options which is a major positive.
E. D.
Not sure what all the negativity is? Went on a Sunday evening for a work meal with 40 people in total.
Food was hot and fresh and was tasty considering buffet. Atmosphere was great and we were looked after by a very good manager named Abdul who ensured all 40 of us were looked after and drinks were sorted quickly.
Good choice of food focusing mainly on Chinese and Indian food. Also a lot of fresh salad and sauces from different countries you don’t find at many buffets.
Price was very good considering you get 2 free drinks (including spirits and cocktails) with the £15.99 package makes it incredible value for money.
Thank you Saurabh and Abdul for your hospitality. We will definitely come back at some point in the future for another work meal!
Y. R.
Some of the Food was tasty but there was a few flys around some of the food, i had to tell off some of the kids because staff aloud them to put there hands in the food, picking up and putting it back in the food.
Dessert station was sub standard the chocolate fountain was grainy watery in fact it tasted like hot chocolate power.
Displays were dusty filled with old sweets that have changed colour and clearly out of date.
Over all personal i wouldn't go back
j. l.
I went there last night for my daughters 11th birthday.
It was a good, lively atmosphere, the food stations were busy as you would expect on a saturday night.
The food was being prepared freshly and the used plates were quickly removed.
It was a good evening and cant fault this type of diner.
In response to some of people making negative comments, i think you need to balance the argument and say that these people will always have something to complain about.
Chill and enjoy the place for what it is and stop moaning.
M. F.
Food was fantastic can't wait to go back
y. l.
Only if you’re super hungry and very into Indian food.
L. B.
This was my second visit. Always a pleasure to dine at Jimmy's. The food is never 100% perfect but if you fancy a mixture it is always amazing. Great vibes. Awesome cocktails. Worth a visit if you are in the neighbourhood!
H. R. (.
Could be Better.
Food isn't that amazing. Have decent variety and one or two dishes quite nice. But overall feels more Indian cuisine camouflaged in Mexican, Chinese and other. The dessert is appalling. This particular branch is in a nice location and large seating areas. Thought service is lacking any interest in the customers.
V.
Got full after 2 dishes so waste of money tbh.
S. B.
Visited recently, please book before you visit even you have a small group of family and friends. Effcient staff good place to enjoy continental buffet
D.
There is a good variety just all the food is spicy. I don't mind the spice but if your not a spicy fan and don't expect pasta, rice, salad, cucumbers to taste spicy then be aware. The steak and food they live prepare is great just long queues. I did enjoy some of the options but it's so much thst you don't know what to eat and some stuff are bland and lack taste or salt. Overall satisfied. The toilets were clean, facilities are clean just to go to the toilet there is a long walk. The staff aren't so great either. They placed me to sit on a table, which was being occupied by customers, not sure why they did thst but eventually they realised and moved me to a comfortable and free table. So good, overall.
C. H.
One of the better buffets I have been to and plenty of different options for the whole family. Very reasonable price for London . About £19 per person on a Saturday evening. Was busy but plenty of room and staff kept everything topped up
Friendly staff too
C. T.
Pricey for mid-week lunchtime, but it did the job! There was some variety, plenty of availability and indian cuisine was especially good. Only downside is that the routing was a little chaotic, especially around the extras and the seating was incredibly close together.
M.
Loads of food selection. Definitely worth a look.
J. F.
Huge dinning hall, several food islands, help yourself style. The variety of dishes is unbelievable, Chinese, Indian, American, pizza, noodle bar, stir-fry. There is a dessert island. The dishes are a set price, drinks can be ordered from the waiters. Several stairs to restaurant, more stairs to the restrooms. Good value.
V. K.
Few items are good and few are bad. It's upto us to choose the right items.
H. K.
I'm not usually a fan of buffet restaurants but the quality of food here is really good. You get a wide selection of Indian, Mexican, Italian (pasta and pizza), Chinese and American food. As well as the buffet selection chefs make fresh pasta, pizza, naan in front of you. They have table service for drinks. There is wide selection of desserts including cake and an ice cream machine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
J. M.
So much to choose from that you will be spoilt for choice and not very expensive either. The food is really tasty especially the one which they make fresh in front of you. Freshly made Nan bread, stir fry noodles, dosa, chicken tikka and lamb kebab are definitely worth the wait. The staff members were polite, friendly and very hard working. There are so many dishes and cuisines to choose from. There is definitely some dish which works for everyone. It did for us. Amazing service :-)
I. N.
Great food for a good price. Staff are friendly and helpful, I have come here many times and while there are other Jimmy's restaurants around London this is by far the best. As it is all you can eat, you can expect all the food to be a bit heavy on the starch but it really doesn't hinder much. Would recommend if you're stopping by the O2 arena, but not if you're after a light meal.
F. C.
Nice selection of food, just wished that had some ribs and some dim sum to eat. The queue for sirloin steak was quite a while but it was worth it in the end. We went when it opened at 5pm so we didnt have to wait around, it got really busy after we had ordered drinks. Fantastic service and delicious food that was available.
J. H.
Food was bland and not fully cooked to the taste standards expected. Steak station needed someone to cook a steak properly, out of the 10 our party had 2 were OK. Quality has fallen since my previous visits.
R. S. V.
Good value for money if one wants to stuff their face on an unlimited buffet. The catch with these buffets is how fresh the food is. On a given day , one could be lucky to eat freshly made items but not always. No offence to Jimmy's but That's how most unlimited buffets function.
S. A.
Excellent customer service!! Satisfying food. Buffet! Eat all you can. Its great!
