H. B.Great place to grab your dessert however the ambience is too loud, I wish they had an ordering system otherwise it feels abit chaotic in there.
You will definitely get value for your money and they have a wide range of ice creams/shakes/crepes and waffles. Enjoy!!!
A. Z.The Dessert were 10/10 great value for money. The service was exceptional. The colleagues interaction with the customers was amazing as I observed. The manager Samiyah was very welcoming and her bubbly personality made us relax I will be deffo returning
D. R.Was busy, but I can understand it was Sunday night. But, they sold us Bubble Slush WITHOUT the bubbles. And we bought it just because of the bubbles… was really unpleasant. They told us after we payed and just because my husband asked where was the bubbles… not professional.
A. Z.Great ice cream, but service is slow, and the ice cream always arrives partly melted. This review is specifically for the Kaspa's in Tooting as there are other branches, but service may differ in them. I have been to it 2 or 3 times and after going I've noticed a few things. The wait times are acceptable at best, but especially on a hot day, they can be monumentally long, meaning you either have to stand in line for a while, or when you have ordered, the servers will take quite a while to bring you your ice cream, by which time it has partially melted. The ice cream it self tastes very good and the toppings are the varied too, essentially what you'd expect from any good ice cream parlour really. Personally I'd prefer a few more flavours, but they flavours they have are good, my favourite being the Coffee Bean Sundae. The seating in the ice cream parlour is fine and portion sizes are good. If they had better service, then they'd get a higher rating, as it's the only thing letting them down.