H. R.
I love coming here with the family! The prices makes it so worth it. The great selection of foods from all over the world makes it an easy option to satisfy the whole family! I love that everything is clearly labelled Halal and you can even watch someone make you your pasta dishes right in front of you! The toilets are a bit of a mission to get to, but it helps because when you come back your ready to eat again and get your moneys worth it! Recommend this place!!
D. N.
The formula is a little dated now. I thought the food was OK, and I went mostly for freshly prepared stuff like the excellent dosa. Some of the curries etc looked like they had been simmering for a long time. Service of drinks was pleasant and efficient. There's someting wrong with the toilets, which were shabby and dirty. The style encourages waste and sloppy eating and it badly needs a refresh.
d. p.
Love this place. If you love lots of choice, friendly service and a family friendly atmosphere, then this place is for you. The steaks are cooked just how you want it, and the pasta uses real fresh ingredients. Honestly I go here virtually every other week and always have a brilliant meal
P. R.
Excellent food and service by friendly staff.
E. E.
Buffet style from 5 different regions
Ok for large groups w kids
Don't expect too high quality of food - price is right
M. S.
Okay place to visit
And halal food 🥘
B.
Very nice food and atmosphere! Great selection of foods and some vary during lunch time or diner times.
Tasty food and healthy option also available. Great to meet up with family or for birthdays.
Baby friendly and with lift. Staff always around if you need anything or just to clean your table. Quick service.
S. J.
Average. +ves 5 different cusines, plenty if space fair enough service.
Can improve on - the menu, drinks especially. Buffets almost always the same so not good for returning customers. Quite loud and its not for private dining. Food- I would say avg in taste, quantity over quality. Having said that it is quite depended on the clientele. The crowd from O2.
So overall it's an OK place to eat.
D. M.
Large buffet place with a wide selection to choose from, sushi alongside chicken tikka and rump steak.
The food is petty good for a buffet, but at our visit the staff were having trouble keeping everything topped up and stopping some children mixing things up.
The seating is fine, but the room is rather warm.
N. M.
service is fast i went with 5 people family there on bank holiday, it was full but waitress found quickly table for us. Food was good, but for that price, i expected better. if there is bit less price i will say great. i like buffet type of restaurants. and i can recommend. waiting stuff was helpful
O. O.
Good large environment and great food.
N. K.
Not many options for vegetarians for the price.
M. R.
Great variety

Would definitely recommend this place

Nice place for having lunch and dinner , buffet style and I had the pleasure to be served by waitress Roxana . She is very careful and helpful. I am glad to meet such a staff. Tasty food from many places around the world.
K. H.
Eat as much as you like. Cuisines from around the world. Some places like this suffer from a lack of quality, but this place is great, and we go back from time to time. Many of the dishes are excellent, whilst some are good and all are acceptable.
There are some sections where a guy will cook while you wait. I'm not sure they've quite got this aspect worked out. It takes a long time to wait for something that is less tasty than everything else they've got on offer! The only one of these that worked for me was a Chinese stir-fry where you choose the ingredients and how it's cooked and seasoned.
A. “. Z.
I’ve been to Jimmy’s countless times over the years. The best one in the buffet section is the noodle station and steak house grill station. You basically choose your own fresh ingredients on how much quantity you want and the chef will cook right in front of you like you’re in a Michelin style restaurant live kitchen. That’s just impressive for newcomers especially who hasn’t experienced this service before. Great to bring with a large group of friends. The chicken/beef/lamb is ALL Halal so it’s even better for Muslims who have a strict halal only dietary requirement. Come here every weekend it’s mostly very busy and packed but the vibes are endearingly awesome!
E. E.
Nice place in the o2 to eat before a concert or event if you want to eat something fast.
There is a reasonably good variety of food, its tasty and good value for money. Quite often its very busy as it is a popular place for birthdays and other group meet ups.
R. P. (.
Huge selection of dishes. Usual flavours we can get all around London, all in one place. Quality is good.
It's quite busy, and sometimes hard to get a table (assuming based on location and busyness of O2), we went at a quiet time (Sun evening), but still had to queue to get a table.
Busyness also means it is quite loaded and people are loud, especially when the background music is turned up high. Not really a place for a quiet romantic evening sadly.
Must try: large baked potatoes, mango mousse + banana, carrot cake.
Avoid: sushi rice (was weird)
W. C.
Wide selection of cuisines to try, as well as individual stations cooking steaks, stir fries and dosas.
Naturally some dishes are better than others, but with so much choice you'll probably find something to your tastes.
It's not Michelin star good, but overall food quality is quite good, and I'm still barely able to move 3h later.
A. A.
It's a good place, lovely food from around the world. Enjoy
D. S.
Not enough varieties I believe, today 22/6/19 sweet &sour was not to standard, too much onion no chicken. Prawns been ration on the stir fries. I got 1, my mum got non.
Otherwise ok
p.
Good flavours but not as many choices as expected. Excellent freshly baked nan breads from tandoori oven and sirloin steaks from gril, unfortunately not matured. Would recommend for hungry people.
T. H.
3 is possibly generous, if your at the O2, hungry, I will keep this quick.
It's all you can eat buffet, if it was one near home, you'd go once and never again. The food isn't bad, just limited, and bang average (it's like all your 3rd choice takeaways under one roof), there's about 8 Chinese dishes, 8 Indian etc.
Still, your in a rush, there's a bit of something for everyone Inc pizza for kids and veggies. Easy fast way to feed a group before after an event.
